Cozy Cats is our go to place for cat boarding. From spacious condo/suites that you cannot find elsewhere at such an affordable price plus great communication in sending pictures and updates on cat stay we cannot imagine going anywhere us. I highly recommend Cozy Cats for your cat boarding

All of my cats really enjoyed their stay at cozy cat hotel! This was their first boarding experience and all the staff took the time to make them feel comfortable, finding different beds for them, letting me come visit during the stay, and sending the cutest pictures! Cozy Cat Hotel is a fantastic service offering for our family. We left our cat, Ella to stay in her condo while we were out for two weeks on our honeymoon. We looked forward to the daily updates and regular photos of Ella - they always made our day. The staff was very responsive to us and answered questions that we had about how Ella was doing during her stay. They provide great options for their feline guests and provide a very comfortable environment where we know Ella will be safe and taken care of while we are gone.

My kitten Wednesday..... she was very shy at first when she arrived. The ladies there made her feel at home and they took good care of her. By the second day, she was rolling on her back having a good time. I was nervous to leave her, but the staff kept me informed of how she was doing with pictures and emails, which put my mind at ease. They also have birds for her to watch and had play time with her. Overall, l 'm glad I take Wednesday there and you will too when your kitten goes there.????

Took very good care of our grandcats Disco and Georgia. They highly recommend the place. It was their first sleep away camp.

I boarded my cats, for their first time (they are 7), due to new carpet installation. The hotel does a great job with daily updates! It is an excellent value, too! They came home and we're cool as cucumbers! They'll be back as needed! Thank you!

I am so happy that I found the cozy cat hotel. This is the best boarding center I have ever boarded my cat in. I love that it is majority cats( they are starting to board small critters like gerbils, hedgehogs,birds, etc). They have a cat playground in the middle of the kennels and offer play time everyday and you can book additional playtime. The rates are reasonable. Staff is great and quick to respond to email and also did text me to when I did not respond back to their email to make sure that I got it. My first stay they gave me a goodie bag with a little mouse toy that my cat loves. You can just tell the staff is passionate about the care they provide the pets. Also it is so nice to receive the picture and email updates from them. Thank you for doing what you all do !

I have boarded my 8-year-old kitty Oliver here several times over the past few years. He always seems to settle in quite well. I like that all the kitty cottages/condos face a common area so that Oliver has activity to watch during the day. The kitties get some common area playtime every day and individual attention. Their cottages/condos give them lots of room to roam around. Cozy Cats send updates and photos every day. I feel secure in leaving my baby with them when I have to be out of town.

We boarded our guinea pig at Cozy Cats Hotel while we were away and we were thrilled with his stay. Much to my daughter's delight they sent a picture of him as well as a note each day saying how he was doing. Everyone I met there was very professional and obviously loved animals. The facility itself was very clean and both pick up and drop off were quick and painless. I highly recommend Cozy Cats Hotel in Cary!

It was so great having peace of mind with having Beemo stay at the Cozy Cats Hotel for a week. The staff made sure he was adjusting and comfortable and sent me pictures and a daily email about how he was doing. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the services they provide and will definitely be using them again the next time I am away.

My baby cat is only 5 months and this was the first time I had been away from him, so I was nervous. They updated me with an image every other day (he was there for around 5 nights) and also an email to let me know how he was doing. The prices were way better than your "generic" pet stay hotel and it made me feel better knowing he would get his own suite and wouldn't be locked up in a kennel. I was also able to buy him amenities like extra treats and extra play time. Definitely recommend!

Cozy Cats was great! I left my cat for a week for the first time recently and was thrilled with the communication and photos. I felt good about the fact that he got two meals, fresh litter, and play time daily. If you are considering Cozy Cats versus an in home sitter service, I found Cozy Cats to be much less stressful because I didn't have to worry about whether the pet sitter was coming or if they would have any trouble getting in/finding everything/etc. Overall, I highly recommend checking out Cozy Cats!

