Most professional caring staff I ever known! I would recommend Puppy Luv Grooming to anyone who would like to pamper their dog with "specialized" TLC!!! From scented shampoos to personalized dog accessories, they have it all. Simple go there to experience a new kind of individualized euphoric delightment!

Brandon does a great job with our yorkiepoo, Winston! The blowout, shape, and cut is all perfect!

He smells good but that's about it. He is traumatized and has been afraid of people and shaking since I picked him up a couple of days ago. Also the groomer had an attitude for some reason even tho I was the first client of the day. I assume she abused my dog. I WONT BE BACK NOR WILL I GIVE A REFERENCE TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

If you want to pay $60 to have your puppy shaved, this is your place! The groomer we used here was not friendly towards us or our puppy. We asked her to not shave her down but she did it anyway. We didn’t even recognize our own dog when we picked her up after 6 hours of being there. 6 hours to be shaved?! I do not recommend Puppy Luv.

They did an AMAZING job on my border collie/bernese mix. He's never looked better and I will absolutely be using them again!

Brandon grooms our wolfhound/doodle rescue and we couldn't be happier. He's a big goofy boy that intimidates some people but Brandon sees just how sweet he is and does such a good job with him! Winston gets so excited to go in every time and comes back out just as happy so we know he's well handled while he's there. We have also taken our very nervous lab in for nail trims and she loves Brandon as well. She was very scared at other groomers so we're extremely happy we found Brandon and Puppy Luv!!

My Tibetan Terrier never leaves Puppy Luv without looking absolutely wonderful. Brandon is the BEST.

Awesome owner and groomers. Puppy Luv is reasonably priced, and our boy “Bolt”, our Golden/Chow mix, always comes away looking and feeling his best! And Katie, well what can I say, she exceeds all expectations and she is always so very kind and attentive!!! Don’t look any further! They will take care of you????????????

I had to wait a week to get an appointment but it was worth the wait! They did a fantastic job and I didn't even recognize my dog she was so well groomed. Worth every penny and I will be heading back.

I brought my Airedale puppy here for her first haircut yesterday. The trim she got turned out better than I could hope for. The staff was professional, and courteous, and the price very reasonable.

We've been taking our golden retriever here for grooming on a regular basis for over a year now. They are always friendly, they run on time, do great work and Nellie is always happy to be there! I look forward to doing business with them for a long time!

We’ve used this groomer twice, and they admittedly did a good job of actually cutting our dog’s hair. But most recently I had a very negative experience and won’t be going back. I made an appointment two weeks out - because they’re always booked - and admittedly showed up with my dog at 10:30 rather than the drop off time of 10. Yes, that’s my fault - I was thirty minutes late. I tried calling to make sure my spot was reserved but repeatedly got a busy signal. But when I showed up, i was treated very rudely. I told the lady at the counter that I was here for drop off and before she could really speak a guy working on a dog in the back spoke up and said “You have to reschedule - drop off is by 10 at the latest and I can’t work you in.” Again, this was only my 3rd time there and I didn’t realize they would give away an appointment slot - that I had to wait two weeks to get - if I wasn’t there right at 10. First, I don’t understand why they gave away my spot in just thirty minutes. Apparently, they overbook the number of appointments, so if you choose to use this place make sure to get there early or you could lose your spot. I wasn’t aware of that. Second, while I admit i was late and that’s my fault, I don’t expect to be treated rudely by staff. The good haircut your dog gets isn’t worth being treated rudely. There are too many good groomers in Lake Norman and I’ll teach myself how to cut my dog’s hair before I put up with that treatment. They lost my business.

I have been taking my babies here for years and they are well taken care of at Puppy Luv. They have a wonderful, caring staff. Brandon is my babies' groomer and he is excellent.

My dog will ALWAYS go to Puppy Luv Grooming. Point-blank. I love it here, they are so welcoming and friendly. My pup Bentley gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. His groomer Rebecca is the best, she always does such a great job on his hair cut. At first, Bentley was very nervous and scared of baths & grooming but, she takes her time and works with him to make him feel more comfortable. And now Bentley LOVES baths & getting groomed. You wont regret taking your pups here, they are just simply the best!

We love PuppyLuv! The facility is very clean and staff is always welcoming. My dogs love going to see Rebecca and she does an amazing job cutting my 2 goldens! They smell so good and are so fluffy when we pick them up. We wont go anywhere else for our doggy spa days! Thank you!!

This was our first spa day for our babies at puppy luv, Rebecca did AMAZING with my two fluffy golden retrievers. They put bows in her hair and bows around their necks and they looked amazing. They smell and look so clean and sweet. Peter and Lilly loved Rebecca and we will be back!! I will not take my babies anywhere else! Thanks so much guys!!!

Our dog, did not look like the same dog when we picked him up. He was completely shaved of all his hair, even his tail. My daughter was told he was too matted. We have bathed him ourselves and with patience brushed him to unmat his hair. We got a call after about an hour leaving him that he had gotten sick and vomited and was asked if he was sick. The response was no but we decided to leave him there to get groomed. We wish we had gone back to get him. Very dissatisfied because we were told from previous customer Puppy Luv was a great place to go. This is not true. We will never come back and definitely not recommend them to anyone that values their dog.
