Banfield Pet Hospital High Point, North Carolina

Just called and asked about a puppy I was thinking about purchasing that had luxating patella and was 2 months. Couldn't answer without seeing the puppy. Didn't purchase the puppy, was gone when I called back.

The vets are caring and not trying to push unnecessary items or procedures.

Kept my dog for 6.5 hours.

Horrible experience & I wont go back. A stick fly trap got on my yorkie poo, and The next morning she was sick throwing up food & blood. Now previously I did notice blood in her stool a couple of days prior to this. I rushed her over to banfield & explained the situation. The lady behind the desk told me they dont treat for poison & I need to take her to the hospital in Greensboro NC she gave me the address & number so now im scared. I immediately called the number & they told me they couldn't help me cause they had no doctors in that day. So I go back in bandfield looki g for help to be hands me a number to call for poison hotline for animals keep in mind IDk if thats the case & that cost was $65. for them to tell the banfield vet its not poison. Now the banfield vet wants to do a evaluatio which shouldve been done before anything & do blood test I allowed then callwd me to do another test on her which came to $549. W/O insurance with insurance was $299. Then the vet suggested I do xrays on her the cost for that $400. I told them they were krazy if they think im spending anymore money there to play a guessing game with my baby. So she left there still sick & im outta money fpr nothing... A rip off I will not be back petsmart banfield in High Point eastchester dr. They dont care about pets just the Money....

The staff was very kind as usual. I had to take my pet there to make an end of life decision and they were kind, gave me as much time as I needed and were very understanding. Not the best day to go there, but the reason I keep going back and why I recommend them.

The lady who answered the phone and makes appointments was very rude, and was spreading misleading information and she seems to need some cultural sensitivity training, or just needs to retire because she’s stuck in her ways.

They are very fast and efficient!! Very affordable and fun to look at stuff a!!

The staff and the vet were awesome to talk to.

Being from out of state, you get a little nervous about taking your dog into a new Vet, but everyone was so nice and helpful. The veterinarian, Dr. McKain was very thorough and kind... highly satisfied and thankful.

This store looks run down. Very low inventory on new pets..

I have my furbaby on the wellness plan. It saves a ton of money! And the vets are really nice and explain things thoroughly. There is a worker or two in there that gives off bad vibes, and one straight up trashed my pet food brand, instead of giving me insights to it she recommended one that had recalls as well (because she was trashing the brand I used for recalls) and when I mentioned them she got rude. But never let a bar apple spoil it all. Everyone else there is wonderful!

Banfield on Westchester in High Point NC, is the best veterinary clinic in the area. The doctors, nurses, front desk representatives, all make a huge difference in how our furry friends are treated. Dr. McCain has been taking care of my little kitty cat, Peekee, since she was born (she's almost 5 month now), and my parents have been taking their two doggies (Nora who's 10 years old, and Cleo who just turned 16) to Dr. McCain as well. Both myself as well as my family are very happy with the quality of care. Everyone at Banfield is committed to making our furry friends feel comfortable with minimal stress. And if they don't suffer, then I don't suffer. And that's a beautiful thing. Thank you for all you do. Kat and Peekee ????❤

During these crazy pandemic times I was sent away and my dog has a seizure in the car which is the whole reason I scheduled it in the first place! I told them over the phone the issues he had been having I was suppose to be the first appointment so he wouldn’t get too stressed and we weren’t and they sent us away I will never be taking a pet of mine back after this experience

They are so sweet and patient with our little Mocha. They loved him and it really made me feel comfortable leaving him.

Dr and their customer service was superb

I want to praise Dr. McKain. She was extremely kind and compassionate with us and our cat. Even though we ended up having to put him down. She showed a tremendous amount of support during this difficult decision.

Appreciate them for telling how to avoid fees with them!

You make an appointment, they stick to the time.

The vets always take extra time to make sure all our questions are answered. We always get in and get out with no wait time and the cost is much better than a lot of vets that we've been to.

Like the staff and vets and they take great care of the animals....but they have too many pets on their wellness plan.... so it can take weeks to get your pet in.... was told today it would be several weeks before I could get an appt.... So its no longer convenient. Will have to take to another Banfield if I want prompt service for the Wellness plan. Also tried making appointment online...only to get a call from local office saying the online scheduling program will overbook and say there are appts when they don't have any....something corporate knows but doesn't fix.

Treated my cat like the prince he thinks he is; we don't tell him otherwise! Thank you to all animal lovers.

Banfield is associated with PetSmart. I personally don't use them, but I have had good reports in them.

The vets and staff at this office are professional and caring.

The people are very nice and helpful. They have a monthly healthy dog plan that I think is relatively high. I will keep looking for a Vet.
