I was in town visiting family for a few days, with my two VERY fluffy dogs in tow, and Classy Critters was able to fit them both in on short notice for a full groom and furminator. I’m extremely pleased with the result. They did exactly what I asked, as great as my dogs have every been groomed, if not better! The price was completely reasonable and if I lived in the area, I’d be a loyal customer without a doubt. Highly recommend!

I have been searching and trying many pet groomers in my 11 years in Mooresville and I can finally say I have found the best one by far. We have 3 dogs and one in particular is a 16 year old Pomeranian Chihuahua mix who does not like to be handled and was starting to get matted because of his inability to be groomed. Every single other pet grooming vendor would not touch this dog. Not only did Classy Critters Pet Resort take on this challenge but they did the best job in grooming this animal that I have ever experienced in his 16 years. Not only that, but the cost was reasonable and the service was professional and very customer focused. I highly recommend Classy Critters Pet Resort for your dog grooming needs

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. Our goldendoodle loves it there. Doodles can be tough to groom but Stephanie does an amazing job. We also board our doodle there when we go out of town and when we come back our doodle is happy and playful. She loves it there.

We have taken our Scottish Terrier to Classy Critters since they have opened. Pam n Stephanie r Wonderful.They listen when u ask them to groom your pet a certain way. My Scottie always looks beautiful after grooming. They use no cages n have a great room with windows that ur dog goes after grooming. Thank you Classy Critters.

This place is amazing! I was told at another groomer that my dog was too difficult to shave, but classy critters said my dog was amazing and they had no issues! She looked and smelled amazing and we will be bringing both my other dog and my moms dog here from now on!!

They are the best. We use them for grooming and boarding.

I really wanted to give them a 5 as they were receptive and kind when I explained that my 2.5yr old miniature poodle had never been to a groomer before, and that I usually did it at home myself and she was only there for 3hrs so it was pretty quick as well. She's a fairly timid little dog, very mellow and obedient and I think overall they did an ok job on her (the tuft on her head is a bit uneven, but not a big deal) and I think $50+tip is about average in price. I am however, somewhat surprised and disappointed that they nicked both her vulva and anus in several places; something I didn't notice until I got home and she wouldn't stop dragging her butt along the carpet (something she's never done before). I understand that she may not have held as perfectly still as a more experienced dog might have (although she's always been pretty good when I clumsily did it at home, and I've never once nicked her anywhere when clipping), but with their claim of 36+yrs of combined experience I would hope that they'd have been a bit more patient and taken the time to make sure that she not get nicked (especially in such a sensitive area) on her very first time at the groomers. I think I'll be trying some of the other groomers in the area next time.

Classy Critters is the most affordable and professional grooming shop I've ever been to. They always do an awesome job with my 70lb dog. The staff is small but extremely friendly and always able to get the job done quickly. I couldn't be happier and neither could my dog!
