What can I say. This company is the epitome of a scam. Not the vets. I'll give them their due. The vets are very great and you can genuinely see the care that they have for each animal that comes through their doors. My issues are with …

You ask for my feedback on your website, but don't provide anywhere for me to actually type in my own thoughts. I'll just share on Google for all the internet to see. You guys are OK, but you need to be more consistent in your pricing. You give me a price for a "package" but it's never that price. Service is fine, but I don't like feeling like you're trying to get extra money out of me...

Place was clean, receptionist was grouchy, technician was great, doctor recommendations were $$$.

We took our 1 year old kitty there for a lump on her neck. Turns out she had a fever and an abscess. They sent us home with antibiotics. The next day, she hadn’t improved so I called and left a message for her doc to call me back. Not only did I receive a call back, it was within 30 minutes of my message. After listening to me blubber on about her not getting better, the doctor was very calm, very informative and took the time to calm me down and explain what they did and why. At the end of the day, our kitty was SO much better! Almost back to her old self! She still has a bit to go, but everyone I spoke to was patient and kind. We will be taking all 5 of our animals to them! Thank you for easing my mind and heart!

My roommate loves THRIVE! Her dog got ran over by a golf cart and so he had to get his leg amputated. They did a great job and the staff is all really nice! He is recovering really well and it was not too expensive. They also do dog’s nails for really cheap and gave her a discount since he only has three legs.

Excellent care is provided at this vet. Sometimes I think they take a little too much time with each of our pets, but the care is exceptional!

I really love THRIVE abs how compassionate they are to ALL the pets that come in. My dog is anxious in general and every time I bring him in, they are so sensitive to his emotional well-being that I don’t worry about him. Thank you to all of the staff at the Holly Springs location…you are all the BEST!!!

Dr Cox and her assistant, Adrian were friendly, helpful, caring, and professional. Dr Cox showed compassion and offered suggestions for my yorkie’s care. I highly recommend this Petco veterinarian service.

They were running a bit behind for the appointment but that can happen in patient care sometimes. All staff members we friendly and professional. Dr. Cox was very informative of our dog’s health and options for care. She was very easy to communicate with and had amazing follow up throughout the visit; even the rest of the day as we made decisions on care.

They take such great care of my 12 year old Aussie and always give us detailed information to help us make the best decision for treatment. They explain things in a clear way that is easy to understand, and make all treatments as affordable as possible. So grateful to have such an affordable and professional vet so close to home. Dr. Cox is especially wonderful!

I have been bringing my dog and cat here for almost 2 years. I have been happy with all the staff and doctors that we have seen. Just a week ago we went through the painful task of saying good-bye to our dog of 14 and a half years. From the tearful phone call I made to book the appointment to the morning we took him in for euthanasia, we were treated with sincerity and kindness. We were pleased with the way Dr. Harris handled the situation. We later received a framed keepsake clay paw print to display. Never having gone through this process before with a pet, I wanted to share our professional experience that we had at Thrive in Holly Springs.

I have been taking my dogs to Thrive at Holly Springs since they opened their doors over two years ago. My dogs have been given excellent care. All my dogs love Dr. Cox. One of my dogs was recently diagnosed as diabetic. She has been getting excellent care at Thrive. I was having trouble finding insulin for her and Dr. Cox called around until she found a place where I could get her medicine. This clinic is in Petco but I have found it is an all-encompassing veterinary practice. Several of my dogs have had surgeries and procedures there and were given excellent care. While Thrive offers affordable veterinary care, the quality of care there is priceless. I highly recommend the VIP membership to save even more. All my dogs are members!

My cat went to this Thrive at the end of March for his routine shots, which happened to coincide with an upcoming boarding booking. I had to ask for a copy of the vaccines he received. The dates for the next due dates were incorrect. They said he got a 3 year rabies vaccine but they could only show on the certificate it was a 1 year because they didn’t have his previous certificate. They said this is an NC law. I’ve owned animals in NC for many years and never heard of this law. I sent the previous certificate, from another vet, and they changed it. However, someone at Thrive told me that the 1 year and the 3 year are the “same shot”. I don’t understand how this can be possible. I sent them a detailed email, to a valid email address, on April 5 asking for clarification of the next due dates and the rabies inconsistency and never got a acknowledgment much less a reply. I also asked for his weight to be written down, which I never got. Then I got a call from the boarding facility saying they had called Thrive for verification of the vaccines required for boarding and were told he had not had one of the vaccines, that he got in March! It required a chunk of time out of my day and a good bit of frustration to get this taken care of. It should have been simple for them to check their records but since the dates were incorrect to begin with it wasn’t. Poor record keeping and poor customer service. I cannot recommend them.

My dog a large breed and i understand some people dislike larger breeds. However, if you do not like them you do not need to work in a vets office. My dog is a very sweet GSD and today was a horrible experience. I arrived at 7:45 to drop him off for his 8 am neuter. Received a message to fill out necessary paperwork at 7:47. I was second in line to have him dropped off. They proceeded to take every other dog back before mine and didn’t get my dog until 8:30. The staff then said they had to get the surgical tech to come escort my dog to the back. But why was that not necessary for the other 4 dogs? Why did my dog have to wait in the lobby for an extra 30 minutes because you do not want to deal with a larger breed? This is not the first time i have experienced this at this location. Very unprofessional and will be canceling my membership. If you have a large breed dog do not go to this location.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cox! I have two dogs and a cat that have gone in to see her for routine check ups as well as chronic allergy and constipation issues. She has been amazing with my animals! One of my dogs has severe anxiety and she has really taken her time with him. He now runs into Thrive like he owns the place. Thrive in Holly Springs wouldn’t be the same without her!

They are to busy for sick animals! Don't take your sick pets there. Second time have had issues with them. Great for vax and spays but that's about it.

Have taken my dog here multiple times, almost all the vets are not very friendly and really just talk at you rather than to you. It's vet attached to a pet store, the pet equivalent of a doc-in-a-box. Don't expect much. It'll do if you are looking for convenience or just need heart worm or flea and tick prevention prescription (which they happen to also sell). If you have something more complicated then I do not recommend it.

We love Dr. Cox! She truly cares about my dog. He is a rescue and gets very nervous when we go to the vet. We had an issue that our other vet place could get him in for and I was able to get in a Thrive. My dog fell in love with Dr. Cox. We have been going there ever since. I can't speak of the other Vets there but my experience has been great! Thank you, Dr Cox, so much for all you do for my Bodhi!

I have been three times recently to pick up timothy hay and they have been consistently out. When I asked, I was told they didn't have it. Staff didn't appear to care or make much effort to look.

I'm always blown away by the kindness and quality of care my cat has received here. The techs are knowledgeable and sweet, and they're always happy to discuss my concerns and be transparent on pricing. Even my nervous cat calms down when we walk in the door - just goes to show how well she's treated behind the scenes :)

Both my pets see Dr. Treadaway, but my cat Navi has been there a few times because of testing. She's an older cat and always want to keep up on these things. Affordable, test results back quickly. Great communications. They worked appointments around our schedule as well.

Several months ago my husband needed to put his cat down. The Cary office took him in the very day he called. We were so impressed with them that we decided to take our dog to the Thrive office closer to our home. Dr. Cox has just been the best. She is very knowledgeable and personable! She takes the time to explain everything like you are the most important person. She never seems rushed! All the other staff are very kind as well. Their prices are great too. We did join their Thrive Plus program. It's almost like pet insurance only better. Never thought I would love a vets office inside a pet store but they are rocking it!
