Most of the time, I'm able to purchase what I need. The shelves are fairly well stocked.

Employees are always polite and helpful. They have all the quality feeders my snake and lizards.

Brought my Cavi in today to be fully groomed. First time going in there with him. Tania I believe was her name was at the front and asked questions and what not. Arlo, my dog was trying to tell me something, he was all over me and nervous. Never in maybe 75 plus grroms that he as has over the past 5 years has he done this. I should have gone with my gut feeling and canceled the appointment. I was called to go get him because they said she was blow drying him and he started snapping at the dryer and his nose started bleeding. They said it was stress. If you have a bad feeling and your pup is trying to tell you something, don't do it.

They offer grooming and training services. For the most part the store is clean and the staff was friendly. We ended up getting accidentally charged for an item twice and so we went back in and it got a little confusing but MJ helped and it all worked out in the end

Great. But, prices are so high. Can find everything they have, cheaper somewhere else. Still, nice to walk down isle and visually see everything. I've bought a bunch of stuff here out of convenience. I will definitely go again. The cashier was kind of dingy, the last time there, I asked if there were any collars on clearance and she said no. I found an entire end cap of them and bought 4 at $2.50 a piece. In the past,, I've Bought dog shampoo/whitening.. angel eyes, fish supplies, kitty litter boxes and cat litter, hamster, chihuahua stuff, Halloween dog costumes, dog beds, animal porters, etc ... the place is great. I'd buy more if the prices were lower.

Follow-up survey :STILL CLEAN/ Visible, Staff will take any amount of time,as long as you are satisfied, before you walk out that door... My service dog and I are regular patrons and enjoy being recognized and pampered by the staff. I purchased Nutrish Grain Free dry food, then our usual Store tour... love visiting cats up for ADOPTION. THE 'PET RELIEF' AREA IS GREAT BEFORE walking in or LOADING UP INTO YOUR RIDE HOME! It is grassy area left of entry doors. ???? ????? ME & MR.BLUE

Usually on the pricey side of things, but if you have to have it they Usually have what you need for your pets. If you can wait you can Usually find the same items cheaper else where. My dog definitely likes coming into the store! He always get a nice little treat.

Staff was excellent at answering all my questions about the new kitty we adopted. Basically they hand walked me through everything I needed.

No one knows how to take care of animals in here. They constantly have dead fish and sick looking animals. They let my wife take home a beta fish with fin rot for free (which is something they are supposed to do). And when she tried to do it again the manager literally said no and dumped the fish right down the drain, not 10 seconds after my wife said her and my son nurse them back to health. She could care less about any of the animals in the store. Absolutely bad service we will never shop at another petsmart. The employees have openly admitted to us that no one there knows how to take care of the fish. They also wont hire pregnant people who have knowledge on almost all the animals in the store. Horrible experience almost each time i walk into here. Stop giving petsmart your business, the do not care about animals.

Had been going to PetSmart for a long time until a cross-eyed groomer got ahold of my dog and did the worst job EVER!! She was literally cross-eyed and you can tell by the job she did! I don't think this is the job for her ????

Basic PetSmart. There are a couple brands that I buy that they don't have, but they usually have a good selection. Stock was a little low on this visit, but overall I found what I needed.

Unfriendly staff in grooming area

I’ve had my beautiful girl Siggy groomed here a few times they are always great with her. She gets the bath and furminator brush, nail grind, teeth brushed and breath freshened. She doesn’t like the dryer so I always ask that they let her air dry.

Staff was super helpful finding the items in needed to care for 4 week old kittens who tragically lost their mama.

It's a good store Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Went in to get milk and a bottle for a day old kitten I found exactly what I was looking for almost immediately. Paid $18 for milk and bottle for baby kitten. I also had a question about who adopts cats cause I know where a few good cats are at that are in need of new homes. I was pointed in the direction of adoption first. I will check them out.
