Friendly staff, good hours of operation and location for ease. Although…. Pricing is high!! They could be more affordable. But if you do ask for discount or tell them what amount you have and it’s close they will discount which is nice

I am so thankful to have found them! I found a cat that had been hit and left on the side of the road. I attempted to save it and when I had no luck, straight to google I went! When I called looking for guidance they were quick to respond with a feasible solution and gladly helped me in taking care of the cat after it had passed.

It was New Years day evening of course all vets were closed A stray cat I had been feeding a year or two got hit by a car. We took it to emergency vet . They took him right back to asess. They came out explained what was going on gave us options. They were very kind and very sympathetic. We had to put to sleep but I felt ok about it since they were so kind .

We took our 9 week old puppy in because she ate some plastic. The technicians were very concerned and helpful and kept us informed of everything while we waited in the car (their policy right now). We were very appreciative of their diagnosis and the fact that they didn't charge us made us feel that they really care about the animals.

Glad they were available and very helpful in the care of our 5yo dog who had been diagnosed as diabetic and some other issues. Stabilized now on insulin and eating and doing better. Much thank's.

I’m posting this for the heartbreak I feel for a friend. Her dog had two beautiful little pups 8 weeks ago. Upon coming home, she hears the baby whimpering and just lying completely lethargic…not normal behavior for the happy, curious little pup. She rushes the baby to the emergency vet and is met at the door very begrudgingly. The lady immediately seemed uninterested and instead started to accuse her of being a bad dog mom and neglectful. Let me tell you…she is NOTHING near neglectful! She loves those babies and will do anything for them! The lady then tells her they can admit her but it’ll be $2000 up front. Up front?!?! Can you not focus on saving the life of a very sickly pup first?! She then says if she doesn’t have the money then she must surrender her and they’ll find a better family for her. “Better”??? Once again this mama is AMAZING to her babies! She ends up having to surrender her and is told she cannot call back for info on the pup or anything. So now she can’t hear anything about the puppy she raised?! The next day they did call back and tell her the puppy was very sick with puppy fading syndrome, something that usually occurs only in the first couple days to weeks of life…not almost 9 weeks after birth. She called back up there last night and the puppy passed. This is enraging and absolutely heartbreaking!!! Where is the sympathy and love for these animals in this clinic?! Forget the money for a minute. Save the baby first then worry about it. And don’t dare act like the parents are neglectful. They are bringing their baby in at the wee hours of the morning and late late at night, they care! This mama is not the only one who’s been met with the same frustration and attitude. There are many reviews here with the same issues. PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG, TAKE THEM ELSEWHERE!!!

It's nice to have a place like this, so injured or sick animals can be treated when they need it, instead of needing to survive until office hours are "convenient" for the area Vets. Our dog had major surgery yesterday and was having problems at 11 pm. A trip here got her looked at quickly. By 11:30 pm we were back home. Thank you.

My dogs got into a fight in our home and one of them ended up needing stitches. We previously just moved across country to the area and she's been super anxious and not acting herself, hence why I believe she started a fight with her sister. We took her in to get her stitches and the doctor on duty recommended I euthanize my dog due to her aggression. She's only three years old and has never shown any issues like this in the past, they're all brand new behaviors. Never has she ever been aggressive toward another person and was perfectly fine while I was showing the tech her injuries. But, according to the doctor, she was the most aggressive dog she's ever seen and recommended putting her down. I asked about behavioral training in the area since I'm new, and she had no suggestions and said it would take too long. That's extremely unprofessional and rude to say to someone going through such an upsetting situation. No sympathy, compassion, or kindness was shown to me by that doctor and I didn't even want to leave my dog with her to get stitched.

If I could give no stars I would. My experience with this vet was horrible. It has taken months of healing to even think about writing a review on the traumatic experience I had here. I arrive with my baby who had been lethargic and sick all day. He had recently been hospitalized due to a blockage in his urinary tract and his progress had halted. It didn’t feel right not taking him to get help so we rushed him to this vet. I didn’t wait long as his symptoms were life threatening but it always felt like my pets life was stuck behind a pay wall. I know you have to make money, but I shouldn’t have to put the money down before you’ll start performing CPR on my baby to save his life. Saving a life should be your top priority not the down payment. I would’ve given anything to have my baby still with me today. It was a devastating loss. The staff afterward was very cold and dismissive of our loss. I will never bring another animal here again. Get your priorities straight.

Were very kind and caring. You do have to pay an emergency fee but that is to be expected. They were pretty fast but efficient. Would definitely recommend if you have a weekend or holiday emergency.

We visited the clinic on Saturday, our dog was attacked by another one. A bad situation to start with. We were seen in a reasonable time. The staff members were professional, courteous, managed to calm us and our doggy down. They performed a very thorough exam, tended to wounds. They also shared the diagnosis with our vet right on Monday morning and followed up with a phone call. We cannot express how thankful we are.

We had to take our 4 month old kitten here when he hurt his leg pretty bad one night. We were terrified that he'd have to lose his leg. The nurse was extremely accommodating, prompt, and very knowledgeable. She took care of our little buddy and sent him home with some advice for us on what to watch for and how to help him over the next few days. Such a relief that it wasn't something more serious. Will definitely recommend to others. Hopefully we never have to go back here, but if we have another emergency, we most certainly will!! Thank you guys for helping our little mew!

After driving around 6hrs w our frenchie needing a c-section and calling 15+ other vets, who didn’t have enough staff, or was full and couldn’t take us, went To CEAC and we was seen within 20mins. Everything went great w our Paris and 7 babies. Mary was awesome, very informative, and let us know everything that was going on and For this emergency clinic, price was very reasonable. This will def. be our after hours, emergency go to from now on.
