Everyone at Northwood takes care of my pups like they are their own! We have been with them now for almost 4 years and every appointment or worry they have been there through it all with the utmost professionalism and quality. My boys have started boarding with them now as well, and I can leave on trips knowing they are in the best hands. My boys love all of the staff and so do I! I took my brand new puppy for his initial evaluation here on 8/14/20 because it was recommended by a rescue for which I volunteered and is relatively close by. I was pleased overall, but didn't like having to do curbside service, though it is understandable given the COVID-19 pandemic. The vet tech who assisted me was informative and friendly, as was another staff member putting up signs in the parking lot. So, their presence helped the remote nature of the appointment. The vet called to talk to me on phone and that was fine, but I didn't feel like I could keep her on phone long asking questions and wasn't sure how to contact the practice when I had questions the next day. I emailed them and will call if that isn't responded to in timely fashion. They do have nice amenities, such as a dog park, doggie day care, and spa services, though I have not yet used them and won't be until puppy has had all his vaccinations. 6/20/21 update: I have no complaints. I've been pleased with their services since his first visit at 8 weeks old. I was really glad to be able to come inside for his most recent sick visit 6/17/21 (couple days before his 1 year birthday). Sept 2021 update: Pup was due for annual vaccination boosters. Pleased as usual with their service. I am completely satisfied with Northwood Animal Hospital. December 2021 update: I'm very pleased with the care Kashmir received for the neutering procedure.

The Vets and their staff are so caring, thorough and take great care of my cats and dogs. I really appreciate all the times they have gone above and beyond to ensure my pets get the best care. I have been going here for 15 years and highly recommend, excellent!!!

New Patient @Northwood Animal Hospital in High Point, North Carolina , everyone was friendly and very welcoming, my pup was nervous and they made her feel very at home. I am sure with more visits she will become alot more comfortable. Can't wait to utilize doggie daycare and the kennel service. Very please so far.

Stella and her family appreciate all the staff at NAH. She just got back home from a week stay while her parents were out of town and she had the best time with her friends! We can always count on our vet and techs to provide great care for our girl! Stella attends doggie day camp weekly and loves it!

The employees and doctors at this business are the shining stars. They are efficient, caring and could not be more pleasant to interact with. They have innovated and implemented new processes since Covid hit and they work them efficiently and flawlessly. Can’t say it enough… The team at NAH is amazing!

I brought my cat in on 11/6/21 & she was treated by Dr. Christine R. Clodfeller. I told her she had an upper respiratory infection - watering eyes, running nose, congestion. She gave her a shot which I assumed was an antibiotic for an upper respiratory infection but my cat isn't getting any better so I went to the receipt I got and looked up the medicine they gave her - CONVENIA - it is for a skin infection, not an upper respiratory infection. I called Northwood & they told me to bring her back in but wanted me to pay for another office visit and then tried to tell me that the doctors there use Convenia for upper respiratory infections. Look it up - nowhere does it say it is used for upper respiratory. I do not feel I should have to pay for another doctors visit for their mistake. I do not recommend this business anymore (it used to be good) because not only do the doctors not care, they try and milk you for more money when it is their mistake.

I have been going to this vet for over a year now and I absolutely love them! They have great prices, handle my cat with care and love, and are reliable for appointments. I highly recommend this vet.

Leaving your pet is never easy,whatever the reason.Knowing that you can leave them where they are loved and taken care of helps. I am so happy to have everyone on staff knowing she is so well taken care of. When you see your pet get excited just driving into the parking lot this tells you lots. Love this place and thank you again for being there for Izzy.

I was nervous when I made the appointment because I had used another vet over 25 years. I moved recently and needed a vet closer to home. I was very impressed and am really happy that I choose them. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital.

My dog, Boo developed an anxiety disorder in July 2021. Northwood was extremely helpful in reassuring me that I could send his things from home that made him comfortable as well as his ThunderShirt that they could put on him if he became stressed while he was kennelled for 5 days . They also put him in a room with only two other dogs to keep him from being anxious. When I called to check on him they would go down and take pictures of him for me. Kaitlyn ( their behavior person), was extremely helpful in suggesting alternative ways to deal with Boo's anxiety while I waited for his appointment. All of the staff there that I have dealt with, including; Jonathan (he and his wife are the owners), Dr. Haley, the vet techs and the people who answer the phone, are very accommodating and reassuring. Dr. Haley takes time to explain everything during your appointment so you don't feel rushed or like your concerns aren't addressed. The vet techs are very good and loving with my dog Boo. They even sent me the kennel form 4 different times because I needed to add things to it. I also noticed one day when I was there that the K9 dogs (for I believe the sheriff's department) are seen there. The only concern I would say that I have, is that it's hard to get an appointment with Doctor Haley (in particular), if you have an emergency situation. I think that's because they just have so much business and not enough veterinarians to handle the amount of people and pets they see. Wendy Tenenoff

Upon recommendation, I’ve set up to take my dogs here after moving to this area in April. Ive been pretty lucky in finding good vets wherever I am (aside from a bad apple or two), and I’ve found myself in luck again! I love this vet. They were honest, effective, the vet techs were amazing, and they really care about your animals. You can see it in the way they handle them, talk to them and care for them. They’re super friendly and have an extreme amount of patience, and explain things very well. If your eyes happen to find my review, take it from me (I’m extremely picky about the vets my animals see), GO HERE. They are excellent.

Everyone is friendly. The Covid-19 safety measures are decent. Great multiple financing options available which helps for people who have multiple pets. Enjoying the services so far and planning to bring all my pets to Northwood. They treat my dog and myself with kindness and professionalism. I appreciate that very much. I do recommend their services.

AWESOME PLACE!!I love taking the pets to here.Great staff,great veterinarians,and great service makes less stress on me and less stress on the pets.im treated great but more importantly my pets are treated great.They explain and answer my questions and allways given options.The facility is up to date and I get texts on specials and reminders on soon appointments to make and reminders on appointments made.Definitely would recommend.

Don’t answer phones, don’t return phone calls, are very aggressive to scared animals and are not reliable doctors.
