Hannah in the fish department took the time to educate me on what I needed to purchase and went above and beyond which is something rare these days. She is the reason I will return to purchase my fish.

Awesome ppl and store they actually know their pets and have a better selection than petsmart . And their hampsters dont look half dead or have wet tail. Cutest ferrets ehich ive not seen anywhere in stores in yrs.

Like many businesses , they are suffering from being understaffed and it shows with the care of their saltwater tanks and fish. Please do a better job of caring for the animals that you're selling. . Dead fish and dirty tanks are definitely not good business.

Bought some.horned worms the other day. Only 2 in the container so I asked for money off. Get home and went to feed my bearded dragon with the horned worms. One worm was dead and had been for days from the look of it. There was literal maggots or some kind of small white worms(possibly tape worms?) moving around in the soil. Needless to say I will not be being worms from here in the future. Would love my money back but probably not happening.

Take my dog their i seen a little tarantula and i don't like spiders they creep me out but the staff their helped me out alot so thank yall for that and god bless

Took our 3 Chinese Crested in for grooming. Never used Petco before so after we got an appointment made they went yesterday. The groomers name is Casey. She took thorough time with us and each dog to get down to what we wanted and how to cut them as she never done one of these kinds before. We took a couple of pics as well and left them. Needless to say when we picked them up she had done an excellent job! We can not thank her enough for the great cuts they got! She even asked while we were there if we saw anything needing done before we left and she would take care of it right then. We only saw a very small spot we wanted just a tad shorter and thinned. Took about 5 minutes! I sure hope Petco gets her the help she needs to run the place. Right now by herself but they want to hire more. Anyway just a very big applause for Casey and job well done!

Look like a ghost pet store,fish tanks dirty .

The grooming department is a mess!! They cancel appointments an hour before after a 3rd time of being rescheduled. What a lack of seriousness!

Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of fish.

Is it is over an hour drive to get here from my house and unfortunately the last two times that I've made the drive to purchase new fish for my saltwater tanks the store has had literally one or two saltwater fish in stock. Not two species, two fish . During my last trip the person working in the fish section charged me 19.99 for a 5. 99 fish and unfortunately I did not have the time to stand there and argue and I wanted the fish so I had to the 19.99. customer service here is all over the place, and nobody really knows what they're doing. Luckily there is a private fish store (saltys ) just down the road staffed with competent people who provide insight and outstanding customer service. Considering how far I had to drive to visit their store might disappointment in their performance cannot be overstated.

Fish tanks looked rough. Hardly any fish in the salt water and i noticed they didnt have as many supplies as other petcos ive been to.

My dog gets her nails trimmed and teeth cleaned every 3 weeks. Staff is friendly in grooming. The dog toys are lacking but everything else is fine.

Petco is always so fully stocked with all my needs. Employees are friendly and helpful each and every time I go in. Love me some PETCO !

Dirty and unorganized. The fish tanks were nasty.

I went to this store for the first time in 2 years 3 days ago! It was dark, smelt nasty, most of the tanks were full of algae and dead fish, the reptile cages were dry and the water dishes were empty, the betta cups either had dead rotting betta fish in them, or barely alive betta fish. I will NOT be going back here again. I recommend going to the pet supermarket in town instead.

Had variety of dog food for dogs with allergies.

Small store. Good variety of saltwater fish and things for saltwater tank. Cute hamsters. Not alot of collars for cats. Friendly people. Clean place
