Great place for your pet.

My fur babies always receive exceptional care here. The staff always calls to give me updates on my babies while they are here.

Firstly; It’s almost impossible to contact this place for a neuter appointment- they prompt you through them straight to a voicemail where they will call you after business hours and even if you call right back, no answer. This will repeat 3 weeks in a row until you get lucky and see their 7pm call. They will not send female rabbits home with pain meds after a spay, even if you request it adamantly (this is not normal and spayed rabbits needs the extra relief to ensure eating habits go back to normal and avoid stasis). Third- the operation will not be done in a sanitary enough environment. Not only did my bunnies incision come back initially very unusually shaped, red and swollen- she had pjs draining within 24 hours (and she never left her carrier which was bleach washed prior to use). They will again not return your calls when you call daily for infection advice. In face, even the area of my bunny that was razor burned from where they shaved her pre op had fungal growth and a new vet (thankfully more skilled in bunny care) concluded in whole it was apparent the tools used on her were not cleaned properly prior. If you have a rabbit- Spend the money on a full price spay or neuter from a more exotic experienced location that takes sanitation seriously. Bunnies are fragile and this was all unnecessary. I’ve successfully treated her (though still not 100%) over a course of 1.5 weeks and we finally have reached a point where she’s no longer draining pus. She’s now afraid of us bc we have to clean her wound 3x a day and we are back to square one earning her trust almost as it were when we adopted her a year ago.

Quite a few posts on FB recommended this clinic, so we decided to have our puppy's first vet visit here. From the time we stepped into the front door to the moment we left, all staff - receptionists, greeter, technicians etc] were so warm, friendly and polite! It was a bit of a wait, but it didn't bother us at all, from our understanding, it's an open clinic. Dr. Sheets is lovely and she really took the time to have a thorough conversation with us, answering all our questions and giving us meaningful insight! She really made us feel super comfortable. So glad to have found a home clinic for our pup!

The wait times can be long because it is an open clinic, but they provide great service and wonderful prices, make sure you make an appointment

Do NOT take your pets here!!! Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm, waited an hour to be addressed. Technician took dog for 10minutes, conducted “full” examination. We were told that blood was taken, they priced us out for blood examination, but turns out they didn’t actually draw any blood. They poked my dog with the needle several times in several different spots. During those ten minutes I could hear my dog squealing but they wouldn’t let me in to the room. He came back crying, in a panic attack. I’m beyond furious and will not be returning. Be aware of this place…

Warning - This is not a good vet to take your animal to! The veterinarian was rude and her incompetence HARMED my pet. I’m beyond furious.. Several needle pokes in severe different areas of my animals body. For 10minutes my pet squeeled and they physically would not allow me to go back and help my animal.. This clinic lacks respect, compassion, and the competence to do their job.

From the moment we walked in the staff took their time to ensure I had all the information I needed for my pets. It was the day before Thanksgiving, but this didn't keep them from staying late to help me with pickup after 5. You could tell every individual at the facility loved animals and knew they were taking a part of my family. I am so grateful for this place, their affordable care, and the genuine passion they have for animals.

We had our pup neutered here. They seemed professional and caring. Prices were very reasonable on the procedure, the previous testing and the heartworm meds that we purchased.

If I could leave -10 stars I would. We took our Great Dane here to only be spayed. When we dropped her off we made it a point that a gastropexy was NOT to be done, this was also written on the paperwork. When we came to pick her up we were informed that a gastropexy had been done. Not only did they ignore our wishes and do it anyways, someone had went back on the paperwork and written it in to be done. When the surgeon (Fidele Byungura) finally called us about it, he acted like it was not his own mess up or fault, and also acted like he did nothing wrong.

It was great. The clinic was very smooth.

My fur baby was in rough shape when I took him in. (Diabetes and pancreatitis) This is the absolute most amazing and phenomenal pet clinic I have EVER been to. The entire staff was great. All the complaints in the reviews from people about wait need to learn to be patient. This is the most affordable clinic and has the best staff. So if that’s not a good enough reason for them to wait a little, they need to go somewhere else. I would give Sheets Pet Clinic 100 stars if I could. They saved my fur baby and have gone above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Sheets Pet Clinic!!! Y’all are truly they BEST ????????????????????????????????

First off....they answer the phone EVERYTIME! Dr. Sheets & Dr. Shaw are very professional and competent. I love how they love and treat my dog and 3 cats. They are getting the best care they've ever had. They are very economical and do not try to shame you into procedures that are over the top. I have been going there for a while and highly recommend them to all. .

Affordable and the staff here is so nice!!!

Very strange experience over the phone. They got me scheduled within the week which was great but over the phone the receptionist gave me two options for a rabies shot saying the standard "can give cancer at the injection site" and suggesting I pick the more expensive option. ??? I mean okay I dont want my cats getting CANCER but why would you even sell the standard option in the first place. I immediately regretted making my appointment with them because I felt they would pressure me to buy more expensive options later on. I ended up canceling my appointment anyway. It was anuncomfortable experience.

I had to spay my dog and they did an amazing job. She healed fast and everyone was really nice. I was pretty stressed out about bringing her to get spayed but they answered my questions and made me feel better.

I took my parents cat that was abandoned by his family to get neutered. Everyone was very nice. The Dr called once the surgery was over and reviewed his test results. The Dr was very nice and caring over the phone. When I picked him up they were nice gave us the instrctions on how to care for him to avoid any issues. The pricing was definitely reasonable for the test they ran and his neuter.

Not sure what's going on here but there is simply no way to get through on the phone. My vet recommended Sheets as a good place to get a feral cat fixed. I'll never know.

Great service and pet care.

I have had so many people tell me this is a great establishment. A man was I disappointed. I had my dog spayed here. The lobby is filthy. The front desk staff have attitudes with one another. No organization. Documents in boxes. I filled out paperwork at the beginning of the day. They called and asked for the same information 3 times. This led me to believe they lost my paperwork. I asked for blood work to be completed on my dog for pre-op and they forgot to do it. I asked for her dew claws to be removed. They told me it was a pricey surgery and decided not to do it. At no point did they call after her spaye to check up on my dog. I will never take a dog here again. Nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
