PetSmart Mooresville, North Carolina

I used to have the worst experience where I used to live but decided to give it another try since I’m recently moved to mooresville, the ladies on the sales floor greeted me right away made it feel very comfortable shopping asked if I needed help with anything. They were there whenever I had a question and they were not too pushy!! I have also brought my dog (daisy) to get a nice bath since we been moving around a lot and the ladies in the grooming salon also made a very comfortable environment! I forgot to ask the young lady’s name but daisy came out smelling amazing and super happy! My pup can be very stand-offish and not very fond of people but this young lady made daisy feel very comfortable and at ease which made me feel also comfortable to leave her in their care, thank you!!????

Insane prices on everything. How Amazon hasn't made them obsolete yet is the bigger question.

This petsmart was pretty disorganized in the dog bed/crate area. Then when we went to checkout, the cashier asked us if we were paying with cash or credit. We told her we were paying with cash. Then she said she literally just does not have enough cash in the register for us to use cash and I said "Oh you could have just said we have to pay with a card we can use a card." (If you don't have enough cash - don't ask if we are paying with cash or credit...) Then I asked her to check the price on an item and she immediately said "We can only price match from our website." I said "No, we need to check the price..." Then I asked if the 10% our crate mat went through and she looked and said "No. It's just 49.99." And I said "There was a sign that said 10% a crate mat if we purchase a wire crate. We took a picture." After we showed the picture, she said "Umm okay I'll do it" as if we had pleaded our case enough even though there was literally a sign. All that to say I'm never going to this Petsmart again.

Staff is very helpful. Prices are reasonable.

One associate named Brittany didn’t like the fact I was talking to the others because there were customers waiting. Well it was ONE customer and he seemed fine. I’ve had to wait a lot longer several times when I’ve been there.

Awesome place for pet supplies

This is our regular go to store for our dog and kitty food. Smaller PetSmart that is kind of neighborhood store. Smaller but still able to get same products. Great regular staff.

Friendly store. Always something new to see when I go. Love the fact all pets are allowed. Every store should be this way. Some items are way to high for the small amount or smaller the object. Other than that, you'll always find what you need for your pets at this store. Just make sure you bring the check book, credit card, your left arm or right leg, maybe your first born and might even need to take out a loan. Haha. Seriously. They have a great selection but are high in some sections that simply blows my mind sideways.

Chris is a great Groomer!! The entire staff is helpful and friendly.????????

I just want to give a shout out to Nicole in grooming! We have two dogs, one who is compliant with grooming and the other, not so much. She had excellent communication with us the whole process and went out of her way to accommodate. Her kindness and patience did not go unnoticed and I highly recommend PetSmart for your grooming needs!

Clean. Wasn't too busy. Employees were masked but it is not required to be masked to go inside. Decent prices. Staff was friendly. Bird accessory selection was light

Took our 100 pound hyper lab for a nail trim and grinding. They were great with him and did a fantastic job. I will definitely go back again.

Dirty, stuff everywhere not put on shelves and overall just not a very good Petco! A regional needs to go in there and make big changes.

Very professional and friendly grooming stuff. Took my Bichon/piddle mix there and they did an amazing job grooming and bathing him.

Brought my lil pup in for his first grooming, he went in terrified at first but came out super happy! The young lady Nicole did such a great job with him. he smells fantastic! Definitely will be coming back!

Excellent service and they too my dog Adonis. For.his shots love the staff and vet drs. I highly recommend..

Me and my family have been going to this PetSmart for years and I never had a problem with it until now. I recently became a Pacman frog owner. I didn't buy my frog from PetSmart, but I still care for it dearly. I went in PetSmart on May 13th to get some supplies when I noticed that they had a Pacman frog in this small critter keeper cage. This absolutely concerned me because there's a few things wrong with it. For starters, Pacman frogs need to burrow into the soil, that's how they get their hydration and it's also a natural habit for them. As you can see in the photos, there's NO ROOM for it to burrow into the soil. It does have a water dish in there to get it's moisture, but it still needs to burrow. If a Pacman frog cannot burrow, it will get stressed out. The log in there is taking up half the space in there. If they just take it out, the Pacman frog can have space to burrow. Another thing is Pacman froglets like the one in this critter keeper needs AT LEAST a 10 gallon enclosure (also mentions it on the PetSmart care guide for Pacman frogs) I asked the reptile worker about it and my concerns, and they told me that when I come in next time, I would see the Pacman frog in the enclosure without being in that small critter keeper. Which relieved me. Today, I had to go into PetSmart to pick up something and IT WAS STILL IN THE CRITTER KEEPER! I asked a worker why it was still in there, and THIS person told me that apparently the ground in there dries out too much and the Pacman froglet doesn't make it. Of course, this absolutely frustrated me because places like Pet Supermarket knows how to keep their Pacman frogs alive WITHOUT putting it in such a small place. PetSmart, PLEASE FIX THIS!!! You seem to take care of all the other reptiles and amphibians, so why not do the same for your Pacman frogs?? All you need to do is make sure that the temps in there are around 75-80 degrees during the day and 69-72 during the night. Keeping the enclosure at around 50%-70% humidity is suitable! If you want this froglet to be happy and alive for someone to take it home, put it in the enclosure!

Good selection in collars for dogs and cats. Cute toys an clothing. Ok selection of certain fish but was out of alot. Friendly staff. Pretty big store. Clean store.

They assisted me with fitting my baby for a harness. The other 2 local pet stores seemed that they couldn't be bothered.

Other than a long wait in line it was fine.

we come here for crickets and thats about it do not like how there animals are cared for
