Can be expensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a variety of fresh pet dog food.

The staff was helpful and polite to us. And offered to help us find what we needed.

Even after showing pic of how to cut dogs hair the groomer chose to CUT ALL MY DOGS HAIR OFF BALD IN JANUARY!!!

It is nice to have the store in our locality. It is easily accessible. Staff are friendly and professional. Reasonable prices!

If I could give this place a lesser grade I would. We have taken our 2.5 year old Chocolate Lab to multiple PetSmart locations across Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, & and now Virginia. We did have a 10am bath appointment scheduled and this location is by far the most uneducated, inexperienced, and unprepared for my dog. At EVERY previous location, they have all said how happy she is, wonderfully behaved she is, how loving she is, and even well groomed she is. Why? Because we take care of her because she is a part of our family! We were even up front with this groomer letting them know she has epilepsy. It is under control and has not had any relapses since starting the medicine over two months ago! She is in great health being checked by a vet just last week! So, for this groomer to express that they did not feel comfortable taking our lab for a bath! That is absolutely unacceptable! LEARN YOUR DOGS, and make sure you have people prepared to take care of the dogs that come to your facility! Don’t deny entrance just because your uneducated! That shows your lack of education, your lack of capacity to love and want to help and lack of preparedness for all types and breeds! Such a disappointment! You better believe I’m hurt and upset they didn’t WANT TO TAKE MY DOG FOR A BATH!

I had a great time in Pet Smart. Staff was helpful, and Bria, who helped me at the register was positively delightful!

Bria was running the cash register today, I have not had a more friendly and efficient cashier. She greeted everyone warmly and had a sweet demeanor the entire time. Keep up the good work Bria!

Refused to bathe my dog after informing them of a medical issue she has and is treated for. She’s been to Petsmart across the country for 2 years from West Texas to now Virginia and never been turned down . The girl at the register went to talk to her manager and stayed that we were to reschedule because they were busy and couldn’t have her in a kennel if a seizure happened. You can’t control these things other than woth medication which she is on and never the location of a breakthrough seizure was to happen. This is due to the girls nerves and not being educated on seizures. Don’t play this blame game on her condition of you didn’t want to care for her to begin with. You’ll never have the honor of my dogs love. You could have had a dog that loves her baths and makes it a great experience but you chose to place a value on your own ideas rather than educating yourself. The staff is uneducated, incompetent and inexperienced. I wouldn’t trust them with her ever.

Always out of stock of tons of things. I've asked politely where something is or if something will be in stock soon and ALWAYS get ignored.

Decent sized petsmart(not as big as some of the others), handicap capable entrance, Banfield vet inside, friendly customer service and the vet techs are wonderful people themselves.

So this location is a little bit smaller than the Jefferson Avenue Petsmart and Newport News that one is gigantic and it has everything you can think of this Petsmart only has a few things as you can imagine what the staff is very nice to my dog my York Shire Terrier when I bring them in there and they always give them a milk bone not even having to request I just wish there was more animals for adoption there cause my wife and I really want a cat and another dog

Found what I needed for my puppy. All items were on sale. Customer Service is always pleasant.

This place is super tight and small but you can find most of what you need! Nice people!!

Had to correct cashier on prices and she didn't believe me so I waited around for her to check and see that I was right. Irritating but whatever. Found my items easily.

PetSmart is PetSmart, but the staff here is usually pretty friendly. The only issue I have with this specific PetSmart is its size and location. I realize the location determines size but it seems they could have built somewhere else around here that's a little easier to get to so they could have made the store a little larger. There is actually an old Kroger that was shut down just around the corner they could move to. ????

Did not have what I needed and nobody offered to help me

Guinea pig hay is always out of stock forcing you to buy the bigger bags. (Even IF it sells out frequently, the store should be prepared and have more coming in daily. I don’t think it sells fast tho, I think they just never restock it regularly. The employees never ask if you need help either.

Super lazy employees. Asked to see a bearded dragon and was informed by an employee "we dont do handling. You gotta look at it through the glass". Yall missed out on an easy sale

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of foods, treats, and other essential pet supplies. Good parking location. Fast check out/roaming employees who are stocking shelves open new registers if a line forms. A+ for this location!

Cara gave my fur baby a wonderful spa day bath ,trimmed he looks so handsome. Thank you very much.

Took our fur-baby in for a Pawdicure. We can't cut her nails ourselves and they do a really good job. The Pawdicure is $20 and they do nails, clean out their ears, trim the fur between their paws, and some other things, with a bandana for the fur-baby when everything's done. NOTE: they used to do appointments only now it is walk-in only.

Brought my pet rabbit 8 months ago. Great price. The employees there was nice and friendly. Would highly recommend Pet world for pets in all shapes and sizes.

Store was immaculate, well stocked, all the animals looked wonderful and I found exactly what I needed. Loved their small animal accessories selection and their prices. Got some new stuff for my rats and will be back for my other critters soon
