Recently came in and was impressed with the staff and facility. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, friendly, and on point! Aside from actually helping my pets with medicine and procedures, I do look for enthusiasm towards helping my beloved pets. I gotta say that the staff at Noah's Ark seem to actually care and that's a big one for me. Thank you all!

We took our new puppy to Noah’s Ark for his puppy check up, second set of puppy shots, and heartworm medication. The facility is welcoming and clean. The front office staff was super friendly. Everyone loved our puppy (who doesn’t love puppies). Dr. Sweet was fantastic. She’s very friendly and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with her. I definitely recommend Noah’s Ark and Dr. Sweet.

Dr. Sweet did a lot of research on a rare disease. She took a lot of time out to call and email me on all options and results. It made all the difference regarding life or death decisions.

I met Dr Sawyer and Hailey. They were so kind and patient. They both spent ample amount of time with me and answered all of my questions. My dog, Atlas, does not like the vet but they were able to keep it as low stress as possible and did the necessary blood draw with me present. Also, thank you to the front desk, she called me to push my appointment back bc Dr Sawyer was in surgery. I appreciated not having me wait with a dog who doesn't want to be there and has seizures triggered by stress. I'd much rather come later and everyone have the time they need. The other thing I appreciated is the scale being the first thing in the entry way. My old vet had it in the back and it was terrible for my dog. I am happy with my switch and I hope every visit feels like my first! Thank you.

Great place. But from a financial aspect, Thrive in Petco only charges $39 for visit, where here they charge $80. That’s price just for the appointment. The other pricing is reasonable.

We feel so lucky and grateful to have our senior cat ZZ cared for by the doctors and staff at Noah’s Ark. Their communication with us before, during and after the procedure is so appreciated. You can tell that they are very organized and have good policies in place to ensure the best care for the animals they treat, while keeping the family in mind as well. Many thanks to Dr. Sawyer and staff for helping ZZ feel better!

We have been a client of Noah's Ark for 20 years. Kind, caring, professional. They love your dogs, as I'm sure they do everyone's. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The people that work there are very friendly and very responsive. My Milo is getting older and is getting the best care possible.

We recently moved to the area and were trying a find a new veterinary office. Picking a new vet office is stressful, you want a place with staff who know their stuff, but also one that isn’t so popular that it takes weeks to get in for an appointment. When I called them to make an appointment they answered the phone quickly and Kevlin was very helpful with transitioning us to their clinic. The RVT (I forgot his name but he had an awesome British accent) was so kind with my little guy and really took his time to understand my dog and ask all the questions. We got to see Dr. Sawyer and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and she took her time with us. I didn’t feel the least but rushed and I got all my questions answered. We are looking at a potentially expensive procedure coming up and their attentiveness and compassion make me feel confident in my decision to go with them for those services.

This was our first visit and with a brand new puppy. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and so patient with our little guy. The vet was knowledgeable and we really felt that everything was covered with us thoroughly for our newest addition. So happy we chose this vet and look forward to continuing visits with our older pup and cat.

I have been with Noah’s Ark Veterinary practice since 1997 with Dr Rosenoff at his cary parkway location. All our dogs over the years have had a good experience there!

Dr. Sweet is simply the best. Super knowledgeable and so great with our doggos. We have been a patient at Noah's Ark since we moved to Cary 22 yrs ago. They helped us care for 2 of our babies that have now crossed over the rainbow bridge and I know they will just as awesome for the newest member of our family.

I'm a new client for Noah's Ark, but I used to work as an RVT and I have already been impressed. They were very professional and when I mentioned my other dog needed a vet visit and how she could be fiesty, they gave me ideas and were willing to work around her attitude (which is great because it stems from fear!) This alone was promising to me, because it shows that they care about having good visits with the dog and not just "getting it done."

7/21/21 Update (changed from 5 stars to 2 stars): Beloved Dr. Rosenoff has retired. Almost all of the staff has changed. No friendly faces on my last visit. Receptionist was rude. After going to Noah’s Ark for 22 years with my pets, I may be forced to find a new vet. I have two future appointments scheduled. A decision will be made after that.

Noah's Ark has been our veterinarian hospital ever since we moved to NC in 2009 and the whole team is Awesome. They've always provided the best of care, have reasonable prices, and been very compassionate with our 4 furries (Misty???? is almost 20 years!). They genuinely care and are extended family to us. I'm really going to miss Dr. Rosenoff, and wish him the best in his retirement!

The vets at Noah’s Ark Veterinary hospital are so compassionate and kind. I recently started using them for my older dog Bella. They are very reasonable in their recommendations not pressuring me in any way.

Very attentive and great with Saint. I love this office. It is clean and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The vets know the animals and I am glad to be coming here the last four years.

Exceptional job and well done. From the beginning/introduction to the end of our visit, the whole staff was friendly and caring. They went above and beyond in caring for my dog(Tito). The doctor communicated well and worked with me to ensure Tito was going to receive the best care. Being new to the area, I took a chance being they were the closest and absolutely no regrets. Tito is recovering and back to his old self already. Thank you so much for loving my boy as much as I do. I will definitely be bringing Tito back for future visits!!!

I love coming here. They care about my pets and aren’t trying to upsell me. More importantly - I can tell my puppy loves coming to Noah’s Ark.
