PetSmart Knightdale, North Carolina

We have been going here off and on just due to the availability. However when we do go we are always left a “note” that our dog would be used to them if we go every month. Not that it’s any of their business our dog goes EVERY month and does not miss a grooming whether or not Petsmart has availability. They mark up for handling and if they are matted and assume if they didn’t see them the month before they are matted. Mind you we made sure she was brushed several times each week before her most recent grooming and still charged extra. When we pick her up we are called about 10mins before the store closes. If called earlier we would have been able to leave earlier to get her without being inconvenienced. We will NOT be back as the grooming services here are getting worse each month. Leaving this review so you don’t waste your time with their grooming services.

Don’t bring your pets to be groomed here. I brought in my long haired chihuahua for grooming and when I picked him up, barely any hair was cut. Even worse, when we got home he yelped every time I tried to pick him up. It turned out he had bruising on his left armpit and he was also cut on his back right leg. DO NOT bring your pets here!!!!!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have three dogs, a cat and a turtle and I always find everything I need. The store is clean and organized and the staff are always willing to help or answer questions.

What can I say that hasn't already been said before. They had exactly what I needed. A little more pricey then I'd like though.

Pretty good PetSmart. Most clean public restroom I've ever seen. Almost dropped a star for the toilet paper being on backwards. ????. Nice people, and relatively clean store

The grooming department is absolutely terrible. My standard poodle came home looking absolutely horrible. I’m not sure if they don’t know what poodles are supposed to look like but they turned our little boy into a completely different type of dog. I didn’t even recognize him! If you need your fur baby groomed take them anywhere but here!

Always find what we need. Employees are friendly. I wish they had a bigger section for Eukanuba food

I have been visiting this location”s grooming salon for a couple of years, but I decided today would be my final visit. If you care about your per stay away from this location.

Great service. I needed materials for a temporary puppy sitting venture. The cashier was able to provide knowledgeable, helpful advice that resulted in the most appropriate purchase. The merchandise was excellent at addressing the needs of my charge.

If I should ever get a pet, PETSMART will be my first stop on getting things that will enhance its life. Excellent store. Nothing else can be added. Awesome.

Good customer service! Staff is friendly and always answers customer concerns. The store always has more supplies than other Petsmart stores. This store is one of my favorite pet stores.

Place is great! Staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes I am stuck waiting up front for a cashier because they are stocking an aisle or doing something else but overall a good store.

Sad customer took my dog to be groomed the day after Thanksgiving returned home and in about 40 minutes they called and said she had passed away was fine when I dropped her off. They did test and said she had a heart attack and they found a tumor but out of all days she passes away while in the groomers care I never knew she had anything wrong with her she got regular checkups to the vet never told me anything was wrong with her she was in perfect health.my heart is broken feel as she may have been mistreating while been groomed my heart is broken They cremated her for me but that isn't enough she was dear to me and I left her in there care. I am truly hurt

The cashier was busy up front with customers yet she dashed over took care of my needs and and answered all questions concerning my large purchases of a dog ramp and Ortho bed, she multi tasked with product knowledge and a Big Smile !!! You need to clone this young lady she was amazing ????????????????????????????

Closest to me. Prices run abt average. But sometimes u can get coupon. They don't use their keychain card as much as other places. Went a few days ago & the cashier was very friendly & helpful.

Associates ever so eager to help!!!! Love this store!

Don't bother using the app to check-in for curbside pickup. I have no idea how long it takes them to get notifications from the app, but both times we've tried we ended up calling the number after growing impatient waiting for 10+ minutes.

Customer service needs some improvement

We picked up a couple of cats for a rescue..this PetSmart was really clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Brown hair Karen in the dog grooming section has a nasty attitude. Is it really going to kill you that my daughter and I wait at the front desk for a few extra minutes to get clarity on how long it's going to take for my dog to get washed? With no one else in line..? I didn't catch her real name but Karen is very fitting for her attitude.

The vet located in the store was awesome and helped us locate the owners of a lost dog that was chipped.

I always love the job that they do. My dog looks like a different “person” when we pick her up.
