Dr. Tice and the vet staff here have done a wonderful job handling and caring for my very anxious kitty, Snuggles and his sister, Luna. Snuggles has been through a lot in the last month and they have been incredibly helpful and supportive along the way. Though he’s not very nice to them when he visits, they do a great job accommodating him. Everyone is knowledgeable and they have great tips/advice for any cat situation you may encounter. Highly recommended!

Waited over a month for an appointment. I ended up making two 90 minute round trips total, so 3 hours of driving. At the last minute, they decided to tell me my cat needed to be fasted, and then the person I spoke with got defensive and argumentative as though it was my fault that they neglected to tell me this fact.

I was looking for a new vet for my cat as her previous vet was unreliable. I searched for vets with good reviews on Google and this clinic had some relatively good reviews. So I went ahead and called this clinic and left a message, explicitly stating in my message that my cat needs help and to please call me back, They NEVER called me back and that tells me that this place IS UNRELIABLE AND NOT WORTH ANYONE'S BUSINESS. They could have at least called me back knowing that I was worried and needed help. If they can't even have the courtesy to call me back, then they do NOT deserve to be patronized.

Dr. Tice and the Cat Care team are beyond amazing. They have always been so kind and willing to answer all of my questions (and I have a lot!). While observing COVID protocol and not being able to go into the office itself, Dr. Tice has never made me feel rushed during our "in visit phone call." Prices are beyond reasonable and I do not feel that any work was recommended that was not important. After a recent procedure for my 2 cats the team called to follow up and check on them. They also called and emailed to follow up about a special food I was waiting for them to get back in stock. This was done in a caring manner, not salesy at all. Dr. Tice and Cat Care will be our forever vet as long as we are in the area! Thank you team for loving our babies as much as we do!

They are very caring about your cat. Very accommodating with appointments. Easy in and out. I dropped my car off curbside, waited in my car about 15-20 minutes while they did the exam and services and was on my way home. Great service and follow up the next day. The vet takes all the time you need to discuss your pet.

I moved here and needed to find a new vets office... The have been great! They took great care of my girl and have followed up to make sure she is doing well! I highly recommend them!

I found their professionalism during the pandemic to be outstanding. Will definitely let my cat have her well-visits and shots here again.

Dr. Tice and team are family to me. My old cat passed at 14 years old. Dr. Tice a year later had taken in a Momma and three beautiful boy kittens. She put the family up for adoption. I was very sad and missed my cat. Said I would not have another. So as God does for me, I decided to pay Dr Tice a visit. To thank her for helping me with PJ and main reason to play with the cats in the office. Lol. When she saw me she smiled and took me to see the little family. I adopted Chevy. He is saving all of us now for 8 years by being one of the sweetest boy kitties I've ever known. He is retired now with my parents who live near me . My Mom has bone cancer and my Daddy adores The furry baby. I'm unexpectedly caring for my sons huge Pitt Bull. Both animals are living their best life. Thanks to Dr. TICE and the extensive paperwork I filled out to adopt one of her furry patients. She has a big heart and cares for her patients and their humans . Love you Dr. Tice. Dr. Tice is extremely helpful in answering questions and having multiple solutions if one seems to not work. For my cat Coco, they checked up multiple days following the appointment to make sure she was improving. They really seem to care and everyone is very polite and like I said, Dr. Tice is very reliable!!

They did an amazing job helping my cat! I highly recommend them.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They do not keep their word and will not help the patients that have been to them in the past. We relocated to another area of Raleigh and had to change vets. Due to delayed shipments from Covid-19 our new vet was not able to fill a prescription. I reached out to them for help and they said if we could provide them with a prescription from our new vet they could help us out this one time. When my husband called to come and pick up the meds, they changed their minds stating they never agreed to help us. Please go somewhere else if you want people you can count on.

They are very sensitive to your pet and what it needs. I highly recommend them.

This is clinic is exclusively for felines. The doctor there is obviously a cat person, and is quite professional and highly experienced. We like that there's no noisy barking dogs at this vet. Seems to us that this is the best place for cat care in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Our cat was greeted by name when we entered, very little wait time, and nice atmosphere.

Dr. Tice is such an incredible resource! I went to her for a second opinion, and she will definitely be my primary vet going forward. She and her staff are SO knowledgeable and easy to work with. Dr. Tice is always ready to answer my deluge of questions with the most helpful and current information. I won't be going anywhere else!

Took my kitty there for a check up a couple of months ago. The clinic itself has a very calm atmosphere which is nice. Dr. Tice was very knowledgeable and caring. The staff was also extremely sweet too.

The staff and vet are very friendly. They are very good with the cats. The hours are reasonable. I've been very happy with the care they've given my cat.

We've been taking our cats to Dr. Tice for the last 5 years. Professional staff, they are great with follow-up reminders and good with our kitties. When one of our cats developed diabetes, Dr. Tice guided us with diet changes to see if that could reverse the condition, and when it still didn't clear it up, she gave us a lot of good information so we could decide if we wanted to move forward with insulin. I was doubtful that would go well, but she gave us good direction, and when I bought the insulin, I stopped by the clinic and they showed me exactly how to measure it out and tips on what to do if something went wrong, etc. So far it has been much easier than I would have thought, and I'm thankful for the time and instruction she and her staff gave us. Great vet!

Really happy to have a cat only place near my house! My cats can tolerate other cats but hate being around dogs. Reasonable bills and staff that really understand cats

Great people and they have 3 house cats that are there to keep you company if you have to wait.

Great staff that provides excellent care for cats. Best boarding option in the area for cats. Wonderful care and no dogs on site so my cat does great here when boarding.
