Kirsten the groomer is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend her to everyone! My pup absolutely loves her and that says it all!

I finally found a groomer that my dog likes. Luna doesn't like anyone that isn't her family. It did take a few sessions but she is finally warming up. (It took months for her to warm up to my parents who lived w me) And never disappointed in her grooming. Thanks Kirsten

I was beyond happily satisfied from the moment I walked in the door with my pups to the report cards to the dogs' content excitement when I picked them up. "Pawville" is in their vocabulary of understanding and they are excited to return! :) The staff is so attentive and empathized with me as it was my first time boarding them--they put my mind to ease immediately!

Best place in town. Kirstyn is awesome. Front office is very friendly and nice. Love it and the service they provide.

First time visit for grooming of Shetland Sheepdog. Ms. K the groomer seems very knowledgeable and spent time with me prior to grooming, asking about dogs grooming, behavior and expectations for groom. Thank you. Would recommend.

After having to board my Yorkiepoo very last min for an upcoming trip several states away (on Labor Day weekend) I found Pawville! They were so sweet on the phone and in person and took SUCH good care of my sweet boy. My dog is normally very nervous to be boarded and has some separation anxiety as well but he did wonderful at Pawville! They send report cards with pictures everyday, he was not nervous at all. He had so much fun! They even gave him some free treats for his birthday and a very cute bandana! 100% recommend to anyone! Love love love them!!!

The staff is always very friendly and professional. My dog always enjoys her time at Pawville whether it's for grooming, daycare or boarding! I recommend Pawville without any hesitation!

Love the fact that the pups don't spend all day in a kennel while they are at daycare. Staff were super helpful and the report card is great!

I leave my large breeds in good hands. I get daily emails with pics of them playing outside with their friends. I travel worry free now.

I was so relieved to find Jacksonville Pawville after we moved from Ma. Wasn’t sure if we could find a groomer as good as the one we had up there but Kirsten was even better!! She asked questions about my dog & how short I wanted her haircut to be. When I picked her up, she looked like a new doggie. Kirsten made recommendations for Cloie’s next visit & even provided a “report card”. But most important, Cloie was happy there, it was obvious. I will be booking her next appointment tomorrow ????

We boarded 2 dogs for a week and were extremely pleased. I love the report card with pictures they sent everyday.

As a self-admitted overprotective pet parent, it’s extremely hard for me to entrust the care of my pets unto others in my absence. My pets are my family, so I expect them to be treated as such when I’m away. Pawville went above and beyond to care for my kittens! They had lots of interaction with staff (which was a huge plus for me), they were comfortable, and they were kept clean. The daily report cards really kept my mind at ease when I started to worry or miss them. My kittens had been spayed and neutered days after I had them boarded, and the staff kept on top of their specific medication schedule as well as feedings, cleaning their cones, and checking their incisions. We already have another stay booked for the future, and I’m so happy they’ll be looked after by such wonderful people!

100/10 recommend! The staff was so awesome and nice. Both to me and my pup! The services were great as well and I felt so comfortable leaving my pup there for a couple days. The pictures and report card daily updates were so nice too.

I highly recommend Pawville. They were able to book me for the 4th of July weekend when all of the other boarding in Jacksonville were full. Whenever I called to check on my dog. I got a positive feedback and plenty of pictures showing her enjoying her time there. I will surely use them again from now on.

Just picked my two furry friends from a 6 day trip and I could not be happier, Staff, facility, pricing and amenities were all on point! You get more than your monies worth here and the staff is super friendly and worked awesome with my dogs, I even got to watch them on webcam!!!

They were amazing. Kept us updated on our dogs by sending several pics a day and giving daily "report cards".

Pawville has not disappointed the two times I've used the dog boarding service for our pet. We love the convenience of pet food,treats, and toys you can purchase once arrived to facility, if you forget something it sure does help. They are flexible and gave us the ability to add on extra days with a quick call if needed. The staff is really nice and take awesome pictures to give update of your animal daily. I loved that I can see him while I'm away, He looked happy to be there.

Amazing! This was our first time boarding at Pawville and we were very pleased. The staff members were all friendly and so sweet to Zac & Sofie. Absolutely loved the daily report card with pictures, and the super cute bandanas they had on at pick up. We will definitely use Pawville again for our boarding needs ????

We cannot say enough nice things about Pawville and their staff. We started taking our dog to daycare to let her get some energy out, but also to help with her fear of people. In less than a year of attending regularly, our Brandy is a whole new dog! She lives for daycare! Additionally, we have boarded her there a couple times. We think she may like it more than being at home... The amount of love and attention the staff gives is amazing. Unfortunately, we had to move and leaving Pawville was one of the hardest parts. Overall, Pawville was a total game changer for our girl and we will miss the staff immensely.
