We found out about Trinity Animal Hospital through one of our close friends and during that time we did not have a dog ???? but when we decided to make the decision to get a dog ???? Trinity would be our Animal Hospital of choice. After we rescued our dog, Oakley I scheduled an appointment by phone with Trinity. They were kind and made me feel at ease about bring our dog there. They told me all of the paperwork I needed etc. I went in for my appointment and I love how modern the facility was. The staff was amazing made me feel welcomed and Oakley was scared but after they gave him treats he calmed down which was nice! Also, I ended up going back a few of times after that one for a bath, next a hotel stay, then a grooming + spa bath! Each time was great! Overall very happy with my experience at Trinity Vet it’s a great fit for Oaks. Photos are before spa bath + grooming and after spa bath + grooming

Everyone at Trinity Vet was so sweet and supportive. We had a very complicated case and Dr. Arroyo was so attentive and empathetic to our little guy. She went above and beyond to try to figure out what was causing our little guys seizures, and really made us feel like we weren’t alone. Even though our sweet Winter didn’t make it, I know Dr. A did everything in her power to help him, and for that we are forever grateful! I recommend everyone and anyone to Trinity Vet because they truly love their patients and the families they treat. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Best vet hands down - my poor pup spent years suffering with skin infections and ear infections - thanks to Dr Glenn he's never looked better!

We take our Goldendoodle here often for day care. The staff that retrieves our dog is always friendly and professional. My main suggestion is that they offer a camera(s) as other facilities do so that owners can check in on their pets during play time. It offers a level of comfort and confidence and a service I would pay extra for.

A few weeks ago, we made the difficult decision to put our cat down after things quickly took a turn for the worse. Dr. Woodruff and staff were incredibly supportive throughout the process, even so much as staying open well over an hour past closing time as we put our cat down. Dr. Woodruff was kind enough to show me the scans for my cat and the staff showed plenty of class as it can be awkward to ask for payment as an animal is being put down. My family and I will forever be thankful for the service from Dr. Woodruff and the staff at Trinity.

The staff is friendly and it’s nice that they offer boarding and daycare in addition to Normal veterinary services! We have seen a few of the vets and they are all nice! Very thorough and really seem to care about the animals and doing what is best for them! Based on what I have heard about other vets they may be a little more expensive but I really like everyone we have seen so I'm not bothered by it and so far it has been worth every penny. Only complaint is that one Friday I tried to drop of our dog for daycare and was told that they couldn't take him. I found out that it was a busy time (I'm guessing because families are vacationing as it's summer) and there was a sign up, especially for Fridays. It was unfortunate and I felt bad having to get our dog back in the car after he got all excited but now I know. It just would have been nice if it had been communicated as we were not aware and when we pre-paid for daycare time we were told we could bring him whenever we wanted. All that being said I am very happy with the service we have received and we will continue to go here. Now that I know about daycare being busy I will just have to plan out days in advance which is not that big of a deal.

Trinity animal hospital has been absolutely amazing this past year to us. Me and my boyfriend adopted our first dog ever almost a year ago. Everything was completely new to us raising a new puppy and we had so many questions. We mainly have been working with Dr.Cox and she is absolutely amazing (however everyone we have met and worked with have been great also!). She’s so patient with our questions and explains everything we need to know in ways we understand it. Our dog Jaxson is also on the VERY energetic side and the staff handles him so well! I am also the type of person who freaks out about every little thing and it is so reassuring knowing we can call the vet and get an appointment in the same day, or email them a picture of our dogs incision site after his neuter to let me know it’s healing great and even have the front desk staff tell us there is nothing to be concerned about based on what we tell them. I also love that we get all of Jaxsons prescriptions from them at our appointments which is so convenient. We also purchased flea medication from them and when Jaxson outgrew the weight range on the original medication we were able to return the extra tablets for a reimbursement and get the correct weight dosage tablets!! We love Trinity Animal Hospital and will be with them for years to come!

Love Trinity! We take both our dogs there. They have phenomenal customer service and seem to really love helping our dogs. I feel like every time we have a check up there is always enough time with the vet, they let you ask questions and guide you to the care the recommend. Highly recommend!

We had taken our two dogs to Pet Paradise once because we couldn’t get them into Trinity. What a mistake that was. Our dogs took over a week to get adjusted from whatever they did there. Every time we take our dogs to Trinity they come back after 3-4 days of staying there like nothing ever changed. What’s great about Trinity is that the staff, and Doctors absolutely treat the dogs with care and affection. They follow up with you the next day ofWe also use them for their vet services. Our dogs are like our kids, we want nothing but the best for them and Trinity meets and exceeds our standards.I highly recommend them .

My first experience here was good...not great...but good. My ONLY concern about continuing here is the upsellling. Had I not been educated I could have easily been led down a road and spent $600-700 on my initial visit. I simply need to get my dog checked out and vaccinated. I spent $130 and bypassed the unnecessary shots and test. Aside from that, the staff and scheduling was great.

