Great staff. They care about your dog and it shows. They fit me in during a snow event when Lucy was sick. They took care of my baby!!!

There always honest and they never try to over charge for my pups. There very professional and always willing to work.

We changed to this vet based on the reviews, and we were not disappointed. We didn't quite make it back from Raleigh to make our appointment, about fifteen minutes late, but they worked us back in anyways. I found them to be friendly, professional, the environment was pleasant, but small. They stated they were moving to a bigger location soon. They accomodated us where our GSD Tara is a little nervous of crowds and strange dogs and people. The vet was very informative and gave Tara great care. We had medications for her and a skin cleansing regime, and the price was 2/3 cheaper than the previous vet we took her to! We, my youngest son and I, are thrilled with the service, the environment, the care Tara received, and the price of care was awesome. My yellow lab, Miles ToGo, has had both his ACL's done by Dr. Hernandez at Westchester Vet Hospital. Dr. Hernandez from day 1 has been such a blessing to us as I worried so much about my active yellow lab. The whole staff there know the dogs and genuinely care about you and your pup. I drive 40 minutes one way and do not mind the drive one bit because I know Miles Togo will receive exceptional service. He loves greeting all of the staff there and goes to the back without looking back in my direction. That is the way a vet hospital should be. Thank you, Westchester Vet for being simply the best! Miles ToGo is hiking, walking and chasing a ball again. Thank you!

Grace had her first puppy visit with Dr. Hernandez last month. It was our first visit with this vet. We love him! The entire staff was amazing. We felt right at home. They came very highly recommended from friends. Looking forward to a very long relationship with Westchester!

I can not say enough about this hospital, they have been the only ones to figure out what was going on with my one dogs skin and get it under control...then my new rescue they didn't give up and looked at her everyday and ended up saving her life...its a rare thing to find a vet that cares about animals and not just about the money. They care and are extremely reasonable with their prices. Couldn't recommend more!!

I have nothing but great things to say about the Westchester Veterinary Hospital. I have been taking my pets there for over 6 yrs now. The care they give is excellent & when I go out of town I can trust them to take care of my dog while he is being boarded for extended periods of time.

Information about testing not provided and not available. Condescending attitude toward me ie, "most people do not ask for that". Showed me a printout too small to read in Spanish. Unbelievably unprofessional approach. Don't go there unless you want to be treated poorly.

Good experience staff was very attentive took great care of my puppy and was very knowledgeable about his breed... Only downfall: due to covid you are not allowed back with ur pet you sit in the lobby and wait ( HOWEVER, it's fun to chat and visit with the other animals and their humans)

I am not happy with a misdiagnosis of my Gracie. from Dr. Malpass. She was in every month and manhe was missed dor a year as well as tumor in her mouth 3000 dollars later. and had to be put to sleep. He wouldnt even reger me for second opinion for 4 months of asking him to do so

They took care of my very sick dog. I was able to get her in quickly andthey were so helpful with answering any questions and concerns I had. My fur baby isn't quite out of the woods yet but I know that this vet office does care forthe animals as well ad the owners

They don't look at your pet as just animals they look at them like they are part of your family and treat them as well. Dr Malpas he is wonderful all the techs are wonderful and sweet people. I would and will recommend them to anyone and everyone

I want to say, it was not a good day today. I lost my sweet little bean, that I was going to fully adopt after finding him on the street yesterday. But what made it a little more bearable was the staff here at Westchester. They were not only extremely patient and considerate with me, they took ‘Gemini,’ my cat, in on such a short notice saying, “bring him by and we will fit him in.” Although he didn’t pull through, his last moments were filled with compassion and kindness. This is all I could ask in a vet; a group of individuals who come together as a team and try their hardest to ensure the absolute best care for their patients and their owners. Thank you all so much, it really meant the world to me today.

Ended up bringing all 3 of my pets in the same week(for completely different reasons) and they were wonderful! In each case they and the various pricing of each procedure or test. They never made me feel guilty for not having the funds for some of the pricey things. They just pointed me to another choice. They also worked all 3 in as each was an emergency even though they were very busy! The results were 3 happy healthy fur babies!(2 cats and a dog ????)

The entire team is very professional and care deeply for my pets. The staff takes time to discuss my needs and it is greatly appreciated!

I wanted to change my vet and the need came sooner than I had planned. I chose this clinic because of the high overall rating and the numerous good reviews. I was very pleased with front staff and doctors. They were able to squeeze me in on a busy Monday to see my sick cat and were very thorough, very good communication. Price was fair and I know had I gone to my previous vet, it would have cost a deal more. In short-efficent staff; knowledgeable; good communication; fair price. Will definitely keep this clinic.
