These guys are great. Don't expect alot of 1 on 1. Its really a drop off center. I've got two huge dogs and never had a problem with them. 5 years now. Plans are affordable and cover everything for like $30 a month. Except for emergency surgeries. You still need a plan that covers surgeries outside of neutering. Its nicer than the one in New Bern. The reason for 4 stars is they do x rays but can't fix what they find and because its an all white store. No cultural diversity.

4 other vets couldn't help with my cat's skin problem. Special food, meds, wipes, etc. and still no better. I went to Banfield and they heard the frustration & were the 1st to offer to get a skin biopsy to help figure it out better.

Hurt my animal, didn’t keep to appointment when no other animal was there, no care to the animals. Should be shut down. They have other bad reviews as well so I don’t see why they haven’t changed any, I understand a few but not this many. I understand running behind or something came up or not calling but when you have my animal all day due to you not being prompt since I brought it in on time and my animal comes back to me injured there is a serious problem. Also why does the cost of thing vary between people, are you stealing your customers money which means you’re also stealing from corporate, if nothing gets changed I will be calling a well known lawyer that I’ve used before and calling and writing corporate until you are shut down.

This has been my pets vet for many years. The pet plans help to make vet costs affordable. The staff takes their time to explain things and make you and your pet comfortable. The whole staff is amazing especially Crissy. (Hope I spelled her name right, apologies if not)

Compared to a previous vet office I took my dog I felt more relax as they know how to greet people and explain everything and pricing, which is more affordable than my local vet office. Would go back again

Very irritated right now. I took my cat to Banfield Animal Hospital at PetSmart in Morehead City to get neutered. His appointment was at 7:45 am. Since he is having a surgery they say to not let him eat 8 hours prior so at 10 pm last night, I took away his food. He has had nothing to eat since. So I drop him off at 7:45 and the lady tells me that it’s a 5 minute procedure and that they will call me when he’s done. She also said I would have to wait 3 hours before they can release him to me. So at 1:50pm I started getting worried because I hadn’t been updated or heard anything about my cat so I called them. They told me he wasn’t going to go into surgery for another 20 minutes and that I still would have to wait 3 hours after until they can give him back. So what they’re telling me is my cat hasn’t ate in about 19 hours and he’s been kept in his crate since 7 this morning. I’m highly livid and extremely disappointed with the care my cat has been given and just want everyone to have a heads up about this place.

Dr. Jones is the best for my little guy Odie. Hands down. ????

Wish I could give them zero stars! All they want is to do drop off appointments even when it’s an emergency they won’t make accommodations to see your pet.

The office on Morehead City is wonderful! The vet and assistance all genuinely care for my pups well being.

Banfeild is a great place with friendly people. They do have optimum wellness plans so you can save on vaccines and care for your pet. The plans are set up for 12 monthly payments
