My pet is well taken care of and the staff is awesome.

Always great experience and my girl is always excited to visit.

Just started taking my puppy to them. Really liked the way the vets came out to talk to me and answer my questions in detail. Staff is nice. So far so good if anything changes I will update.

From my very first call, the staff was so nice and professional. I love the teamwork. I boarded my puppy for 6 days and the staff treated her like their own. Puppy was not afraid when she returned for routine care. Prices are reasonable. Thank you Mercury Animal Hospital staff.

Mercury was good I thought until we had an issue with a prescription being filled and one lady lied to my partner and said I was rude to her over the phone but my partner knew that was a lie because I am never rude...also they charged us for a test that wasn't needed for our puppy but we only went by the first lady saying my puppy needed a fecal test each visit..so just know what you need before you go...my puppy has all her shots now so we are good...like I said in the beginning they were were nice until the prescription issue..and being charged for a test my puppy never needed.

They toke my dog with care , very pleasant there nice staff.????

What I can say, Mercury Animal Hospital is the best choice. Reasonable prices, nice people. They have been taking care of our dog for 12 years.

Not only a great place to work but a great safe place for my pets. Always my top choice when referring friends and family for their dog needs.

My babies Aries and Chills has been coming here since day 1. Doc & Dr.Nicole are very attentive, loving, and understanding. I’ve had a few moments where I’m freaking out about my babies and they have reassured me they are fine and In great care! I’m currently an employee here as well so I get to see a lot of the first hand, behind the scenes love and dedication. It’s no other place I would rather my babies to come. We are a very busy fast paced clinic but we do our best to make everyone happy and I’m so glad to apart of the team! Thank you MAH for treating my babies like family.

The caring and compassion is above and beyond! They squeezed my very sick dog in, and Dr. Gustafson explained everything thoroughly and in terms I could understand. Thank you so much.

Worst place to ever work. Turn over is awful, you’ll be treated like you are worth nothing to them but someone to yell at. I can promise you won’t get any sort of good experience working here. Constantly working through lunch breaks, not being able to do anything without them (the drs) belittling you. Do your mental health a favor and find a different place to work. This place should just straight up not be in business anymore. I wish more than anything I could give this place a -1 star. As far as the care goes from them, they could absolutely care less about you or your pet. They are money hungry, will up charge certain things based on if they like you or not. Extremely unprofessional in every way possible. Go somewhere else. I promise there are MUCH better clinics out there.

Great staff, and reasonable pricing. They had my dog Lily for a tooth cleaning and extraction, and went above and beyond by clipping her nails and trimming her paws.

So I called and made an appointment for my brand new baby who is only 14 weeks, I’ve had her 2 of those weeks. You have to sit out in your car!!! While they take your baby! They claim COvID protocol! No freaking thanks and the vet came out and told me good luck finding a vet that lets you come in! One phone call later I found one! No one especially on a first appointment with shots is taking her while I sit in the parking lot! If you are a new client in Hampton you have choices where you can be with your baby! Don’t chose this one! They sucked me in with a free coupon! No thanks, I’d rather pay!!!

This place we as awful. Did not tell us we had to have the appointment in our car. Yelled at us that we need to answer our phone when they had not called us. Was insistent that we need to have spinal surgery on a 15 year old Yorkie, all while yelling accross the parking lot.

Excellent Veterinans and outstanding staff. They are all so good with the animals. They are very knowledgeable, kind and loving.

I called when I got there and they came out to me and told me to fill out paperwork, came back to get my pet and paperwork when I called, they called me with and update and estimate on price and ask for your approval before treating. They gave clear instructions on medicine and were very polite. I'll definitely be bringing my pet back.

Absolutely love this place. My favorite doctors are the father an daughter team, Drs McKelvin. So knowledgeable and explain everything. I trust them and they have been taking care of our animals For years.

A week ago, my dog was in distress and when I called Mercury at about 2 pm I was told there were no doctors in the office for at least two hours. They directed me to an emergency vet. Zeus died on the way to the ER vet. There was no follow up call from Mercury at all. When I called back on Friday, I was informed they knew Zeus had died. No sorry for your loss. I received a lukewarm call from Dr. Nicole today, one week later, to confirm that yes they knew Zeus had died and did I have any questions. Nope. I got all my answers from your tone. Looking for a new vet as I write this.

Best Veterinarian in the 757 Dad and daughter duo. They dont just give a quick fix they actually explain what they are doing and why. The people complaining about the medicine being to expensive are most likely the ones that still buy flea and tick prevention from Walmart and complain their dogs still have fleas and ticks. Everyone knows there is a generic form of medicine but like the old saying you get what u pay for really comes to light when dealing with health issues. If you want a family style Veterinarian and with a love touch for your pet go here should be 10 stars to be honest.

Upset customer - went on vacation for a week. Scheduled a grooming during boarding and it was never done. My 9lb dog was extremely dehydrated upon picking him up for boarding. He smells absolutely terrible and seems to be shedding in excess. Will monitor. He has eaten a lot of grass since picking him up.

They responded well when I needed to get my newly deceased dog dropped off for cremation services. Thank you Freed.

I'm torn. I took my dog here and loved the entire experience. Nice doctors and vet techs. But for our second appointment today we were on the parking lot and saw a dog come out after getting it's ears cropped. Unfortunately I don't think that it is a humane process so I won't be utilizing this business any longer.
