Update: Groomer completely shaved my Yorkie,Teddy Bear, after being asked for a puppy cut and ended up bald with no whiskers, eyelashes or eyebrows. Even if he was too matted for a puppy cut, his whiskers & eyelashes were not. I wish the groomer had called to say their advice was to shave him with no guide on the clippers. So we could have declined her services. My Yorkie looks like a Chihuahua without lashes or whiskers. I'm truly disappointed. My husband spoke to BlueFlint and received a refund & apology. The thing is you can always be moderate when cutting hair & cut more if needed; you cannot undo a shave. It's an extreme change.Why not ask for clarification? I mean it's the beginning of winter and Yorkies do not have an undercoat; he cannot maintain his body temp outside. If he starts shivering excessively that can burn up his glucose causing him to become hypoglycemic, which is a medical emergency. I wish she understood the implications before she shaved a dog who was meant to have a puppy cut. I love the people and veterinarians there. They are warm & friendly. I completely trust the doctors. They explain things in a way that we understand. Providing options with associated outcomes, risks & benefits. We have 3 cats and 3 Yorkies, they are like our children. I trust this team! A special thank you to Ellis who takes care of our Kitsune when we need to board her. She's a diabetic and they are wonderful with her. Highly recommend!

The sweetest staff anywhere! The vets are knowledgeable and genuinely care about the animals they take care of. They have always taken great care of my babies.

It’s my first time here and called to schedule my kittens first appointment. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful and did not hesitate to answer my questions. Great customer service! :)

I've been bringing my pup here since 2015 -- I couldn't imagine taking him anywhere else. He's had some health issues since the 2nd year of his life and Dr. Matherly & Dr. Hampton have both been *wonderful* with him, from day one. He's going to need a little extra help likely for the rest of his life, but all of the staff here is so patient and caring about each of their patients/'parents' and always follows up the day after an appointment that isn't routine care. My family and I all drive from at least 30 mins away and the staff, care, and affordability here make it worth it.

Loved it. They are very kind to your dogs and cats. They were people friendly too. They help you if you are having troubles with your dog. I would tell others about them. Also they open 6:30 in the morning. They got my sister's dog in the same morning that she called.

Saphira LOVES Dr. Matherly & Dr. Hampton!! She also has lots of love and tail wags for Glenda and all the upfront and behind the scene staff!!They love on her, give her liver treats, and keep her healthy. They don't nag her about being overweight, they just nag me lol Saphira came to me from Sue at Ruff Love and boy oh boy has she came a long way since 2014. She truly is this man's best friend!!

Covid makes everything challenging, and they are extremely busy, but they are still the best vets and boarders.

I like this animal hospital. I took my pets here for check ups and yearly shots. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. It was pretty busy, which I think you should expect for any vet clinic. Dr. Singletary was professional and friendly to my pets and was able to help me understand why one of my pets isn't very active and gave me medicine for her to try to help her. (Arthritis in her hips) We'll see how she does. Over all a great experience. Especially since I brought a dog and 2 cats on the same day. I've brought family pets here for different services over the years and I've never had an issue. My little brothers cat, Nelson, had a tail injury about 8 years ago that they got fixed up and he's still doing well. He was neutered here as well. Catcifur also got sick when we first brought him home from the ASPCA. They gave us some antibiotics and he was right as rain in no time. They know what they're doing here when it comes to your pets health. I'm going to get my dog spayed here. I booked her appointment for a couple months out. The appointment booking was easy and they gave me an estimate for the cost of the procedure. The quote in my opinion is reasonable for this type of surgery. Expect to wait on your appointment date, they are very busy. We all think our pet is the most important pet on the planet. They think all of our pets are important. From what I understand, if your pet has an emergency like an injury they try to work them into their calendar in the afternoons. If you have an emergency that occurs after hours they have 24 hour emergency vet contact numbers posted on their front door for a hospital in greensboro and another hospital in Winston Salem.

Took our pet rabbit, for a check-up, & pedicure. Easy check in, staff very friendly, helpful, & gentle with animals. Doctor & assistant very thorough, yet gentle with Hoppy, & answered all our questions about care, feeding, etc. Very impressed with staffs knowledge, & helpfulness about our first visit, & care of Hoppy. Most definitely will be Hoppy's official vet from now on.

They were kind and worked my dog in to be examined.

I like the vets and they take good care of my dogs but boy do they up charge you. A ridiculous amount. They have an allergy shot there that I was told would cost around $100-200 and It only lasts a month. I went to a vet clinic and got the same shot for $25! If they can charge less than half why is blue flint so expensive? I think it’s ridiculous how much you have to pay to get your pet medicine or whatever else they may need.

Blue Flint has been there for me twice when my regular vet was no help. They have shown themselves to be kind and caring and to really be concerned about pets. I am going to use them from now on for all my pet needs.

We had to go because our pup was having major issues. It was worse than we thought but the staff was very compassionate.

We had a stray kitten show up on our doorstep a few days ago. It was obvious that the little fellow was sick, he had runny eyes and was breathing through his mouth mostly due to having a stuffy nose. It just so happened that we had room in our hearts and our home for this little guy! After being treated rudely at another animal hospital across town, we decided to try Blue Flint Animal Hospital on Zoo Parkway. Blue Flint was very busy and only had one veterinarian on duty, but they were very kind and told us that they would be happy to work us in if we could hang out there until the veterinarian could see us. We were more than happy to wait to get this little fella treated! Turns out he had an upper respiratory infection and Blue Flint was wonderful. We have definitely found a new vet for our kitties! Our newest family member, we decided to name him Ashe, is on the mend and looking forward to getting his vaccines in a couple of weeks! Thanks again Blue Flint!!
