Vet here was great. My dog was really sick and needed to be seen quickly. We knew her diagnosis immediately, she got treated amazingly, and she is now on medications to help treat her infection.

I had a dog who needed over night care for a long time. I called to check on him and was told I could see him. I got there and a tech shouted out in front of a crowded waiting room that I could not see him at all. I asked why I the tech could not have told me in private instead of in front of everyone. I was then called over, in private and scolded by one of the vets for talking to their staff that way. Told they would give me my pet and his medical records so I could take him elsewhere besides they did not have weekend coverage for overnight care. I took him to a real animal hospital for long term treatment. Many of the family animals have been to this place for decades but never again. It is just a clinic, not a hospital. This happened before covid hit and the reply is bogus smh

These people here are saving lives and helping many they are great, only thing is that due to being a hospital you’ll have to wait awhile for walk ins to be seen because of COVID-19

We had an emergency and after calling around to at least 7 other vets, they were great about getting me in quickly and out on my way. They gave me options, reasonable pricing, and worked with my regular vet to get her the information needed to continue treating my pet. Definitely appreciate their help and recommend them to others.

Have a new puppy our vet was closed. He was not feeling well. They were very responsive and professional. Got him feeling better in no time.

The whole staff are amazing! Dr. Tiffany is the best! Loves and cares for her patients as if they were her own. Very knowledgeable!

When I went it is 1sT come 1st serve and the parking lot was full. I thought I'd be there for hours but it went surprisingly quick. Also my car battery died and they came out and help me. They were so nice!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vet!!! Also will be transferring my other dog to them!

I have a mommas baby, she is very attached. But when I bring her here she goes to the one who comes out to get her with no issues at all. When they bring here back out to me, they always complement how sweet she is. Sounds silly coming from someone about a Chihuahua.

I just got a new furbaby and I called around to get an appointment for him. I was elated to get a same day appointment as a new customer! I was told that I would need to call once we arrived to check in. The only downside was that I wasn't advised that I would be worked in. As I sat in my car another customer was upset because she had been waiting for over an hour to be seen. Again being that it was a Monday after lunch I was very grateful to be worked in! Once we were called into the building the entire process was very efficient and I got answers to my questions about my little boy!!

We’ve trusted KVH for our pet care for 29 years and I can’t imagine going elsewhere. ????????

Highly recommend this place for your pets. Everyone was very friendly and I felt welcomed as it was my first time at this place. 10/10 ????????

Dr. Adiko and Julia are absolutely amazing!! They treated my dog like I feel like they would theirs. Extremely compassionate. I just can't thank them enough for the help, treatment, and information they gave.

My Golden Retriever had a cut under his eye. My regular vet couldn't see him I called Kernersville Vet and they said they do walk in appointments from 2 to 5. I took him and got in at 2:00. They were great. Numbed and stapled the wound without having to put him to sleep gave him antibiotics and pain pills. Treated me and my dog with kindness. Price was more then reasonable.

The staff seem to know what they are doing, are compassionate, and the prices are fair to me. The wait times are the only constant detriment, with walk in and appointments. Sometimes I'm in and out quickly, other times it can take over an hour for a simple thing. The only personal complaint I have is that one specific health problem with my pet requires communication with another specialist vet and I always seem to have to remind/ask the Kernersville Vet Hospital multiple times to fax their lab reports to the other vet so that I can get updates for my pet's care at home.

Awesome staff! Takes the time to really listen, a rarity in this busy world. I appreciate the over 15 years of wonderful service, love, and care you've provided to our fur babies.

The staff were friendly. The actual exam was fine but the wait time was really long. I checked in at 2:20pm but didn’t meet with the vet until 4:45pm. We didn’t leave until around 5:00pm.

Dr. Rosenquist is great with dogs she calms them before exam and my Pom does great with her. I can't say the same for other vets. She does a great job explaining alternative means for treating illness and is very understanding.

Went in our frenchie had an ear infection. They cleared it up in no time in and out with a decent bill

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The doctor that called about one of our dogs’ issue had a terrific personality and explained everything in detail. We are very pleased with the experience!

We had a very good experience here. Was able to do a Saturday walkin. The Vet and Tech were very nice and handled our dog with the utmost care. They didn't try to run up an outrageous bill. I will be back.

They are always concerned and attentive to my furbabies. I've been going there for years with my cats. And they explain everything to me in detail. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pet care.

I've been coming here for many years. Today was my first time since covid that I was allowed in with my cat. Everything went well in the care and treatment of my cat. You and you pet still stay in the parking lot till they come for you,but that's no problem.

We had to travel abroad with our puppy and urgently (pressed for time) needed the necessary shots and international documentation to export an animal. Dr. Lisa was AMAZING. She got us in and went the extra mile.
