Nice staff and clean reputable place. Our dog has diabetes and they can't figure out why a huge dose of insulin doesn't work for him. They keep wanting to run the same tests over and over. They also added a huge surcharge for a teeth cleaning since our first quote and it's not because of his diabetes. We are gonna shop around to see if there is a better price.

Affordable. Very nice. Detailed with my dogs issue and what to do going forward. They care about the pet getting quality healthcare and I love that. Will recommend to friends and family.

They were great and very helpful about checking over my indoor/outdoor cat who is very accident prone. I always have a hard time going to a new vet with my animals because I always feel very judged and spoken down too and I did not feel that way at all about Holly Springs Veterinary Hospital.

We transferred to Holly Springs Vet after being dissatisfied with the care at another vet, and they are amazing! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. They answered our many questions and provided care alternatives so we could choose what was best for us (without pressuring or shaming us into making a specific decision). We trust that they have our pets’ best interests at heart and will always provide high quality care! And, as a bonus, their prices are very reasonable.

Very friendly staff! They took the time to cover all of my questions and concerns. We just adopted Hazel a couple days earlier and were concerned about her health. We found out the proper food, proper medicine and proper cleaning habits. They also have Hazel a free toy for her first visit!! I can’t thank the front desk staff, felecia and Dr Bredar enough for seeing my cat today. I called very distraught and unsure of what to do but they were kind and patient with me, and were able to get us in for an appointment pretty quickly when our usual vet had no availability. I’m high anxiety and emotional so I am so sorry for being a pain and I appreciate greatly your compassion for both animals and people!

The entire team is always courteous, well informed, and quick to respond to our pets needs. I have a high level of confidence that whether our two dogs and three cats are visiting the Holly Springs Veterinary Hospital for routine care or urgent care that one particular dog seems to find his way into, the pets will be well cared for. Drs. Bernhard and Tolhurst have always been very thorough when following up.

Convenience was the reason I started bringing my fur babies here, it's walking distance from home. However, the staff & service has kept me coming. Everyone is super nice, but special shoutout to Catilin for being so willing to share her advice on dog training & tips on how to help our older YorkiPoo get along with his new Bulloxer puppy sister! She's so knowledgeable and helpful! I can't say how grateful I am for her advice. Also, after our first fur baby we learned the importance of having pet insurance for our new pup. Filing claims can be such a pain, but the staff do everything for us & it's such an easy process! Love their chat feature for booking & confirming. The front desk staff are always busy, but always stop to acknowledge & make you & your puppy feel welcome. Thank you for showing so much love to our fur babies & helping us be better fur parents.

I called this vet when my previous vet told me I would have to wait 3 days for the first available appointment when my dog had an urgent (not emergent) sick issue. Holly Springs Vet got me in the next morning and were able to get my records from the other vet. The gentleman at the front desk, the technician, and the doctor were all extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, personable, affordable and thorough. They took great care of my extremely nervous dog who was not feeling very well at all. They were thorough in the plan going forward and giving instructions in his care. One day and three medication doses later, Rugby is back to his normal active self, symptoms are gone, and we are all so much happier. If we had stayed with the previous vet, we still would not have even been seen yet. We have found our vet home in Holly Springs!

These are professionals that are polite diligent and knowledgeable about your pets needs. Best vet care in the area hands down.

I am blown away by the kindness and professionalism of this veterinary hospital. We had a family emergency and right when we were delivered bad news, our senior kitty got sick. I wasn't comfortable leaving her with our usual teen sitter since she required daily meds and lots of extra care. With just a few days before we had to leave, I didn't know what to do. I called this vet hospital and was helped by the absolutely nicest and understanding woman. She helped me get our kitty set up with boarding, and this was exactly what our cat needed. When I picked her up after a week, she looked so much better than when we left her. She was happy, relaxed and I you could tell she was well taken care of. I cannot recommend this vet hospital and boarding more. They are fantastic!

AMAZING!! Amazing staff!! Amazing Dr. T. The staff was so caring. Compassionate. Knowledgeable and Accommodating. The best Animal hospital in the Holly Springs-Apex area. They treat your pets as they are their own. And take so much time with them and the pet owners to explain complicated situations. Truly animal lovers and it shows! And very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend going to this vet. Two reasons: They flat out refuse to write or approve prescriptions for Nextguard and Heartguard online. Their goal is to sell you a single dose every month you visit them. And the front desk staff is trained to push this model. The vet will try and state that is related to weight range. My dog has been in the same weight range for months. My puppy was vomiting for days after receiving 4mo vaccines here. After visiting twice in the same week. Their response was to visit a 24 hour hospital. They don't seem equipped to deal with complex issues that require investigation.

Had a very sick dog and was unable to get him in at our regular vet in a reasonable time frame. Holly Springs Vet was super kind and able to see us same day. The Doctor called us and took his time explaining the illness and treatment plan with us. We were very appreciative!
