I'm a veterinarian in Huntersville and I needed help after hours with my 100 lb Bloodhound in a life threatening situation. The doctor and staff at UrgentVet took my girl in right away, took xrays, confirmed her problem, then got on the phone and called the emergency hospitals to find a surgeon, all while caring for her as if she were one of their own. Staff at UrgentVet in Huntersville are professional and compassionate We were from out of state, visiting our daughter and her family with our aging cat. He had not been feeling well for a few days. We took him to UrgentVet where they ran tests on him to develop a care plan with Dr. Cooper. After going over the test results which were not good, Dr. Cooper demonstrated compassion while helping us make a difficult decision. Our experience at UrgentVet from check-in to making a decision was handled in a timely fashion and a lot of comfort was provided for us and our cat. My fiancé and I had to use UrgentVet late last night after we came home and found our sweet pupper got into a plate of Christmas goodies. Everyone was so sweet to our puppy and made him so calm.
