Always so helpful they are amazing

Great place, super clean and the staff is super friendly. Prices are a little high compared to Walmart, I hope they find a way to offer better prices because I don't see how you could survive with Walmart next door. I do prefer to buy from anybody but Walmart but the difference is significant. The same kennel was over $30 cheaper at Walmart to give you an example. In Biden's world, that makes a huge difference... LGB!

Always have a nice experience when I come here. It is my go to pet store. All the people are friendly and knowledgeable about products etc. Would definitely recommend it.

Always have everything in a specific that I only give by bunny, Spririt, the Oxbow brand. That's the best brand for rabbits and this Petoc always sells it!

The associate that helped us with our fish was very nice and informative. All fish are doing well except the catfish that seemed to have something wrong with his fin when we put him in the fish tank.

The cashier wax too slowly. She has to make your I brought back dead fish.

First time using Petco for grooming. I just moved to the area and my Bichon’s really needed a trim and all the small local businesses were booked until January. I always avoid going to a ‘big box’ store for my pups because the care is generally lacking and even dangerous. I have nothing but good to say about the store and the groomer (Amanda H.). She did a great job and my dogs were well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my dogs there again.

Too expensive for my tastes. The clerks are polite and helpful though, and they give you a pound of free snacks for your pet when you sign up for their Birthday rewards. As far as dog food goes, I order from Chewy.com. It's way cheaper, and they deliver.

Well when we got home they dry food was not for senior cats like we wanted after it was already open we found that out we had bought wet food also for senior cats but she handed us the regular dry food all age group.

Got what I needed. Selection needs to be stocked. Not a hell of a lot in the reptile areas

My 7 week old puppy had fleas, but Amber really helped me find the best solution for my puppy and now she is flea free :)

Polite staff and friendly very nice to take 40 pound bag of dog food out to my car for me when I had my grandson

Groomers Won't answer phone calls. Then... they Cancelled my grooming appt without my consent. With no reason, except to say it was me... IT WASN'T ME!! and the fact they take no responsibility, and instead blame me!!???? THAT IS PITYFULL... STAY AWAY!! is what I suggest! Sad place

Clean nice they are renovating but the place is nice

They have a deal on kitty litter. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They even opened up another lane when the line got long.

Staff was helpful and helped me find what I needed for my pets. They also gave me useful advice in how to care for my pets more effectively. I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend this store to friends and family for their pet needs.

I was sold on Petco after my first visit.

Nice big box pet center. Well stocked with an adequate amount of employees. Pet grooming center appears to be professional and well staffed. Will know more tomorrow as our rescue pooch will be groomed for the first time in a long time.

Y'all are very helpful when I shop there. Even with my water dragon when I took him back today.

I asked for the full package treatment for grooming and just because my dog was not cooperating they didn’t cut her nails. Like how am I supposed to cut it. And they didn’t even give me my money for it... not happy. I also noticed my pup excessively licking her paws and tails and some other areas and noticed that they cut her. Never go here for grooming terrible service.

Every employee that was working seemed like they were antisocial or high on hard drugs. Brook wrung me up and didn’t say one word when I tried to talk to her. I guess they don’t speak here. Everyone was extremely rude. Felt unwelcome and left feeling upset. 300$ spent at a horrible store.
