All members of the staff are courteous and very friendly to not only me but more importantly my pets. The Doctors take their time to explain any problems and required treatment. Would recommend to any pet loving owner.

They cared for my cat. She was diagnosed with bone cancer. ???? They helped me to keep her comfortable, until she had to leave us. They took us in, when all the other vets were booked for 2 weeks and longer. I am forever grateful. I thank them for everything they are doing. ❤

Dr. Davis once again came to my old guys rescue. Allergy flare ups and urinary tract issues we quickly diagnosed and treated with compassion and care. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Always professional, always kind.

My grandmother had an appointment for her cat to be spayed. She arrived this morning after an hour drive just to then be told that they could not spay her cat today. An hour drive and waste of gas and they couldn’t be bothered to call her the night before or earlier this morning to let her know. They should have at least reimbursed her for the gas wasted. I have had issues with attitudes from these ladies before as well.

I did not take my animal here but I called with questions. Mrs Shelley was very helpful and nice to talk to she eased my mind on questions I had and was very Professional

Dr. Godwin came highly recommended by several people! This office is very organized! They are very thorough and my favorite thing is their communication concerning my dog! Always ask me about any concerns and explain what they are doing that visit and ask if I have any questions before the exam and then communicate thoroughly with me after the visit! We live in Greenville and our vets office there seemed overbooked and over stressed and I felt like communication lacked, so we are very happy to have LaylaLu taken care of here at Mitchell Vet !

There are no words to say how much I love my two dogs, Bodie and Fisher. And I'd never trust them with any other vet office. They have always gone the extra mile with a smile and kind words and advice!

We were on vacation and my dog was definitely sick and I had to call around to find places and most would not take a new client until 6 weeks from when I called My dog was not eating and she was sleeping excessively and lethargic and I was concerned about a gastro intestinal blockage. Mitchell made time for us and not only did they give us an appointment, when they heard her symptoms they worked us in earlier in the day as time allowed. They checked for anything that could have been going on and made sure she was hydrated and talked to me the whole time even though I had to remain outside due to Covid restrictions. They were wonderful and they followed up and answered my questions promptly. I think I need to move to Morehead so they can be out vet. Truly animal focussed service.

I wouldn't take my fur baby nowhere but there, and stay away from Newport vet !!!

I understand rules are tight right now and I wish I could have gone in with my dog, but everyone was very kind with our dog and she finally warmed up to them. I love Dr. Paschall, she was very professional and communicative.

Our 9 year old German Shepard hurt her hind leg over the weekend and when I called to get her seen here by her vet they got us in the same day. The doc and her staff are terrific. My dog is a bit aggressive and they seem to handle her just fine. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great vet.

Mitchell Village Animal Hospital saved our 10 year old dog (Hollie) from dying. We thought for sure she was a goner. She wasn't eating, and just so lethargic that we were preparing for bad news when we asked MVAH for help. After blood tests, they diagnosed her with Addison's disease and with our permission swiftly treated her. From what I read about Addison's disease that is not an easy diagnosis, because time is not on your side. However, they were swift and Hollie has made a serious comeback. She is like a new dog, and thankfully we will get to enjoy her company for a few more years. Thank you very much! The Timbrook family

I just started taking my new puppy there and she loves it and I do too! The staff is great and very friendly! Even though COVID protocols are in place, the appointment time was met on time and over with pretty quickly!

I love the entire crew at MVAH! They always are very professional. Kikki, my German Shepherd loves that they give her cheezwiz and/or peanut butter. to help get her through her visit. Thank you Dr, Davis and Dr. Godwin and all the crew for taking great care of my girl! You will forever be my pet's vet!

Mitchell Village is everything you can ever ask for in pet care and I will never take my kitty anywhere else! A very friendly staff and extraordinary care each and every time! I have never had to wait past my scheduled appointment time and my bill is always reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about them! Our Lily girl loves them too! :)

I must say I am very impressed with this vet clinic. I had an emergency situation while we were on vacation. While I was trying to find a clinic (everywhere was a 2 weeks wait minimum), I went to emergency hospital and was not only misdiagnosed there after spending 5 hours but almost lost my dog. Next business day I called Mitchell village and got an appointment same day! They ran few tests and found out my dog had a rare type of bladder stone. Dr Godwin did everything she could to help my doggy including hard to get medication and dietary food, but a surgery was still needed. Since the surgery he did not have any problems. All their staff, from scheduling, calling for medication, getting my questions asked were so professional and really made me feel as they care as much as me to help my dog. Besides, this is the cleanest and nice smelling vet office I have ever been to. I mean like wow, they are real dream team! Thank you so much for your hard work!

They treated my Moo Moo with the upmost care. They called me after her surgery and let me know how she was doing. When I picked her up, they provided all my questions with compassionate answers. Thank you for your professional care of my kitty.
