We love Total Bond here in Davidson, and have been taking our companion animals there for 10 years. We love that the practice is small, and there is an intimate relationship for our animals (and for us!). We love that we are able to call and speak with the Doctors and Staff, and we are so glad that we can call for questions and whatnot without necessarily having to bring our animals in to the office every time. We love that the entire practice puts the issues of our animals above all other issues. We were also pleased with the way the Total Bond has been positively managing their practice during the Pandemic - keeping all of us safe, but still providing excellent care. Thank you, Total Bond!

I cannot thank the staff at totalbond davidson enough. The vet we have gone to for 3 years left us without a resolution for our sick puppy. Totalbond was able to get us in immediately and the staff was so sweet and the doctor was AMAZING. I am so glad we found a new vet for our dogs. I highly recommend this business.

This practice is always compassionate beyond our expectations. Too many good experiences to list.... Two above and beyond worth mentioning: one technician, the dog whisperer, spends over 30minutes calming one of our dogs in order to clip her nails (instead of using restraints) the other Dr. Nutt contacted us, on her day off, to inform us of blood work results.

You won't find kinder people than those at Total Bond.

This was one of my first experiences with a new animal. My cat was terrified but very calm once arriving. The staff and the vet were amazing. I absolutely will continue to use.

I will NEVER find another vet like Total Bond!!! Karen is pretty much family due to her constant, genuine TLC for my Baby! She always fits us into the schedule last minute (which I know has not been easy)! I can say the same for Dr. Haye - his attention to detail and extreme care and consideration for my Baby Girl's wellbeing is unmatched!

First time visit after switching from another Vet in the Huntersville area. Prices have tripled in the last two years and became cost prohibitive. I took my new Golden puppy for shots and was pleased that the price was 50% less than what I had paid. Staff was great and visit was timely.

Dr. Hay and his staff provide excellent compassionate care for all of my personal pets and the service dogs in training with Continuing the Mission. We feel so fortunate to benefit from his expertise and would not trust our dogs with anyone else! The entire staff is so loving and amazing!!

Always good and helpful advice, humane care and guidance both from Dr Hay and his staff. (We have had many dogs and cats treated by Dr Hay since the late 1990's).

I've been taking my dogs there for 19 years. Today they squeezed in Buddy even though they were booked solid. I dropped him off and they got a diagnosis and prescribed an antibiotic for his intestinal bug in just a short time. They are accommodating, super-friendly, and helpful.

This vet is one of the best. I was new to the community and my dog suddenly had a serious eye issue. They promptly worked me in their schedule and treated my baby like it was their own. They even followed up for a couple of weeks with me to make sure my baby was improving. I can’t say enough good praises for the entire staff.

I was referred to Dr. Hay's practice by neighbors when I got my beagle puppy 3 years ago, and I am so glad they did. Total Bond is a super friendly place, where everyone has a loving and caring attitude toward the pets, and they are also thoroughly professional. We've been bringing our pets to Dick Hay for 20 years now, and feel very lucky to have been able to do so. Like Dr. Hay, his staff are delightful: loving, gentle and smart. They have seen us through sad goodbyes and tail-wagging hellos. This is not a big, factory style vet hospital. This is a real vet.

Just brought my new puppy to TotalBond in Davidson today. It's nice to be able to bring her to Dr. Hay. He cared for my Boston Terrier, years ago when he was in Mount Holly. I moved to Cornelius recently there was no question in my mind which Veterinary Hospital I would be going to. His staff seems as caring as he is.
