I take both my dogs and my daughters cats to see dr. Stewart. He is too notch and is more concerned about the animal than money in his pocket. His prices are great compared to corporate vets. Goes to show that locally owned and operated is about community and not wealth!

We really like Dr. Stewart - we have a very unhappy (crazy!) cat and he is the only vet that understands and can handle her. She is starting to act more normal and it's all thanks to Dr. Stewart.

The new owner said they would uphold the previous owners clients for flea medications and things like that for their pets but they are not holding up to their end of the deal like they said they would and I asked if they had certain medications for the cats and dogs for fleas and they said yes we still sell those and then when I went to pick it up they said oh no we don't sell those anymore you have to buy this now and it's $50 a piece I do not like them that well Mr Richmond and his wife Pauline were great and I have noticed that their office is nowhere near as packed with patients anymore as they were with the other owners imagine that take a good business and then run it into the ground I will say I have not had to take my animal in to see the new doctor yet he's probably a good man but his receptionist and people that run the front office they're not so hot

This has been my vet for several years, and this past Saturday I visited with my dog to find that the vet is under new ownership! The new owners are wonderful. The clinic is so clean and more organized, and they are keeping documentation of visits, something the previous owners struggled with. The best part is the new owners are keeping things reasonably priced just like dr Richmond did! I have a tendency to resist change when it comes to my fur babies, but I’m so excited for this change!

Dr. Richmond has looked out for our big dog Yogi. Yogi is a rescue and as he aged he developed hip displagiia. Dr. Richmond and his wife Ms Pauline were so very nice. Took Yogi's case and treated him very well with the goal of keeping Yogi's pain minimized! Their cost was very reasonable! They were not there to make money, but they did it because they cared about the animals.and they did a Very good job. They knew you when you and your pet came through their door. We would like to to thank them for everything, and they will be sorely missed for sure! Enjoy your retirement!

My dog needed his rabies shot, even though they were closing and I had no appointment the owner told me to wait. They gave him the shot and then closed. Saved me a trip back and I greatly appreciated.

A truly compassionate staff that offers fast, quality care. Dr Richmond and his wife provide a warm atmosphere and always do their best to accommodate every "four-legged" patient as quickly as possible. We are very pleased with the care they provide for our Buddy.

Might be busy.. But bet caring about your pet, (family member).. prices are good also. Just must be able to wait patiently, if they are busy.

The best place you can go and feel like your getting the family atmosphere and the prices are extremely fair. I have have to be thankful for this place, because i love my animals and I know when I need this place they are open arms. I wish more places would adopt some of these quality. I hope I made sense LOL

Doc and Mrs Richmond are the absolute best! Not sure what we will do when Doc decides to retire, so we would just rather not think about it. Anyone who knows them absolutely loves them and they care for pets like none other.
