Awesome, amazing, and extremely caring! They did so well working with my dogs. I am happy to call them my vet and am so glad that they came highly recommended to me (from a working dog and personal pet dog standpoint). I am just so happy to have them for my vet and they always go above and beyond. Finding care like this has not been easy, but I feel so reassured that I have. I have been bringing my dogs and cats here since they opened. I love Dr. Ashley and Dr. Barry Parks. They are kind, compassionate and really care about your pets and take the time to explain things to you.

We rate this veterinary hospital highly. COVID-19 didn't stop animals healthy well being.

We LOVE Hopkins!! Our baby Sage got spayed today! Dr. Gallagher, Dr. B, & Dr. A are all miracle workers! They really take care of both our German Shepherds each time they are there. You can tell they love what they do. We have went to a few vets but Hopkins is our home now! Also, I can’t speak highly enough about the vet techs and front office staff. Kristen, Bree, and Wendy are fabulous ❤️❤️????

Hopkins Road Animal Hospital is wonderful with my pup! They take their time evaluating him, and show a love for animals. Their staff is great and take time to talk to my pup to help calm him and make his visit more pleasant. I highly recommend using them.

Can not get a call back....I was recommended by Dr. MURPHY a specialist...I said OKAY..WHATEVER I NEED TO DO..I tried for a week to get her...NO RESPONSE. ...they are all about Quantity over Quality...I would have put my dog down a few months ago because of the NO RESPONSE OR CALL BACK from them had I not went to SHALLOWFORD ANIMAL HOSPITAL...which was my original vet...he moved from Kernersville to Lewisville so I let convenience over Quality swaye me for a while. Even the receptionist who I had been friends with Laughed at me on the phone when I asked to speak to someone else because we are no longer friends! So unprofessional...immature and obviously selfish on her part! And I now have already had TWO other people in 2 months question why I left! They now also go to Shallowford Animal hospital!!! So sad this is what this world is coming to...and that professionally and honestly friendship wise...this is how people are =SELFISH

Very professional and pleasant to work with. Although our animals seem to know when they are headed to the vet they are ALWAYS happy to be going home.

Dr. Gallaher, Kristin ( tech ) and the rest of the staff are awesome. Very caring and understanding. After explaining how bad of anxiety my pup has they let me go in the exam room which shows that they actually care for animals they treat and it is not just a business to them like to other veterinarians around the area. They were very patient with Masha which made her visit to them less anxious and not as stressful. From now on this is the place where my pups will be getting their care.

The staff and vets here a amazing. If it wasn't for them our Rusty would not be with us anymore. Dr. A went above and beyond in everything even outside of her regular responsibilities and that is what saved him. We cannot be grateful enough.

I don"t think I have ever been to a vet who cares as much as these do! I felt like they really cared about my tank aka tankerbell as much as I do! She talked to me in length and answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time. I will never take my babies to anyone else after the service I received here! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Went for a rabies shot for my cat. A little bit of a wait but still got good service.

Great experience here with my pup. I know covid has turned their operations upside down but they have developed a smooth check in process and you wait in your car while your pet is being treated. I felt confident my dog was in good hands and the doctor did not seem rushed which I really appreciated.
