Tess is an awesome groomer and I feel most comfortable leaving my dogs in her care. She’s both personable and sweet and best of all, my dogs look absolutely perfect when I pick them up.

Hands down the best groomer we've found anywhere near here. The staff is caring and always do great work.

My puppy had a horrible experience with his prior groomer that left him skittish for weeks. Teri really took the time to reprogram him and make him comfortable with his surroundings and the groom itself. He looks great every time we pick him up, and most importantly, he is happy.

Great service. Made our two Aussie girls at ease and so very gentle. Our girls calmed down almost immediately and they are usually quite skittish at the groomer. Will definitely be back.

Groomingtons is amazing. The owners Teri and Brad are so kind and caring. They love dogs and are passionate about their art of grooming. Our dogs come out 11/10 every time and i can’t thank them enough for not only the final product but how our dogs are treated, like their own. Please give them a try, you won’t regret it!

The team at Groomington's is top notch. Luna (our Lagotto Romagnolo) requires a specific and special cut. Teri and her husband Brad are both good people and love our Luna. Teri knew straight away that Luna was a Lagotto and exactly what type of cut was required. We have been very pleased and recommend them fully.

I just adopted a long haired dachshund and he needed a trim. The communication from the time of making the appointment to being notified he was almost done was really superior customer service. My dog has some anxiety, but the staff did an awesome job at not rushing him during check-in and giving him time to warm up. He came home smelling and looking great.

My dog LOVES Teri! I’m in awe how wonderful she is with him. He hands his paw over to get his nails clipped for her yet I cannot pet his paw! I love that he trusts her. Her work is terrific and I recommend her to everyone who asks! I’m a forever client! ????❤️✂️

Hands down the best customer service you could receive from a groomer. I called Terri at 10am on a Saturday and although they were booked she knew I desperately wanted my puppy to be groomed and fit him in to her schedule. My puppy had never been to a groomer and of course he needed the extra attention to "learn to be groomed". Terri went the extra mile and spent quaility time teaching him. She stayed open late on a Saturday just for him. She didn't just hurry up and groom him to get him out the door. Not knowing me or my dog she spent time with him so his next grooming experience would be a pleasant one. When I arrived to pick him up she took the time to explain what they worked on and how he handled everything. To be honest I've never written a review good or bad but felt compelled to write one about her services today. Thank you Paw Spaw for going the extra mile and we are thrilled with how handsome our little Blue is now.

We took our very scruffy Shetland Sheepdogs to The Paw Spaw today after a long time of trying to find a local groomer who understands the breed... and boy did we strike gold! Despite being the same breed, our dogs have different coats - so the service they receive needs to be tailored to suit. We weren't disappointed. Both dogs look absolutely fantastic. They even managed to get our female dog, with a flyaway wavy coat, to look sleek and polished. Our male dog has a ridiculously thick undercoat, and they managed to brush him out so well he looks half his original size! Not only do their coats look great, but they smell AMAZING! I can't stop giving them cuddles just to get a sniff. We are so happy to have found a local service that checks all the boxes. We can't recommend enough! Thank you ladies!

My dog has always been difficult when it comes to nail trims. He's been declined services and restrained by multiple people more than once. On Saturday we chose Paw Spaw as the next place to try. They were amazing every step of the way. They chatted with me on FB messenger on a day that there were not open for business and described their methods to the point that I was comfortable setting the appointment. When we got their, my wife and I could instantly feel the positive energy. Teri was great with Buddy and reassured him throughout the entire process. She made it look so easy! His nails have never been better!

They are the best groomers in Cary!!! Sherlock always looks great! Very please every time we :) Highly recommend The Paw Spaw!
