The absolute best!! It was our boy’s first time boarding and we felt so comfortable leaving them knowing they will be in the best hands. I wish we got more photos, but that’s because I worry about my boys and want to see them all the time. Besides that, I called and got a feedback and they were always happy to answer my questions and assure me that our boys are doing well. Thank you all so very much. It’s hard to be away from the babies during the holidays, but you all made it easy.

Par-A-Dice is awesome I love taking my dog and cats are there so happy when they come home

It’s a great place for service but sadly the receptionist area is lacking greatly. My mother scheduled an appointment online for her dog to be groomed and called the next morning to ask for her confirmation email, the night before no one even bothered to answer the phone all afternoon, only to be told her appointment wasn’t in the books. Same incident happened to me when I called to schedule a grooming for my own dog and then when I arrived they told me they were fully booked and my appointment wasn’t in the books either. If you try to call this establishment 8/10 times you will need to call 4 times in a row to get ahold of someone. Don’t bother leaving a message as they never return them. Great grooming and boarding place, TERRIBLE receptionist!! This lack of service is what makes it most difficult because how am I suppose to get my dogs groomed if no one even bothers to put effort into their job. Disappointing. Half the time when you enter the building, the receptionist isn’t even at the desk and you have to knock or say somthing to get someone’s attention. Disappointing

Absolutely awesome service from the moment we walked in the door to the moment all THREE of my dogs were done. The groomer even did a little extra grooming for our big fluff ball dog, even though all we asked for was a bath, at no extra cost. I already made an appointment to get fluff ball groomed. My dogs look and smell great.

I took my dog in to be boarded for a full week while on vacation and it is Now costing me a fortune at the vets office when I picked him up my dog had kennel cough hookworms and also an eye infection my dog is six years old and has had zero health issues his entire life we take him to the vet twice a year for his bi yearly check up And he went to the vet the week before dropping him off with a clean bill of health . with zero worms No eye infections or kennel cough our veterinarian has told us it is because of poor and unsanitary Conditions If you love your pet as much as we do I would not suggest this establishment I even went as far to called every day and talk to the staff to check up on my buddy and no one mentioned he was not feeling well until I picked him up With all of these newfound issues after calling and talked with the staff after picking him up about my concerns and they then informed me That kennel cough has been running rampant through their establishment as well as hookworms and it’s just a part of their business He has now been to the vet four times because of this place so to say the least my dog will never step foot and that building again

Great place for our 3 trouble makers

I have two Newfoundland husky mixes and they can’t be anxious boys. This can be disastrous because the boys are massive like newfies and vocal like huskies. Today we needed to get their nails trimmed and one of our boys got so scared he nipped. Peggy came out and asked for one of us to come to get a muzzle on him and continued to work on Edgar was screaming the whole time. She was patient and willing to help him with his nails even if he was showing aggressive behavior and even commented “he’s just scared.”. Our other dog did fine but I was really happy she was willing to work with his behavior and keep Going. Would recommend them and their service and the price was very good. 10/10

I wasn't pleased with the grooming service. Took my dog there for a flea dip, good wash and nail clip. I know what her fur feels like when she's good and clean, and she didn't feel like that at all when I got her home. Was more like something scented had been sprayed on her to make her smell clean. When I got there to pick her up her nails weren't clipped. They said she had "severe anxiety" and even when they muzzled her they couldn't do it. Well when I went in there to assist they were trying to do it with one of those grindy wheel things and it terrified her. Even with me holding her she was terrified. I asked why they couldn't just clip them. Don't really remember what the answer was because I was too busy trying to calm my terrified dog. I paid them and left. But I won't go back again. On the plus side, they were very friendly, both on the phone and in person.

We love them so much! They were a godsent when they had space for our dogs during our Xmas vacation! There price was not bad at all so we will for sure be using them again

Glad to have gotten my dog groomed for a good price, but a lot of spots were missed on her underside. Probably won’t come back for grooming, but the staff was nice.

Absolutely love this place. I trust my baby girl here I know she will be safe. Not over booked and not understaffed like most of the daycares around here. And they play classical music for the doggies to hell them stay calm.

My four Shih Tzus look AWESOME! I moved to Richlands five months ago and needed to find a new groomer closer to home for my four rescued Shih Tzus. Each has now been groomed at Pawadise on three monthly occasions. It took a couple visits for us to accurately show and describe our personal wishes for grooming our dogs faces, but only because we did not want the traditional Shih Tzu face cut. The head groomer 'Alea' took the time and listened to our specific concerns and even completed a follow-up grooming to get the face cut to our liking. I thanked her and her staff for taking the extra effort to ensure we were happy parents, and by doing so, I will continue bringing my babies back for their grooming services. The staff is very professional and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. P.S. I stopped taking my babies to a different groomer specifically because they wouldn't take the time to listen to what we wanted. My decision to try Pawadise's grooming services worked in both our favors. I've now found a new permanent groomer.

Good prices and friendly people!

We had been using a fancier boarding facility but every time our boys came home they were stressed out, dehydrated and we ended up at the vet with some kind of issue. I asked around and Pawadise was recommended several times. I took a tour, liked what I saw and heard so the next time I had to travel I booked my boys for a stay there. I'm so glad I did! Both my boys are senior dogs with slight issues. The folks at Pawadise are terrific about making accommodations for them. I don't have to drag them in and they are happy to see the staff. I follow Pawadise's Facebook page and am able to see pictures of my boys daily. I'm so glad I switched to Pawadise! I highly recommend them!

I am from out of town and had to take my dog Kai somewhere during the day while the family enjoyed some beach time. Our house from Airbnb was cancelled on us because of the Corona virus 2 1/2 weeks before we came down. We were lucky enough to stay with my daughter who is a Marine. She also has a dog so we shared taking the dogs to the beach or not. At Pawadise they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable with leaving him there so we kept going back while we visited. He was always happy to go, and never gave me any problems, he just went with them. I was very surprised of his willingness, yet happy to know he was getting excellent care.

My baby boy Gunner was attacked Mid-November by bigger dogs and has been very hesitate with other dogs ever since. I have been looking for a doggie daycare that has will help him over come his anxiety and Pawadise really fits the bill! The staff really listen to my needs and concerns and made sure that Gunner was able to adjust comfortably. At first he was shy and wouldn’t play with the other dogs but now he can’t get enough and wants to play with every group that he can! I can say I am 110% satisfied with Pawadise and have already been recommending them to my friends and coworkers!
