We took our Yorkie here to see Dr. Randall for his allergies and recurrent ear infections. She and her tech, Helen, were great throughout the whole process of allergy testing. All of our questions were answered and Dr. Randall was thorough with her exam. We are very pleased!

So if you show up to this ANIMAL HOSPITAL at 7:30 as the hours suggest, you will find the staff doesn't show up untill 7:45, the doctor doesn't actually start until 8:30, and they don't do walk-ins... as an animal hospital!

This place used to be great until my vet retired. Please guys if you love your pet do not see Dr Marti. Im not going to rage on here but I am shocked and livid about my most recent experience. I will never be back.

Everyone in this office truly loves and cares about the animals. We brought my Ramses in as a kitten with a bad respiratory infection. He was so well taken care of. They are always so happy to see him. Ramses will be a life long patient!

After a year with another Vet treating my precious dogs skin and it only got worse month by month and after he had refused to refer me somewhere else I finally put my foot down and demanded he do so. It was Dr Randall I finally was able to see and writhing 5 minutes she diagnosed and treated my precious Gracie with the correct treatment. I had spent 2500.00 on her skin with this other vet Dr Chad Malpass at Westchester Vet Clinic in High Point and he misdiagnosed for a whole year!!! Dr Randall could not have been more compassionate ,professional and at the top of her game with my precious Gracie. I’ve never written a review before for anything but I felt I had to with this experience . SHE FIXED MY GRACIES SKIN CONDITION IMMEDIATELY!! After an entire year of wasting my time at the expense of my precious dogs health. If you believe any review on anything you’ve ever reviewed this is the one to believe. Truly!! See DR Randall. She will fix your furry child. Never use Dr. Maplass at Westchester Vet Clinic!!

When my Yoshie was sick they took care of her for an entire month!! I can not say enough how much we appreciated the staff and Dr. McGinnis!!

anyone that is willing to take time to explain something thoroughly has 5 stars in my book! My dogs love Dr. McGinnis. The first time we took our puppy to see her she came to the waiting room and sat with him to get to know him for a few minutes before our appointment. She loves animals that is for certain! <3
