Been boarding with wagging tails for several years now. They are thorough with book keeping, very professional, and I know my dog is in good hands. Everyone is very nice. Would recommend

Can't say enough about how great Camp Wagging Tail is. The pets are treated so lovingly by everyone there. The staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. Seeing how excited my dog is to go to camp says it all!

won't take american staffshires (pitbulls) or mixes because they are "vicious and aggressive"

A word of caution. I'm a certified professional dog trainer through the CCPDT. I worked at Camp Wagging Tails and should have written this review before. Better late than never. I witnessed an employee hit multiple dogs there. When I brought it to the owner's attention, NOTHING was done about it and the employee maintained her promotion. I quit immediately without notice. The front staff is nice but they are not the ones interacting with your babies. If you have noticed changes in your dog's behavior after visiting CWT, I highly suggest finding a different facility. Anyone is welcome to verify my certification through the CCPDT website. Stay safe everyone.

I love being able to watch my dog when Im away on the web cam. I thoroughly enjoy watching her playing with other dogs. I trust and recommend Camp Wagging Tails for your dog. The staff are knowledgeable and freindly and genuinely care about the dogs.

We love CWT. And by we I mean my husband and I and our two pups! They love getting to go to camp for the day. And even though it is out of our way now, there is no other place we would leave our pups when we go out of town. We just picked them up this weekend when we got back and both our boys were happy and healthy and exhausted (in a great way) from their fun week at camp!

We have been taking our dog Lily to Camp Wagging Tails for day camp and occasional boarding for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. Lily is always SO excited to pull into their driveway and is happy and tired when we pick her up. I can't recommend this place enough.

My dog has stayed here twice. Once he stayed for 3 weeks and another time he stayed two weeks. When I picked him up he was happy and healthy. He had gotten his medication regularly. I couldn't ask for better care!

CWT is the absolute best. They are so accommodating, friendly, and genuinely care about the animals. My only "complaint" is that they are so awesome, my dog likes going there more than she likes being at home with me!!!

Used this facility for years and EVERYTHING was GREAT until a new staff member arrived. Great relationship with staff up to this point. I can honestly say "they went above and beyond." Again, until NEW staff member arrived, then EVERYTHING Changed. New member did not like me, nor my husband, from the start. Owner didn't care about us as clients, only her complaints. I'm DISABLED. I received complaints for being a few minutes late. However, I noticed another lady could take her time; EVERY Day, stand outside and talk, right in front of them, etc., and nothing was EVER said. The only difference was our race. Great Facility and Staff, but Owner????????. THANKFUL To Have A New Place without TIME constraints!????

If there was a way to give less than one star, I would. We really tried—-or better yet, Camp Wagging Tails tried to convince us that our dogs returning home ill EVERY single time they stayed was in fact...our dogs fault. One dog was consistently picked up with conjunctivitis—usually with one eye crusted shut. He’s only ever gotten that while in their care. Yet we were told he had “pollen eye”. No joke! This last visit our smaller, older dog nearly died from a GI bleed. Granted the staff at CWT were gracious enough to rush her to the vet, however, this dog has never had health issues and after a $1400 vet bill upon our return due to the massive and intense care she needed. The vet was only able to explain our dog’s condition as “it might have been a result from an extraordinary stressful situation”. Yes, they will claim there was a storm—however the dog is 7 & has lived thru many, many crazy storms. Crazy construction on our home, and never had an issue with “stress” to cause her near demise. In addition to almost losing one dog, the other one one again greeted us with two crusted eyes closed shut and proceeded to have GI issues the following 2 weeks! I really, really wish we would have gone on Google to review this place a lot sooner than now. We made the mistake of listening to friends & neighbors rather our own research. Do yourself and your pets a favor when it comes to CWT....keep looking!

