Since Dr. Williams retired we have had nothing but trouble , We have spent Thousands of dollars on our Boston with them , Today was last straw , Bye

Dr Williams would never ever have allowed something like this to happen! Unfortunately was having to put down a 23-year-old dog make the appointment and everything we get here waiting on the vet to get in the room and they come to tell me oh we can't do it. We are out of euthanizing medicine here's you need to get heart meds pain meds and will call you Monday if we get the medicine in. Worst part I called yesterday at 4:30 p.m. to make sure we were good to go for 8:00 this morning he said they had been out for over a week so somebody should have effing told me!

Went in to get my new puppy her second round of parvovirus and distemper shots she also received shots she had already been given and shots that were not asked for Will definitely not bring another animal here or recommend this place to another pet owner. This is definitely not the way Dr. Williams took care of his customers or patients.

Everyone here was always very nice. The problem I had was that my pet had a bad reaction to a medication they told me she needed to live essentially. I called for advice after not being able to find a resolution with the pharmacist. I called and emailed and never got a call back. Turns out after doing my own research my pet didn't even need the medication that made her have a horrible reaction. Her problem ended up being totally resolved in 2 months with a diet change. I don't feel like I got a great level of care you'd expect or all the options offered. I don't think it was intentional, it seems maybe they are just too busy to deal with a complicated patient. After switching to another vet and sitting in their waiting room I've over heard another patient who wasn't treated well by Valley Vet.

I thought it was a blessing that they could squeeze my dog in on a Saturday with injuries from a hawk attack but all they did was stitch 1 of the wounds and sent him home with meds. They didn't do a full exam and he had additional injuries that were not treated. We called to let them know they had missed some things and to have a better exam because he still was not eating and they told us to come in to drain the wound they had stitched previously which happened to be in infected. I was told he was fine and recovering but then I got the message that he had collapsed and they suspected that he died from a stroke while recovering. I trusted them with his care and they failed him and our family

I have never meet such a caring and compassionate vet.

literally tried calling to make an appointment for my puppy to get her shots, a woman answered and said hello , didn't give me any time to respond, hung up on me right when I said hello. Rude! I'll take my business else where then

I just wanted to take a moment to say how amazing this clinic is. Not only does Dr. Emmadi care for his patients but he also truly cares for their owners as well. We had an emergency with our cat on a Saturday morning and were told come on in without a second thought. Kept informed through the whole process. I highly recommend this clinic !

Very friendly and good with pets

I recommend Dr. Emmadi for all of your pets needs. He did eye surgery on my 5 month lab boxer mix about 3weeks ago. Her eyelids were rolling inward and causing pain and discomfort. Dr Emmadi fixed her up and she can open her eyes completely now. The staff are wonderful and they all care about your pets needs.

They were so kind and absolutely on point when I brought my dog in for rat poisoning. Saved her life along with Rob Grimes who noticed the poison.

Wonderful caring staff, nice clean facilities. The Doctor and his team were truly caring and sympathetic to the families of their furbabies. I would recommend this veterinary care center for anyone whose pets are a loved family member.

I want to Thank Dr Emmadi for the great care he has given our dog Harvey. Harvey came as a stray to our home and he need attention. With the good care he received he is doing so well. He had neuter surgey yesterday and he was chipped. Everything went so well. The staff was wonderful....I can not say enough. If you are looking for a good Vet for your beloved pets I highly recommend Dr Dan Emmadi and staff.

Valley Animal Clinic did a great job repairing my dog's torn ligament in his leg. We received lots of post-op instructions and follow up. We had a good experience boarding our dogs there for the weekend too!

The staff are a group of incredibly caring and patient professionals. Dr. Emmadi is considerate, empathetic, with both a high IQ and EQ. He takes great care and time with the explanation of complicated diagnoses. He is approachable, down to earth, genuine, transparent and due diligent. It is obvious he keeps up with the latest animal research and surgical procedures. The nurse technicians make your animal feel special and all of the clinical staff is well versed in the provision of care. The office staff are a delight and truly interested in your animal(s) well-being. Valley Animal Clinic is truly committed to continuity of animal health care on an individual basis. You’ll come away feeling that they care and are concerned about the health of your pet. Dr. Emmadi will make you feel heard; and, his style of care is to be comprehensive and ensure that every pet owner comprehends a diagnosis and related care instructions. Convenient location near I40. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Vet & his assistant were very knowledgeable. They took great care of my senior dog's check up and shots. She was not nervous at all. The doctor gave information, but did not pressure me into expensive treatments like some offices do. Nail clipping was also well done and affordable. Great office and excellent pet care. Amazing staff - the perfect combination of expertise and compassion.

I went in for my sick cat and the young white female vet tech heard her coworker speaking Spanish and said “I just hate hearing people speak Spanish” I refused services and took my cat else where. Do not support this business.

I have used this vet for many years. I am well pleased with the care and compassion the staff show. My questions are answered and concerns addressed whether on the phone or in the office.

They are very nice and friendly. The service was good.
