Hot Dogs Grooming and Day Spa Holly Springs, North Carolina

The staff is pleasant and the facility is cleaned. This last grooming was a culture shock. Feeling sad. Please be mindful of the customers waiting outside to drop off or pickup.

Seems like my previous review was deleted (probably like other reviews for this place) so I guess I cannot go into detail, but needless to say my poor dog was so poorly groomed and there for several hours. Wish I could go into detail but someone on the inside must complain about truthful reviews.

We love bringing our 60# lab-poodle here! They’ve always been flexible in finding us an open appointment despite generally being busy.

The groomers are wonderful and explain alot when you need answers.

This place is amazing the staff are animal lovers and enjoy what they do the have been wonderful in helping with our dogs allergy issues. Please do not listen to former disgruntled employees bashing this buisness. If you care about your dog when taking the dog to get groomed there is no better location in the rtp area to have it done.

We got a bath and pawdicure. They did a great job and were very nice.

They do a good job. However they can be very pushy with add ons and upgrades

Great place to get your dog groomed. The staff take great care of our dog while she is there and she looks great when she come out.

I brought my 2-year-old goldendoodle here and we had a great experience. Staff is down to earth and so friendly. They took my dogs goofiness and high energy in stride! Grooming wise they did a decent job! Asher had so much fun and loved all the cuddles from the staff!

I absolutely LOVE Hot Dogs Grooming and Day Spa they did an amazing job on my dog and he always looks so handsome with the bandanna they put on him! Amanda is very professional and gives great rates!!!

Our dog actually loves going to Hot Dogs. He's so excited when he arrives, and they treat him well. He comes back trimmed and smelling sweet. The staff have been really friendly. Overall, we have been very happy with the service at Hot Dogs.

Called last minute and they were able to get my pup in right away. My pup was super anxious but the entire staff was attentive and loving towards her. Special thanks to Joy up front for easing MY anxiety. And thanks to Christina for doing such a great job with my fur baby. We will be back!!

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. Today I went to drop both my dogs off for their grooming. When entering no one was there to greet me and I could hear yelling and cursing in the back room. We waited for about five minutes and continued to hear the heated argument throughout our wait. Eventually we left without seeing anyone. We had been using Hot Dog Grooming since they opened and I was shocked and disappointed with what I encountered today. Unfortunately they have lost our business as I don’t feel comfortable leaving my dogs in an environment like that.

We recently moved to the area and were very nervous about taking our 4-year-old Pomsky to a new groomer as he had been going to the same groomer since he was a puppy. We were able to call ahead and quickly get him in for an appointment. The staff was very friendly and patient with my multiple concerns and questions. Toby was very nervous when we dropped him off, but extremely happy and looked so good when we picked him up! The groomer (Christina) did exactly what I asked groom-wise and was very patient day of with my questions and when I called to check-in for updates. The price is extremely reasonable as well. I'm looking forward to bring Toby here for his future grooms!

Hey guys! I used to work at Hot Dogs and recently had to quit for a couple of reasons. Myself, Rachel, Velma, and Deysy all quit about the same time, so if you're looking for your groomer, please shoot me an email! I didn't want anybody to feel left out or like their groomer forgot about them. We had to leave suddenly and weren't able to grab all of our clients contact information. They did a great job on Molly's nails. Very friendly and nice. Not expensive.

Wilson absolutely loves coming here and he hates baths so that says a lot. He’s a Pit bull/Shar Pei mix and has a lot of skin allergies. The staff has been amazing at helping us find the best products and treatments for him to soothe his skin and fur. I won’t take him anywhere else.

Im really disappointed with my short experience with this salon. I called about 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for my dog and was left on hold for over 5 minutes and after waiting on hold for so long, I didn't even get an appointment schedule they told me that they would give me a call back and I haven't heard from them since. Bad service!
