This is my favorite and the only place I take my dog They do such a great job!!!!!

I've been using them for over a decade now and have never had anything but great results. They have a true gift with animals!!

Tried to call and ask for information and was told "we're not taking any new ones" and hung up on. Very rude first impression if you ask me

The owner is very friendly buttercup n sweetie looked adorable ???? and the prices are very reasonable for two yorkies.

First time going to them and they did such an amazing job on my Pomeranian/Poodle. She looked like a completely different dog but so adorable ????. I will be be bringing her back. I love this place.

Lovely ladies, and my doggies look and smell great.

I came to get my German Shepherd puppys nails trimmed. When he was taken back all you could hear was his little screams and yelps of pain. He was so scared he bit one lady and scratched the other (He doesn't normally bite other people unless he's playing). He should have been calmed down before attempting the next nail. When I got him I found blood on multiple cut nails and the cuts were not good at all. So I took him to Glamor Grooms and they had much better service and I could actually see my dog from the waiting area. Glamor Grooms had a much better atmosphere than Professional Pet Grooming. I had to get my dogs nails fixed by another groomer.

This place is terrible. They injured my dog without acknowledging me about it. I picked up my dog since they were closing early and they were in a rush to leave. I got in the car while the owner got to her car and that's when I noticed blood was all over me. I came to realize the blood was coming from my dogs paws. I was so concerned because blood was EVERYWHERE. They left before I could confront them about it. I went to the vet to check his paws since blood was pooling up. The owner ended up cutting one of my dogs nails short to where it bled nonstop. On another paw the vet said they yanked out his toenail.. it was gone. I want a refund and to warn others to never go there again !!!

MY Shi tzu/Malti mix had not been groomed since February due to the virus and my recent move here. I bathed her myself only to have her end up with knotts. She was Really bad. Took her there yesterday and they were amazing. Thought she would have to be completely shaved down. She looks adorable. Very Happy...So is she❤

They have been grooming my dogs for years. Always do a great job. Reasonable rates. Really cute accessories.

Contrary to at least one review on here professional pet grooming does NOT offer cat grooming whichnis totally fine. I only called to inquire about because some knothead wrote they cut dogs and cats fur. The gal who answerwd phone was nice, hence the 5 star rating.

My grandmother took her dog and he has patches of bald spots all over his body. When we confronted them about it they said he had leprosy. Will not be going here anymore.

They have been grooming our poodles for 19 years and always do a fabulous job! Reasonably priced and pleasant to work with. They treat our babies like their own!

No one grooms as well As Judy. Each dog is treated as if her own. I love how they pay attention to detail and how my little girl dogs always get their nails painted!
