I simply cannot explain to you how much I think of this office. I love the Docs, the assistants and the front desk staff. I lost one of my babies last week and had to have assistance in her passing. The kindness shown me during this gut wrenching time was was so amazing. I have been with this practice since they opened and Hope Veterinary have seen 4 of my babies, 2 of which have passed, and everyone here had always made me feel like my babies were important and in the very best hands. I think you can probably tell how much my pets (members of my family) mean to me by this post. I cannot imagine anyone else taking care of my pets. Hope Veterinary, and all of their staff, are important members of my family and I believe you will feel the same.

I did not have a prescheduled appointment for this Saturday visit but they fit me in so my dog didn't have to wait until Monday for his ear pain....pets don't seem to time their illnesses conveniently! They took the time to thoroughly discuss options and costs despite not having an official appointment time. These people really care about our pet's well being!

They did an amazing job with our yorkie today. We went to NC state on Sunday for an Emergency and they did an entire work up today at Hope. They were so thorough and amazing at explaining everything. Highly recommend.

Great vet care. Great location. Issues are logistical. VERY limited hours, no reminders sent for vaccines or yearly appointments due. Asked twice for flea and heartworm preventative at separate appointments. Was told they would be sent home with dog at pick up and were not (daughter or husband picked up)

Saying Dr.Evans is the best is understatement. We’ve seen other vets in the area but the issues our cat was having just wasn’t getting better. We took him to her and she has been so hands on in finding out what is wrong and ways to help him. We appreciate everything she has done for us and for him ❤️

Wow, severely disappointed with one of the staff members of this hospital. Was standing to the side, waiting patiently when all I get is a snarky "you're in the way", and when I apologize and move, she just huffed and rolled her eyes! The disrespect! Another person waiting apologized to me for how rude SHE was! Everybody has bad days but this was just pure egotistical attitude.

They treat your pets as if they are their own. We moved to a area from out of state and went to 2 or 3 places before we found Hope Veterinary. So happy we found this place to bring our 2 pups to.

Terribly overpriced! We went in for a bordatella vaccine. The assistant came out to the waiting room, shot the proportioned tube into our dog’s nose and wham $60. $28 of it for an office visit!!! Are you kidding me?!?! That folks is called gouging your customers. We will not be back!

My fur babies are my children. We moved here and were looking for our forever vet. We were referred here and our baby became ill and we were in a panic and so worried. I phoned they scheduled us a few hours later. We can only say that we absolutely have found our forever vet, Dr. COX was Amazing. The lab tech and the receptionist. Thank you for making our baby better and being wonderful..

Here is the backstory to the visit: A few weeks after the move to our new home, one of our two Indoor cats started behaving odd. I assumed he was stressed and having a difficult time adjusting to his new home. I needed a veterinarian asap when I noticed he was visiting his litter box several times and leaving nothing. I assumed he was blocked or a UTI. In NY He's only needed to visit our veterinarian for his annual checkups. I found the nearest veterinarian and asked for an appointment. Now the review: I felt the entire staff cared for my cat and did their best at all times. When I called I explained the situation and how I felt it looks like a UTI or blockage. Instead of bringing the cat later in the afternoon for the earliest appointment, it was suggested I bring him to the office now (10:30am) because they would need to collect urine to diagnose a UTI. This turned out to be the decision that kept my cat from going to an animal hospital in Wake for overnight observation. Dr. Cox is very personable, caring, and more importantly, knowledgeable. She diagnosed my cat's bladder infection, treated him, and gave me updates throughout the day on his progress. His bladder infection could have traveled to his kidneys, or killed him. This is why it was very wise of the office staff to have him brought in the morning. The next day the office called to check in and see how he was doing, if he was passing urine, and eating. If you're looking for a family friendly practice for your pets, look no further. I was shocked when I received the bill. The bill was more than what I was expecting and I should have been advised the approximate costs before treating, but it was an emergency and I did tell them to do whatever they needed. The bill was itemized and electronic which was nice. Considering the procedures performed, the same day appointment, and that my cat is back to normal, the cost is very fair for the quality of treatment. I tell myself that if he had to go to an overnight hospital the cost might be in the thousands, which we couldn't afford. It's a long review, and I tried to include as much background to support my high opinion of Dr. Cox and her excellent staff.
