Best place to get dog's nails trimmed!

Love this lil shop, got great service where associate walked me to an isle and helped me find the products I needed and gave me some advice to help my elderly pooch. Thanks Petsense I will definitely come shop again.

I made an appointment to get my dog groomed a few weeks ago on Thursday. I called to see what the latest I could bring my dog in because I was getting off a little later then I originally thought. I showed them a picture of what I wanted but she stated he couldn't be cut like that due to him being matted... I picked him up afterwards and he is cut way too short! He is not even cut even. I also noticed that the ends of his ears were hard and I wasn’t sure if this was normal, I ended up finding blood on his ears which isn’t normal. I'm not sure if the lady was in a rush because my appointment was at 4:30 and they closed at 7pm and she was just trying to rush and that's why she didn't want to do the cut I originally showed her. It's sad because I like to bring him here when I can't find other groomers due to them being booked up. But I Won't be bringing him back here again.

Agree with a previous review that the customer service in grooming sucks. Also they my dogs nails didn’t appear to have been clipped and neither dog dew claws were clipped. My dogs didn’t even smell fresh as if they had a bath. There’s a very negative energy in the grooming department and I wouldn’t recommend this establishment for grooming. I didn’t feel that my dogs were even safe and I am so sorry I left them in the mist of these grumpy groomers for an hour. Definitely would never recommend for grooming!

Always has my cat and dog food in stock and I don't have to wait in line...much better than walmart!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We stopped by for the first time to get our Dog groomed. The two ladies kept rolling their eyes, and complaining about how they couldn’t provide any services. The worst part was their lack of enthusiasm to gain new customers. We want people who are happy and excited to see our pet. It was so unpleasant to be in this store today. It felt as if we inconvenienced you by coming in as a paying customer.

Everything I go in the staff is always nice and always answer any questions I have about anything including the pets waiting to be adopted! I love seeing the kitties and the reptiles!! They also do grooming and have a lot of different varieties of food, toys, etc. They even do collections for places!

Limited selection. Tether harness I purchased had tear in fabric. Not their fault, but hope they will make good on it.

They really need to pay their employees and groomers more. I’ve given them so many chances. Do not take your pets to be groomed her unless you want high groomer turnover resulting in groomers w little patience.

We have been using their grooming services for two years. Today we were turned away because they have lost our file and we do not carry our dogs rabies cards with us. The employee said their filing system is horrible and that they do not have a computer. We live 30 mins away. So very inconvenient. We will be finding a new groomer.

I like Petsense, it has a good selection of items for dogs and cats. I do wish they would carry PetFresh dog food, that's what my dog loves.

Workers were courteous and knew their jobs.

My grooming appointment was at 3 . I waited in line outside the grooming room holding my dog 20 minutes with no one acknowledging me or the other lady w her dog. While watching, one groomer was just sitting there talking the other was holding a good grip around dogs whole ear to hold the dogs head up while combing the mats forcefully from the dogs face which looked painful. I ended up leaving. There’s never the same groomer so you have to go over every detail about what u expect each time and hope they know what they’re doing. Prices seem to be Too high for the outcome u get and always changing. I suggest going somewhere else or at least watch them as they work with your dog!

I go there often with my service animal and we enjoyed each time.

Clean, great selection, and they provide grooming services for dogs too! They had some items on sale and the kids enjoyed looking at some of the animals they have.

We take our dog here for grooming, and both the groomers that we've worked with have done an awesome job. While our dog isn't aggressive, He is prone to holding with his teeth when having his nails done. The staff here we're very accommodating of that and he's no longer nervous when they take him behind the counter for his grooming. The staff even worked well when they realized that he became nervous with the loud noises of the blow dryer and switched over to hand towel drying him instead. Super happy, and plan on using them as long as they're open.