I’ve waited over two years to write this review. I brought my 10 year old dog here a healthy older dog to be boarded for a week(his second or third time here) with his canine sister. While here he most likely suffered a stroke. When we picked him up no one said anything to us other than that he seemed quieter than usual and only perked up when getting a bath the last day. Took him home and soon after returning he couldn’t walk and had to be rushed to the ER. When I called CWT they then told me he had refused to leave his kennel/cage and had several accidents in the kennel every day! This was not normal for him. They just assumed it was because he was old, but never called me to tell me he was having issues. They also said he hadn’t eaten much and that it had probably been too hot for him. Do they not have air conditioning in the kennel area? And what about the lovely indoor air conditioned room they show in the photos which never seems to be used. After several trips to the ER including the neurologist we discovered he’d had a stroke and most likely a brain tumor. He never walked properly again and we had to euthanize him 10 days later. I will never go back here and feel I need to put this out there for other senior dog parents. Also was weird that the video cameras never seemed to work correctly that week so we couldn’t see them on the app( I will always feel guilty for not calling and asking why when my dogs were there.) I should have known when we dropped them off and the owner or male staff member hit my dog soundly in the head with the entry door that it was a bad omen. No one ever even called to see how he was doing after I’d call to ask them what happened when he was there. Remy was my best friend and they treated him like he wasn’t worth their time.

The care is very good and I have had no issues with my dog afterwards. I love that they take every precaution so that your pets stay is very good.

I was told that my pet needed a bordetella inoculation, I checked with my vet, she said the pet did not need a inoculation for 6 months, and they recommend this due to health concerns of overdosing and possible side effects of the medicine. Camp Waggin Tails says she needed it every 6 months, and when I related this information to the desk person, they replied they require it . So I will not risk my pet's health, by going against my vet's advice . I would not recommend this kennels, until they change their policy of dictating how and when medicines, against trained veterinarians advice. It was a good kennels until this issue has come up.

This is the best day care for your pet. I know that when we take our dog here, he is safe, cared for and has a great time. The owners are super attentive and take the time to know every dog.

They get a good rating in my book. I have an Australian Shepherd with boundless energy and he love coming here and meeting other dogs. Although, they’re just short of 5 stars; my dog caught a cold a while ago and the only way that would happen would be from another dog. So I can only guess that some of the dogs he’s playing with at the facility might have gotten him sick. Not that the is the camp’s fault in any way (it’s not the school’s fault if a kid shows up and gets everyone sick) but I definitely think it puts a damper on the pet friendly aspect.

Our little dog, Buddy, has been going to day camp several days a week for the past two months. He LOVES it and can't wait to get in the door! This is a very well-run facility. The owners and staff are very friendly and professional. They greet Buddy by name. They are so organized! The place is spotless. They are very careful to make sure dogs have appropriate immunizations. They "interview" the dogs to assure that they "play well with others" and I am relieved that they do not allow certain breeds. It is unfair for people to give a bad review because their breed of dog cannot be accepted. I know that Buddy has fun in a safe and loving environment. I'd give Camp Wagging Tails 6 stars if I could.

You know it's a great place when your dog starts barking as soon as we turn the corner!

Wish I would have read the reviews before stopping here. I just saw a nice, well kept facility, but in my case looks can be deceiving. The main reason is the owner does have a breed restriction and discriminates against Pit Bulls and any dogs mixed and I guess that have the appearance of one. When asked about why it was in place, along with the “because of insurance purposes” explanation, I just got the impression that the owner is not for Pit Bulls. And that just tells me this facility isn’t TRULY dog friendly. I periodically have to travel for professional / military duties and I’ve never had an issue boarding my pup until coming here. Which is the main reason that I gave two starts along with the facility being clean. Other than that, if I had another breed that “passed the restriction”, I would mostly likely opt to take him elsewhere.

My dog and I love this place! People are always friendly and kind to my dog... who they greet by name when we arrive. Their services are top notch.

Would to have liked to have tried this place , but they wouldn't let our dog on premises because of its breed. Our dog and us have been through multiple advanced training courses and she has demonstrated her obedience in multiple certification tests. Wouldn't even let our dog take their preboarding behavioral test.
