Did not appreciate being told that my golden retriever, which is kept indoors and is well cared for, is not eligible to be boarded as I do not have him regularly groomed.

We've been asked "not to return" by four groomers. Our Shih Tzu is a challenge. Hates the dryer, hates having his feet trimmed, and don't even go near his face. Camille works wonders! No drugs. No muzzles. Her 30+ years' experience proves "every dog CAN be groomed" - you just need the right groomer. SHE is the right groomer!! She only asks that she be allowed to groom difficult dogs often so she can transition them to a good experience. Can't believe I found her and am grateful that I did!

I highly recommend Kinder Cut for your doggie's grooming needs, She obviously has years of experience, you will notice that as soon as you see your dog after one appointment with her. She very much wants to groom your dog exactly as you would like; unlike other groomers whose only talent is a shave. Her prices are reasonable and my dogs show no anxiety when going to her shop. And they are so fluffy, clean and sweet smelling when I get them back and they look like show dogs and they even seem to act like they think they are show dogs; which they are not, you can tell behave like maniacs.

Did okay, took a very long time?

Camille has groomed our poodle several times now. He has looked amazing every time. Even more important is that she has 28 years of experience. She works especially well with dogs that have anxiety or other behavioral issues. My poodle is 27 months old and has been training to be a service dog since 3 months of age. His first groomer was with our veterinary practice but she moved up north after only 2 grooms. We found another groomer in Clemmons and thought that it was a good place. The groomer helped me with finding the correct brushes and combs for my poodle. I was very impressed by that. However, they don't cage the dogs there and after a few grooms, my puppy suffered a traumatic experience. I was told not to bring him back there. I was told that my puppy needed to be with a groomer that only did one dog at a time and had no loose dogs roaming around. Our new groomer, Camille, made a plan with us for Luca's grooming. She said due to his trauma and increased anxiety, she would like to build a rapport with him and help him feel safe again. So she has been doing Mini Spa appointments with him in between his full grooms. He averages being with Camille about every 3-4 weeks. She has worked so well with Luca. She knew the first time I left him there, I was nervous. She actually texted me a picture of Luca smiling and happy half way through his groom. That made me so happy. Luca's Service Dog training was set back by 6 months after his trauma with the last groomer but Camille is really helping us to move forward. She really knows how to work with anxious pets and her grooms are amazing. Also I want to add that I gave Camille a picture of the haircut that I wanted Luca to have. Right away she recognized that it was called an Asian Fusion cut. Again I was impressed. When I picked Luca up after his groom, he looked EXACTLY like the picture. I am so glad to have Camille on board. She is great!

This place is awesome and very friendly, my rescue puppy came back to me looking more precious than I could have imagine. No hassle, made my appointment two days ahead with no trouble and great customer service.
