Barbara's Dog Grooming Greenville, North Carolina

Took my Yorkie Shih tzu 'Stark' here today for the first time and I was very satisfied. Barbara and her husband was very welcoming, friendly and professional. We have definitely found a new home for grooming services!!! Again, thank you so much!

Update: Ma’am you don’t have to know me personally. You are VERY RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish your business the best and pray you work on the issues that you have mentally because clearly I’m not the only one who feels you are rude. Have a good life!!

Wow, a new potential customer calling her and you'd think she would try to get business. Nope. Called to make an appointment for nails for my two dogs to get their nails trimmed, and she said "um you can call pet smart because we don't just stop grooming to just do nails." She then proceeded to hang up on me. Okay that's fine but you could have been a bit more professional telling me you do not make nail clipping appointments. At this point, I would not even trust her with my dog.

I am not a client of this groomer but a family member told me to not take my dog here. When i mentioned her name she said no not her. She told me she took her dog there once and never go back. She said the groomer was rude.

We used to take our dog to Barbara & she was always VERY loud, & RUDE!! If u r looking for a someone with a respectful attitude, don't waste ur time!!! UPDATE: THIS WOMAN SOMEHOW GOT MY PHONE NUMBER WHEN SHE SAW THIS REVIEW AND CALLED ME, SO ANGRY, WANTING TO KNOW WHO I AM... THIS LADY IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE...DO NOT GO HERE. SHE NEEDS HELP.

I have been a customer for 12 years and I am always pleased with my West Highland terriers cut.

I would leave zero stars if I could but unfortunately that’s not an option. Went in there tried to say what type of dog I had and after I said i where in there tried to say what type of dog I had and after I repeatedly said the name and she clearly knew what I was talking about she corrected me and said that I was saying it wrong the whole time but she knew the dog I was trying to say the entire time. then tried asking if the grooming service included brushing teeth and she looked at me and laughed and said are you joking? Very rude will never be having business with you again !!????

One star is too many. If you don't mind being blessed out by a chronically rude dog groomer then Barbara is the groomer for you. Hope she is nicer to the pets that are left in her care. Her husband is very easy to deal with and understands the service business. Keeping the customer happy is key. I certainly would trust him to be patient with my dog. On our last visit Barbara became extremely angry about a question regarding increased grooming fees. We felt our dog may not be safe in the hands of someone so volitle. 6 years came to an end today. Found another groomer that did a fabulous job.

Just called to ask about grooming a lab and a chihuahua. Almost as soon as I said lab, you could hear to discuss in her voice. She informed me she does not do large dogs and hung up on me! I had heard only good things about her but she was rude to say the least. Won't be taking my chihuahua there no matter what she charged!
