Today was first time I had my 8-year-old Golden Retriever groomed while at day care and I am so impressed. Molly spent 3 days at PP this week and we both felt the love, pampering, and restoration needed after a busy holiday season. The staff are so super sweet and kind. Y’all really do pamper pets and parents. And best groomer ever. Thanks so very much.

Great place to bring your furries for boarding, a play date or grooming. Today was a bath and shed control treatment. My dogs came home smelling and looking great! The staff are always friendly and kind with my crazy pups. We have boarded in the past and I chose the option of daily report cards. I loved getting them each afternoon along with a picture showing my dog happy in the outdoor play yard. Thank you PPI for taking great care of my babies!

Our dog loves Pampered Pets. He gets excited from the minute we pull into the parking lot. He gets lots of playtime and attention while he is there, and that puts our minds at ease when we have to be away from him.

Our pup had such a great time at Pampered Pets Inn for daycare. We could tell they took great care of her during her stay and she had so much fun. They gave us a quick update at our check-out and we could tell she had a blast and loved all of the people! A great spot. We have continued to come to Pampered Pets Inn and our dog Millie continues to love it. Highly recommend!

I love the training my pet received at Pampered Pets. I signed him up for 10 days of training to learn the basics. The trainers met with me at the end of each week to report how he was doing and what they were working on. They also showed and sent me pictures of him in training. I now send him for daycare occasionally. Every time I pull up to pamper pets Koda gets really excited. It is good to know he loves it there and the people that work with him. The staff is friendly, professional and quick to respond to all my inquiries.

We love pampered pets! The staff are so good with all the animals, and the detailed reports are really comforting. Watching your dog on the instastory when they’re out playing is just the best thing! So nice to see your pet having fun and being loved. ????

After reading such positive reviews, we decided to board our dog at Pampered Pets. We were very pleased with the experience and our dog had a great time. The staff was very professional, organized and made us feel like our girl was in good hands. We felt like they truly pampered our dog! It’s a little drive for us, but we had such a good experience that we will definitely board at Pampered Pets again.

I love Pampered Pets! Henry (long haired dachshund) always looks like he is having fun in his pictures and LOVES the handlers. He is a people dog! I also love that there are neighborhood dogs there for day care and he gets to play with his already established friends! Highly recommend. Be prepared for your dog to sleep a while when they come home.

We boarded our small senior healthy dog for four days at Pampered Pets Inn last September. Although this company was well rated and had claims of following all protocols, our dog didn’t have a good experience. First, we noticed old secretion builded up around his eyes with redness in one of them. A simple wet cloth to clean his eyes could have taken care of the problem. Then, although we left plenty of food and instructions, he was not eating properly because he did lost weight. We weren’t notify of any issues. Finally, he started showing signs of the deadly Kennel Cough right after bringing him home. The vet put him on medications for 10 days. There were some scary moments but he recovered fully. The business owner, politely and unapologetic, did not take responsibility for anything and have excuses for everything. Do your research. We do not recommend Pampered Pets Inn.

Overall we were satisfied. There aren’t many nice places to board kitties, at least when compared to dogs. The cattery was clean and smelled appropriate. The room was also sound proof from the dogs and there were ambient sounds. The staff was very nice. A suggestion for their team is to increase communication. This was the first time I left my girl overnight and was extremely anxious (as most people are). I wish I would’ve received more communication, at least that first day. There was also a mix up on my request to have a daily report the first day so I had a very difficult time relaxing until I spoke to someone the following afternoon. The team apologized for the mix-up and it was easy to forgive the oversight after speaking with them. The bag I brought the supplies it was also ripped to shreds. I saw where it was stored and I don’t know how she would’ve been able to access it but there were definitely scratch and bite marks on the bag. The girl I spoke to had no idea how it happened and insisted she couldn’t have gotten to it. I’ve seen things my cat has chewed/gotten to before and I had no doubt that she did it. I don’t care about the bag but more about the fact that no one was aware that she did it or how it was done - They had to see it when they fed her since the food was stored in that bag. Overall a good experience and a place we will likely use in the future.

My corgi “Ripley” loves going to Pampered Pets Inn for doggy daycare and spa services with my dad’s dog, Merlin. The staff is very professional and cares for their four legged visitors like family. I feel safe leaving my dog here. I know she will have the best day when she’s there!

My dog Mr Brown has separation anxiety and I felt very comfortable leaving him at Pampered Pet in Mooresville. They are professional and truly care for the animals. Mr Brown had been there for day care and 4 night stay. Both stays he came home happy and not traumatized.

Pampered Pets is a very nice, clean boarding inn and I would use them again. The only thing I would say is that they are a touch pricey. But I can't complain, I'd rather my animals be taken good care of

Puppy and kitten were well cared for and I enjoyed the daily report card updates. No hesitation in booking additional services when needed. The property is clean and those taking care of pets seem to enjoy their work!

My dog & I both love Pampered Pets Inn!

They were absolutely amazing with my little one. I have a dog and they took amazing care of him! They go above and beyond to make sure that your animals are happy. They were very patient with me considering this is the first time he had ever been. I will be taking him back for daycare and training services!

Our dog Forrest, loves spending time there, whether for Daycare or overnight Boarding!! He is always so eager to get in when he realizes we are there. Great staff, friendly and professional! The place is very clean and well run.

Front Desk was VERY RUDE, I drove 35 minutes and when I arrived she wanted to argue with me that my dogs vaccines were out of date when she was reading the date given not due date, had to stand and wait 15 minutes for her to confirm with my vet and when my vet wanted to inform her that the information was correct she really didn’t like that and continued to have a attitude with me. After my vet confirmed vaccination records were up to date she asked my vet to send over the vaccines and hung up the phone and proceeded to tell me because my 8 month old puppy didn’t have the bordetalla shot(which she got from the breeder at 6 weeks old and I had paperwork at home from breeder) that my dog could not be seen because my vet did not have those records, then why did she want my dogs record’s if she already had her answer my dog was NOT going to be seen? My dog was NOT there for boarding she was there for a hour long grooming appointment, I would completely understand needing the paper work for bordetalla shot upfront if she was being boarded but for a hour long grooming appointment.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my 2 dogs at PPI! My Husky and Malamute stayed for 6 days and just had a ball! The daily report cards and photos kept my mind at ease knowing that they were being taken care of, well attended to, and were having a blast! I know they just loved the pool and all the playtime with the other dogs, as well as all the one on one interaction with the staff. What a nice place! Highly recommend ????????

We used Pampered Pets when we traveled to Mooresville NC for the day. I felt confident that my two shelties were in great hands. Pampered Pets made me feel good about leaving them. Every thing from reservations to checkout was easy. They were very patient and caring and the "kids" seemed to have a good time.

Update- Still loving Pampered Pets! My girl has been going for just over a year now and she absolutely loves everyone there. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to help accommodate their clients. Bella and I love you guys and are so grateful to have you! I love everything about Pampered Pets! Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Most importantly, my dog adores everyone who works there. I feel so comfortable leaving her, knowing she’s in great care and going to have a good time. I would highly recommend PPI over any other dog facility!

Our German Shepherd, Duke, spent Labor Day weekend at Pampered Pets. Their staff is always professional and highly attentive and I know he is always well cared for while we are gone. We also scheduled him for a deluxe bath and grooming and he looked and smelled amazing when we picked him up! I highly recommend Pampered Pets Inn!
