I brought my dog in there, Ragnarr, who is a giant lovable idiot but also can be very nervous, for a nail trim yesterday. I had no idea how he was going to be especially that every tub was full with other dogs who were barking etc. But! The staff was so kind and calmed my worries right away. Emma and Mia were fantastic and helped get his nails trimmed and while waiting I picked out a toy and found out I had reward points for a free bag of treats and a free nail trim. All around just a great experience. Make sure to stop by if you haven’t for anything dog related ♥️

Such an awesome place and amazing staff!! We brought our new dog (3 year old wolfhound) there on our gotcha day to completely pamper him. We got the top tier self-service wash with blueberry facial, blueberry oatmeal shampoo, moisturizer, and blueberry cologne. We also treated him to a new collar and ID tag and some yummies treats. He was so relaxed and grateful loving all the attention and pampering! They brought him a treat on a silver platter and the owner even comp'd the wash for us without even mentioning anything... We will be back over and over again and highly recommend this place for all of our dog loving friends and family!

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are the most caring, most detailed, and friendly people I have ever met. We have extremely anxious dogs and our dogs absolutely love Just Dog People. They treat you and your dogs like family!

We had just adopted our new dog and wanted to treat him to something special and we knew just where to take him. We read the reviews and they stand true. The service is impeccable and the owner is so genuine and kind. They truly care about dogs and made our experience so special. My favorite place to treat our dogs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our dogs love coming here to walk around the store to sniff everything and get lots of love. We bathed our lab mix here recently and will be coming back soon to use the baths for our other two dogs. They also have a rewards system that I think is pretty great. Thank you for having a store just for dog people ????????

All of the employees were very helpful. This was my first time shopping here and I highly recommend it.

I stopped in here with friends while they shopped. They have a rewards program on dog food, which is very nice. They have wash your pet stations and they do have some dog food that is cheaper than at stores. There are a lot of toy options and plenty of treats too.

Awesome local place with a great selection of food, treats, toys, and accessories for your dog. They also offer bathing stations. Highly recommend!

Upon first entering Just dog people, the customer service was beyond A+++, I did the self wash and it was the coolest ???? thing i have ever done. The staff went above and beyond. Will be returning ????????????

Wonderful store for dog lovers! Very kind people and good service. Took my dog in for a bath and a nail grind. The groomer, Reece, was excellent with my dog. Good location for easy on/off of I-40. Highly recommend!!

Just went in for the first time today! I wish I had tried this place before now, but it will be a go-to for me. My dog had his nails grinded. They had been way too long and too hard for me to get done. They did a great job! And while I was waiting, staff helped me find just the right treats for my dog. Found a super cute new collar for him too. Great store - lots of products. Great staff. They were so sweet to my dog and so helpful to me!

A wonderful place to bring your dog, very pet friendly. The layout of the store was creative boasting a well stocked repertoire of food and a range of various dog products. Staff was very kind and genuine. I was pretty impressed and I plan to return!

I used the self dog washing section. Employees were very kind and helpful in explaining everything and getting me the supplies needed. They also fit my dog for a proper harness. I love this place and will definitely be going back!
