Great Vet Hospital. They love my dog and care deeply about the animals they take care of. They also take care of the human parents.

I have been coming to west market vet for the past 13 years. Ron and Elizabeth are amazing people and really trust them with our pets. I literally drive over 45 minutes just to come here. We recently lost our dog and I’m so grateful for everything we tried and how much they cared. As hard as the process was I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to guide us through this process. Highly recommend!

This is the best veterinarian clinic!!!! Dr. Ron has been really helpful to our little baby Terri ????. Terri was sick for the last month and a half before we found West Market Veterinarian Clinic. We thought we were losing him. Dr. Ron use his experience to get him better since day one. Today Terri is doing really well, and Dr. Ron is always in touch with us, taking care of his health. His wife is also really nice, and a dedicated veterinarian, and the whole staff is amazing. This is the first time a veterinarian take the time to come to the car and talk to us, now that restrictions don't allow us to go inside the clinic. We can't thank enough for finding this wonderful professionals. Thank you!!! Me and the family love you guys!!!❤️

Dr. Ron and Dr. Elizabeth truly take their time to help your pets be happy and healthy. They explain in detail what is going on with your pet when there is an issue, how the medicine (if prescribed) will help the problem, and they even call to check on your pet. We are lucky to have our pets in their care.

Got my kids their 1st puppy and we named her Skye. They help us with everything when it comes to Skye. Any questions or problems I have with Skye, they are always there to answer them or solve the problem. West Market Veterinary is the best.

They are always friendly and helpful. The dr is easy to talk to, & answered all my many questions when I got my first dog ever. I trust them with my yorkie Bella’s care.

I recently purchased a new Fur Baby to add to our family. I remember calling different vets and said if I had to choose I will go here. The best decision ever. I love their staff. Dr. Elizabeth and Ronald Murray are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and Karter loves them and the staff is awesome. I highly recommend this vet especially for first time owners as myself. I have absolutely no clue about puppies/dog but they have helped me so much especially with providing me knowledgeable on what to feed and not feed him. Vitamins and making sure he's up to date on vaccines

Dr. Ron explained in detail all I needed to know. Great Dr. at great prices. First exam is free. New vet for my fur babies.

Dr Ron is so precious and intelligent! Great combo to have. He’s excellent with our chocolate lab/service dog and our tiny chihuahua. Great staff too!

Nice staff.. but a bit expensive compared to other vets in the area.

These vets may be great with cats but I would NEVER take a giant breed dog there unless they go back to vet school.

They will never perform a service your pet doesn’t need! They truly care about you and your pet! They treat you like family!

Curbside appointments made social distancing easy. They provided my new cat with a free first-time exam that was very thorough. Dr. Murray answered all of my questions and I was very pleased with the detailed information he gave me. He offered helpful treatment plans that were affordable and did not try to run up my bill with unnecessary gimmicks. A great balance of care, professionalism, and affordability. Would definitely recommend and will continue to take my pets there for care.

Great local vet. They are kind, knowledgeable, and explain everything in simple terms. They also are there to help the animals, not make money with needless tests or meds. I very much trust them with both of my dogs, and have only had pleasant experiences. If you are looking for a vet, go here.

In everything from routine checkups and flea, tick, and heartworm protection, to emergency surgery, Dr. Ron and Dr. Elizabeth Murray have cared for my dog Shug for more than 12 years, since she was a pup, and I wouldn’t think of taking her anywhere else. Down to Earth bedside manner, Willing to explain all procedures and help/// excellent vets

My partner and I recently adopted a senior cat with arthritis and digestive issues. Since she has a few different prescriptions, we went ahead and brought her in to the vet even though she is currently in good health. Dr. Ron was really kind and informative -- I appreciate that he took the time to explain her conditions with us as well as offer tips on how to best manage her care since she takes meds daily and gets a weekly shot that we administer. Thank you and I can't wait to continue her care with y'all!

The staff and doctors have truly gone above and beyond to care for our cats and dogs on numerous occasions. Most recent being our big, scary-looking, muzzled dog who is extremely fearful of getting his nails trimmed. Laura, front desk receptionist, doctor Elizabeth, and Daryl, amongst other staff, have worked with us for a couple months now, and continue to, to give my dog a positive experience every single week (per my request) to teach him that it doesn't have to be a scary experience. They have thought outside the box to try to make this positive for him, are consistent every single week with the same staff, and the same process, always being early, get him in-and-out in no time, give me feedback every time, and are very honest in determining whether he needs anything done that week or not. He has gone from cowering in the car and refusing to get out to happily greeting Daryl with excitement. This is a huge change, and goes to show that he is obviously very comfortable with the staff, despite them having to complete his least favorite task almost every time they see him. They are incredibly caring, compassionate, kind, and honest, and I am very happy they are my pets' vet.

All the staff go over and above to do the best possible for pet and owner. I felt so much better having gone to see Doctor Ron Murray. He put my mind at rest and gave me invaluable information to help me care for our new rescue dog. Thank you!!

Love all the staff here and they are so great with my dog mayhem and was so wonderful with her and her 9 puppys when i brought them all in to be checked out....

Don't deliver food to the lady at the front she is very short and rude with you!!! Hope she is better acting to the animals seeing she has no respect for someone delivering her food smh

This is the best veterinarian to which I have ever been! Top care by professionals and staff who love all animals. Very knowledgeable, take time to explain everything and answer questions. When my one cat got sick on a Saturday, I took him to the 24 hr vet ER. I waited 4 hours for them to see my cat and paid almost $200 for the wrong diagnosis and ineffective medicine. I took him to West Market and they were able to get him happy and healthy again (with no wait time and less money)! And they ALWAYS do follow-up phone calls to ensure your pet is getting better! I trust this business and will continue bringing my cats here.
