Got what I needed at a fair price. Friendly service.

My puppies and I are frequent customers of Petco grooming. The girls that work there are super friendly and love my 2 chihuahuas. Althought, I don't think my chihuahuas love the grooming LOL. I also visit the Petco Store. They always have sweaters for my shivering tiny chihuahuas.

The experience was great, the store was clean and well staffed. The people in the fish department were knowledgeable and helpful! Will absolutely be back!! (Only downside was some of the price tags weren't correct)

Jackie and Liz were freaking amazing! Jackie gave me the whole breakdown on what I should be looking for in dog food and what I need to avoid - she showed me several different products at different price points and answered all of my crazy questions as a first time dog mom. Highly recommend this store! Will definitely be back!

Wow, Customer service at its highest level. The young man Codi.. awesome,helpful and lots of patients. He is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to the species in his store. So helpful Love this place

Since when did all the dog food get priced like gourmet? Good Lord.

I had the best experience at this location! I was with my daughter who is 3 and we ran in to get some flea treatments for our kittens. Of course she had to see all the animals and the fish. While we were at the at the fish the sweetest young man working there (I wish I could remember his name!) allowed my daughter to feed the fish and even pet one of the snakes. She was thrilled! Thank you so much for making her entire week! The same clerk was also very helpful when we checked out, more than happy to assist with some price matching on the Petco app. We'll definitely be back to this location!

There are pallets full of products and the shelves barely has anything on them in this store, it makes no sense. When I was shopping I needed something that was in the middle of the pallet, so of course I wasn’t able to purchase it. I asked an associate if they had any on the shelves and she said “no, but everything on the pallets are close to the area that it belongs on the shelves.” Major liability issues in the store. Please place the items of the shelves for crying out loud. Total turn-off, needless to say I did not make a purchase.

Best Petco I've been too yet had the best selection of dog food and reasonable prices. The cashier was new but very fast and informative.

The lady working the front let my son toddle around and look at everything. She even took one of the ferrets out for him to meet. Very friendly and very helpful. And they're never out of feeder fish!

Pretty good! It was a bit dirty with a fair amount of pallets sitting out in the middle of the day but everyone seems friendly

Customer service is bad. I go to this store and usually have difficulty in finding a staff---standing by the front desk for 5-7 minutes and still no one showing up. Pricing system is ridiculous; Petco website states a specific price for an item; but in-store pricing tag shows another price, and the cashier machine shows a different price from the two above. Petsmart across the street has better customer service and deals than this store does.

So i went to Petco and a man followed me and my dog all around the store. Until i noticed he had on a Petco shirt. Then we left.

Customer service was good and informative and I was able to get my dog connected to Vetco.

I had to return a bag of dog food that I had already opened. I took my granddoggie to the doctor on Saturday and discover that the food that I was given her was flaring up her allergies. Petco took the food back and let me exchange it for what she needed. Hazel and I thank you.☺️