I love this place! I have taken my 3 year old cat here and my kitten (4 months). I am very appreciative of the postcards and pictures they send. They are very responsive, trustworthy, and truly care about my kitties!

Felix & Sebastian are less then 6 month old kittens, they LOVE it here. They love the staff and the play area. It allows me to travel with peace at mind knowing they are in great care. My favorite part - the picture updates

Our cat is very shy and tends to get traumatized in boarding. Cozy Cats tried their best to calm her, and I think they did a pretty good job. My only complaint is that we got only one photo during her 4 day stay. We were in the mountains so it may have just been because of poor cell reception.

Our cat Nova loves Cozy Cats Hotel! We appreciate all the thought they put into the care and safety of our furry friends. They are very responsible and we can actually get our work done, travel, and sleep well knowing the our cat is in their care.

I recently boarded my cat here and she seemed to love it! The price of the boarding includes play time and a digital postcard/picture home every day to two days. I had originally changed my reservation probably three times with changes going on at home and they were always super accommodating and super responsive. Anytime I emailed them I got a response within minutes to a couple hours! I will definitely board with Cozy Cats Hotel again!

My first experience boarding my cats was with Cozy Cats. They were constantly updating me, so I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on with my cats! We love cozy cats hotel, my baby Papito has been staying there for a while every time we go out of town or out of the country and they always take such a good care of him. Love the pictures and the emails, I am one of those crazy cat moms, so it really helps me to see and know how he is doing.

My cat, Luna, had a great time at the Cozy Cats Hotel. This was my first time boarding her so I was pretty nervous, but the staff really eased my nerves. I was able to tour the facility beforehand, and the daily email updates with pictures every other day always made me smile and feel confident that Luna was happy and well cared for. I can’t begin to say enough great things about Cozy Cats Hotel. I had never boarded my cat but couldn’t leave him at home due to putting my house on the market. I found out about Cozy Cats and Stacy was so helpful and responsive. My sweet cat was lovingly cared for and the pictures and daily updates that they sent made this mama heart happy. I will definitely book again when I move!

Update: I took Finn here over Christmas and was so pleased with the care they gave him! It was great to know he was in good hands while enjoying the holidays with my family. I took my cat, Finn, here in the beginning of July and had a wonderful experience. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Amanda. When I did not bring the correct forms for vaccines, she called my vet to confirm and obtain the records they needed. Every day I got a "postcard" in email format to let me know how Finn was doing and received a picture by text every other day. They are extremely caring and went out of their way to make sure all needs were met and kept me informed.

Our 1st experience with a boarding facility and we couldn't be happier! Daily photos to but my children at ease (their mama too) and a very accommodating staff! We will be back!

We recently boarded our cat with Cozy Cats Hotel for a week. I couldn't be happier with the services provided. They gave all medications as directed and followed our specific feeding instructions. The daily email updates were wonderful and pictures were texted to us every other day. This was the first time boarding our cat and I will not hesitate to board him in the future at the Cozy Cats Hotel!

I’ve booked my cat into Cozy Cats Hotel multiple times and every time has been great! Check in is easy and the staff are amazing as well. Couldn’t recommend them enough if you’ve got a cat that needs a place to stay while you’re out of town.

Cozy Cats Hotel was astounding. I highly recommend bringing your cats here as all cats here, #1, have been vaccinated and are up to date on shots, and #2, they all have so much space to play around in! Their individual "suites" as well as the common play area looks like a cats best dream. And the rates are so reasonable! I also felt very heard. The staff went above and beyond in being flexible with my drop off day because, as you know, cats can be a pain to get in their carrier. And whenever I came to pick them up, they were waiting for me at the desk in their Cat Carrier! Thank you again to Amanda and the staff here!

This was my first time leaving my fur baby Milo in a boarding facility. Cozy cats hotel was great and eased my worries and concerns. I loved the daily updates and the pictures they send whole we were on vacation. Milo looked like he enjoyed it. I will definitely recommend Cozy Cats and will be using for Milo from now on.
