I would not recommend Balance vet. I have a senior dog with anxiety the way she treated myself and my dog was unprofessional ,rude and sarcastic.She muzzled him and still didn’t want to examine him . Since then I have found a vet . that is very caring and professional feeling very blessed to have found my new vet.

Took our dog Hershey yesterday for his 1st visit and I was very impressed by Dr. C and Megan her assistant!! They were so caring and gentle with Hershey. And we learned so much about how to care for him. If you are looking for a Vet that genuinely cares about your pets, I highly recommend Balance Vet.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped with getting our dog from the states to Amsterdam!

My dogs and I love our veterinarian and assistant. Their personalities and caring spirits are reflected in the way they care for my dogs.

I am posting this because I did NOT receive professional treatment or courteous behavior from the veterinarian at Balance Vets. In fact, I found her to be sarcastic and rude. Her assistants were very kind and very nice, but this veterinarian showed very poor social skills. For example, she ran a blood test that I requested, and when it came back with cancerous results, I cried and told her to do immediate surgery. She refused to do so because my dalmation was lacking one of her shots, and said it would be two weeks before she could do the surgery. I cried on the phone to her, begging her to help my dog and asked what would she do if it were her pet, she replied, "my pet would not be in this position," showing an absolute lack of caring for my pet. She also put my dalmation in harm's way by not diagnosing my dog's problem earlier. After I, on numerous occasions, told her I felt the spot needed to be checked she finally ran the test. In the end, my dalmation ended up having to have surgery at another veterinary hospital on emergency notice due to her inability to even complete the needed surgery. I gave her several chances, wanting to find a new vet, but this is the last place I would ever take my pet as she showed a lack of compassion and feeling for my pet.

Doctor and staff are wonderful--- they treat my pet and me like family!

My brother and I took our new kitten to this vet yesterday and were so impressed with the care that he received from Dr. C and Megan. They were so kind and helpful with everything. I definitely recommend this facility!

Dr C was great. Even though i was significantly late she took me in and gave my 2 new puppies a great exam.

Under no circumstances do I recommend this vet. Not for a second.

Each and every visit to Balance is met with smiles. Everyone is kind and happy to help. They are very thorough and gentle with my pups who both have heart issues. We are working hard to give my seniors the best possible care with the best meds. I’m very grateful to them for all they do!

Great place to take an animal for vet care! It took me a while to find a good vet who does well visits for rabbits, and at a reasonable cost. The dr and the tech were both friendly, gentle with our bunny, and professional. He was shaking when we got there, but the vet was so good with him and calmed him. The vet office is nothing fancy, but if you want a low cost vet with good service, this is the place!

My former vets office was only offering limited service during quarantine and we needed help. Balance was so welcoming and ready to assist us. I moved my pet's records over easily and they are our new vet home! Seriously, the nicest people! And they offer many services!

We love Balance Vet and the ladies who work there. They're caring, loves my puppy and really know what they're talking about. I always recommend them!

Staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, and wonderful. They truly love their profession and treat you like family. I have 3 dogs and have been going to them for the past 2 years. They have always taken care of my dogs with love and compassion. I strongly recommend them for all your vet needs.

They truly care about their patients and it isn’t just about money with them, I rescue cats plus do tnr work and I wouldn’t be able to do that without all the help this vet gives me! We woke today to our cat not feeling well. We are new to the area and was not sure where to go. To the internet I went searching for a vet to take care of our cat Roscoe. I found Balance vet hospital seen they were open and called. From the first contact they presented with kindness and understanding. They were able to scheduling us a appointment right away. We were greeted quickly when we arrived and taken to a room. Vet tech Morgan was fantastic. She is very friendly and conversational setting us a ease right away. Dr. C is absolutely amazing, she is very real and down to earth. She took time with us answering our questions and getting to know Roscoe. She showed such compassion that Roscoe cuddled under her arms. He is a fussy boy seeing him cuddle with her. I knew right there we had the best Vet for our cats. I thank you so much Dr. C and Morgan for helping Roscoe today and we look forward to our continued care for our cats in your practice. Much Love from the Resick family.

Dr. C and her staff are wonderful. I have been gone to 3 different vets over the last 15 years and when visiting Balance Vet for the first time it was by far the best experience I have ever had. Dr. C and her staff have me and my 2 pets as future clients. Dr. C and her staff made me and my pet feel welcomed and were caring and involved. My new adopted dog needed surgery and Dr. C stepped up to the plate and her services and caring went way above and beyond my exceptions. If you want a Dr and staff who cares more about you and your pets above anything else I do highly recommend Dr. C and Balance Vet in Kernersville, NC

The best Vet service we have had in twenty years. The staff is kind , considerate, polite and compassionate. I will not consider going to any other Doctor then Dr. C for our pets. She performed surgery on our dog's eye and it was remarkable and our dog healed beautifully. Great care and reasonable prices. You can't get better care. Thom Kearney

I took our pet here for the first time. I'm not easily impressed but the staff was wonderful and the care we recieved was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone. There prices are reasonable and the piece of mind I had was priceless. Thank you balance. I will not be going anywhere else.

I love this vet office! I feel very fortunate to have found them when I did! My 14 yr old lab was battling a really bad cough and I thought I was going to have to put her down. Dr C treated her cough and gave allowed us 2 more months with my girl. I am forever grateful! When it was time to put her down they were caring and supportive.

Great staff and very nice and caring. Megan did a great job with my cat clipping her nails.

Was not impressed with the veterinarian. I took all 3 of my dogs to get a check up. Had talked to Dr. C the day before about my dogs. I also told her about 1 of my dogs having a seizure. She was supposed to check him for that. But didn't. She didn't know much about the breed of my dogs. Told me to give them a bath every week. Also told me to take them outside and wash them with the water hose. You do not wash my dogs like you would another breed. You will ruin their skin and hair.