This is the greatest place in North Carolina to take your pet. I have an aggressive 122lb German Shepherd. He is probably one of the toughest dogs any vet will ever have to deal with in their career. Every person here was beyond helpful and informative when I was here. No one ever made me feel uncomfortable about my dogs behavior. They always worked according to my dogs actions. He is literally the type of dog I had to hold down like Hannibal LEctre with his muzzle and gear on. This place saved my dog, during the pandemic. There was barely any places open that would allow me to go in with my dog. I can’t let him go in with just any vet because he will over power them. So for his and their safety it was a must finding a place that would let me be in the room with him. My dog suffered from a hematoma in his ear. And from beginning to end the process took a couple of months. We are all clear and good now after surgery and my dog is doing so well. We are so thankful for this clinic. My dog means everything to me. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for this place. It’s 45 min away from my house and I could care less. I work for Invisible Fence of Raleigh, and for the rest of my career in North Carolina, I will only recommend Trinity to anyone in the area. If they can handle my boy, they can handle anything. The entire team here was 5 star, from the girls on the phone and who work the front; to the assistants and doctors. I worked with dr honey Ford mostly and she is just an A plus plus person to work with. Dr Richardson has done a fantastic job assembling a great group of people over there. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much to everyone over there, I will always be forever grateful

My dogs and I have had the opportunity to see both Drs. Arroyo and Cox and can, without a doubt, recommend them to anyone! Upon moving to the Triangle, I conducted a lot of research and received many recommendations. I tried several practices before moving all 3 dogs to Trinity due to their passion for animals and attention to detail. Thank you, Trinity team, for loving my pups so well!

Today we had our first visit at Trinity and we had such a great experience! From scheduling our visit with the front desk staff to our exam room visit we were impressed with how attentive the staff was! Dr. Honeyford and Kayla our tech were so kind an patient with our dog Cooper. Cooper can be very timid and Dr. Honeyford worked with him and all his quirks. She kept him very comfortable and I loved that she was focused on it being a pleasant experience for him. It was so nice to leave Trinity knowing that he had been cared for to the fullest! We are looking forward to future visits at Trinity!

If you're looking for a great clinic that will treat you like family, look no further! We first started using Trinity when we got our doodle puppy. The clinic is 1 mile from my house and I know puppies go often. Not to mention, they are always mentioned whenever someone asks for vet recs. We were somewhat new to the area and had a 6yr old doodle. We were still using our old vet for her care. I'm in health care and the first thing I look for in any business is "Bed Side Manners". From the first phone call to inquire about an appointment, to checking in, meeting the techs, seeing the Dr's, and checking out was the most pleasant and calming experience. Think Chick Fil A in a Vet! After Bennie's first appointment, I literally fell in love with Trinity. I do have human kids, but my fur kids give me life in a way I never knew. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE greets your baby and loves your baby that same way you do. Their faces light up to see you and your pet. It's called PASSION!!!!! The love the staff have for their job and their customers is unlike anything I've seen in any practice! Yes, I could go on and on because they are that much of a phenomenon! As I mentioned before, I completely trusted Dr. Cox (after the first appointment) so much so, I scheduled my older doodle to get fixed. I had waited because Sadie is a "mama's girl" and I had a hard time letting just anyone do surgery on her. Now, Trinity is NOT the Cheapest, BUT THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Spaying and Neutering is not cheap at this clinic, but you are paying for a smooth, seamless, and almost pain free experience. One that I would pay for again for my girl! It's a team of staff and not just 1 or 2 people. They did laser treatment on the incision and my girl has no scar at all! You can't even tell she ever had surgery! I bought a surgical suit instead of using the cone and the staff were more than happy to put it on her before I took Sadie home. The communication is top notch! No computer voices, attitudes, or rushing when you call the clinic or they call you. They care and they prove it with everything they do! This last thing is a bonus, but it really blew me away. At our last visit, my husband left his cell phone at the clinic. By the time we got home and realized where it was, Trinity was closed. We called anyway and Dr. Cox ANSWERED the phone. What?!?! She found the phone and told my husband to call when he arrived and she would bring it out. This is what I called being a good human! Dr. Cox could have easily let the vm pickup and continued on her way, but she didn't and we were so thankful. In summary, no one person or place is going to be 100 everyday, but Trinity comes so close! If you have the means to go to Trinity or have Pet Insurance, I can't think of a better place I would take my babies!

Our 8 month old puppy has been going often to Trinity day care since he was eligible, and it's amazing how well he does when meeting new dogs in the neighborhood (our last dog of the same breed never went to day care and was bad with strange dogs) He LOVES Trinity and we love he's wore out for 24 hours after. Friendly people who really seem to enjoy animals. Update: Now our TWO dogs go to Trinity. We credit their weekly visits to dog day care with their incredibly calm demeanor around other dogs when we walk them. Both dogs are very excited to go each time, and when we've boarded them they have a good experience because they're comfortable with the surroundings and nice people who work there.

Take your pet here! I work in this field and hold vet hospitals to high standards. I've been to several hospitals prior to finding Trinity and Trinity is by far the best hospital I've been to. Very clean with friendly, welcoming staff and doctors that are very thorough and explain things in a way that are easy to understand. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I've been to a neighboring hospital that gave me 20% off the total bill and Trinity was still significantly cheaper. You will not regret going to Trinity and will trust their care!

We had a very unfortunate turn in health with our Jack Russell, she lived a great 14yrs and after being in the Triangle area for only week she had to be put down. Dr.Sears was so kind with us, patient, efficient, and explanatory of the process. For such a sad situation for our family, Trinity and Dr.Sears were helpful and gave top notch care to us.

When we put our family dog down last January. We were crushed. The techs at Trinity A. Hospital were so kind. They all wrote a little something on a card to help us grieve. It meant the would to us. The vets there are first class and will be using them with our new pup as well.
