We love the Bayshore staff and doctors! They are absolutely wonderful! We trust them with our four legged family members and they always do right by us as clients.

My wife took our dog there last week because she has been moving slowly. Granted our dog is 11 years old and the vet looked at a mass on your hind end and believed it was cancer. There was no offer of any type of diagnostic work. Our dog is having trouble walking and is favoring both rear legs. The vet said it might be a soft tissue tear but again there was no diagnostic work and no offer of any type of pain management. Over the Christmas weekend our dog has just gotten worse and now we are taking her somewhere else. All my wife was told was our dog has cancer and to just keep her comfortable until we have to put her down, again with NO DIAGNOSTIC WORK!!!! I will never take one of my animals here and will never recommend someone to take their animal there.

Their COVID policy is terrible, you have to wait in the car and call to let them know you are there. Even if you show up on time and they answer on the first call you are still waiting over half an hour to be seen. Don't bother trying to leave your pet there on a holiday because they won't be there on time for you to drop them off.

This was my first visit to the grooming side of this business. There was a scheduling issue with my grooming appointment, but they were absolutely fantastic in making it right. I will definitely start taking my dog there.

Nice and clean place, great & polite staff and the doc is wonderful. Took excellent care of my pup both times. They're not over priced, compared to others. Does not pressure you into x-rays or other unneeded services. I feel very confident with them taking care of my furbabies.

They were Great with my Boxer who just loves everyone. We went in for a bad ear infection and after their love and care she is much better.

This vet is nice thorough and we were happy with her services our dog got all his shots plus heartworm testing and medicine

Dr. Gina and her staff are kind, efficient, and genuinely love their 4 legged patients! Very happy to say that all my critters will be under their care!

They were amazing with my girl. This is not my normal vet and I needed to get her in somewhere as I was suspecting a UTI, and when I got there I realized the veterinarian was her vet from when she was a puppy at our regular place. He was very patient with my dog and she loved him (still, lol). The wait time was very short as well. I think I will be switching vets to make this her regular place.

I had to have my best friend put to sleep a year ago. I was beyond heartbroken. I paid extra to be able to take her ashes home. I’ve called and called and called and no one ever picks up the phone. I never received a phone call that they received my dogs ashes. To this day I have an empty rainbow bridge ashes jar and I have NO IDEA where my best friend has ended up. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was FREE.

When we took our poor pupper Zoey to be euthanized we requested she be cremated and her ashes returned to us. This was,tragically, over a year ago. My girlfriend has called repeatedly and we have yet to receive a phone call in return. We understand mistakes happen. However, the lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. We just want to know where our family member is. She meant the world to us. We were devastated when we learned there was nothing more we could do for her. I would not recommend this place to care for your fur babies. They are unprofessional and unreliable. Your pets deserve the best and, unfortunately, that is not the level of care or service they provide.

Id have a lot better review if I didnt get snyde remarks from the tech (animals sometimes do better without their owner). I have had my cat for 8yrs and he is just scared of people. But the tech though it was cool to run her yipper (tall fake blonde). It would also be nice if they had a few schedule but its a get treated and get a bill type deal...not a fan of that.

The staff in this place are true animal lovers and as sweet as could be....everyone of them. The doctor, not so much. She was cold and bland both with my dog and with me.

The best Animal Care, I trust then with all 4 of my dogs.

I’ve brought my dogs here a couple of times. While they are decently priced in some aspects, they are just as expensive in others. They have good values but punctuality is definitely not their forte. Every appointment I’ve set, I’ve waited a good 30-45 minutes after that just to get my dog checked in.

Super disappointed with their service. Tried to reschedule my dog's spay appointment the day before and the day of but it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. So when I finally got the opportunity to reschedule I was NOT notified that they would be keeping my initial 75 dollar deposit and I would have to pay ANOTHER one, on top of the 300 dollar spay bill. Instead I was called about 7 hours later and notified by someone else that they would be keeping that money and I would have to pay another. Never had a problem with this vet office until now. Super disappointed and angry for not being informed of this. The vet tech notified me that the staff is there early for these appointments, which is obvious to me. As if I am not aware of that, but my dog is not the only dog that is getting spayed today. Will no longer be using this vet office. I have used this vet for years and I'm extremely disappointed with this situation. I spent all the money on the prior blood work which is 125 $ to have this situation unfold. I've always believed that you pay for quality but there does come to a point where I know that there are other vets out there that are more manageable and who relay information properly.

I brought my dog here and waited about 45 minutes after my appointment time. She needed a check up because she has been very itchy and has a few bumps that never used to be there. She also needed a vaccine. Well long story short she was in the clinic less than 5 minutes to get a Full Check Up and to receive her vaccine. I asked about the bumps when they brought her back out to me and the vet didn't even know they were there she poked them and said it should be okay and tried her very hardest to get me to purchase dental supplies which I didn't need, I have my own. Well 24 hours later we had to rush to the emergency vet because she began getting bumps all over her entire body. I called them and asked how much did she weigh so I can give her benadryl and take her to the ER. Come to find out they didn't even weigh her before giving her a vaccine. They knew nothing about my dog other than her name and she got a vaccine. My dog is my entire life and they should have weighed her before giving her any medication! Taking a guess and them being wrong can cost my dog her life! That leads me to wonder what else did they say they did but didn't. This place is suspicious and not trust worthy in my very own opinion.

Bob an I made the decision to switch Atticus to Bayshore because it was so close to our house.. After the first visit I was so impressed by the knowledge of the Vet, as well as, the super sweet staff, I told Bob that was hands down the right place for Atticus! Not to mention, they have grooming.. ????‍????♥️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They take great care of all of our pets, from comprehensive well checks to quickly accommodating a sick visit. Unfortunately, our oldest dog needed end-of-life care this year. They were kind and gentle with her, and we will be forever grateful for their compassion during a difficult time. You can trust this vet.

Best vet we have ever been to. Took wonderful care of Rosie, our black lab, in her older years. Made her transition to Dog Heaven as easy as possible on her and the whole family when the time came. We still go there for our dog, Sunshine, and 2 cats. They are professional, thorough, caring, kind and supportive. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I was a new patient and they took me 30 mins before closing! Very nice staff!
