Kylee was spayed and had some Baby teeth removed. The care was exceptional.

I have received care for my Maltese at North Elm Animal Hospital for 18 years.I have always felt comfortable leaving Nyla in the care of the staff at North Elm. They have always been very friendly and make me feel that they love Nyla also. Dr Sims and the staff have giving Nyla excellent medical care.

I brought my dog, Belle, in for her first visit with Dr. Borgmann. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered Belle treats, which she loved. Dr. Borgmann was great with her...and patient with me and all of my questions! I feel really comfortable having North Elm as her primary vet. Thank you guys!

Recently moved to the area. We have 2 cats & a dog for their care. Dr Reyes has been wonderful. We met Dr Parson’s by phone due to our cat having bladder stone. Everyone has been very friendly & explained every step of the process to us.

Great place to take your pet. This was our first visit and everything from checkin to checkout was awesome. Dr was very informative and took the time to explain everything!!

I started taking my dog there when she developed cancer. Dr. Elder was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out how to care for my dog during this time. When the time came to say good bye I was beside myself. The staff that answered the phone and that helped me inside for my visit were so kind and caring. Dr. Lemurs was the doctor that assisted us on our last visit and she was so helpful and compasionate during the visit. My sweet fur baby is no longer in pain but she is forever in my heart! Dr. Elder even sent me a sympathy card that had my dogs paw print on it. They are a wonderful group of people! Thankyou

My cats have been patients of Dr. Mitchell's for well over 20 years. I have tried other vets, only because N Elm Animal Hospital is so far from my home, but no one compares with Dr. Mitchell! Dr. Mitchell has retired, and now I see Dr. Borgman at North Elm. They are so compassionate and caring.

North Elm has been treating my pets for more than twenty years. My dog loves to go there. Really. He pulls me in the door when we arrive. When I’ve needed an appointment on short notice, they have almost always been able to accommodate me. The techs and vets are always kind and willing to explain what the problem is and the treatment they think is necessary. I moved away from Greensboro last year, but I continue to drive to Greensboro to take my three pets to North Elm.

Dr. MITCHELL HAS BEEN OUR VET FOR TWENTY PLUS YEARS. IF FOR SOME REASON SHE IS NOT AVAILABLE, THERE ARE OTHER VETS THAT ARE ALWAYS WILLING AND QUALIFIED TO HELP. THE THINGS THAT STAND OUT IN MY MIND ARE HOW COMPASSIONATE AND LOVING THEY ARE. THERE ARE NO OTHER VETS LIKE THEM.

You have taken care of our loved ones for years and it has always been loving, professional and just the kind of care I would want for my precious ones. Now, with the additional challenge of COVID, you are doing a splendid job of keeping all of your clients safe. Dr. Sims has taken care of several "generations" of our loved ones and we love her. The groomer is great, too.

My new vet, Dr Courtney Elder, was caring, compassionate, attentive to my concerns about my cat, listened, respected me as another health care professional. She explained medical diagnosis of my cat and possible other problems. She included me in her plan of care. I was impressed with her knowledge and educational background. This clinic allows an owner to accompany their pet.

They are great; professional, caring and gentle with my fur babies. So glad my friend recommended them when my original vet closed.

The vets we have seen at this practice are kind, caring and communicative. They offer flexible scheduling, take the time to answer all of your questions, and really work to align their recommendations and treatments with your expectations/needs. I feel my pet is in great hands at this practice!

We will forever be grateful for Dr. Elder for seeing our dog on such short notice even though he wasn’t even a patient at North Elm at the time. The vet we normally use would not see him until the next day even though we were sure he was dying and needed to be seen urgently. Immediately upon meeting Dr. Elders she assessed our dog and asked why we thought he needed to be euthanized and that she was going to do everything in her power to prove us wrong. Thank God she did! I know in my heart God sent us to North Elm Animal Hospital. She spent almost 2 hours with us running tests, checking our baby out and giving us all of our options. I’ve never met a vet who is so compassionate. We came in expecting to leave without our dog and ended up leaving with a new vet. Casey who works at the front desk at North Elm was kind enough to call our previous vet for us and get all of our animals information sent to them. We have finally found our “home”. Thank you Dr. Elder for giving Ziggy a chance.

We were referred to North Elm Animal Hospital and will never go anywhere else. Their staff is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. Pricing is very reasonable and wait times are low. They’ve gone above and beyond for 2 pet emergencies in the past year. Our pets love them, we love them, and we can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done for us!

Really caring sweet staff and Doctors.

Last Spring my 12 year old baby Maya Rose stopped eating. I was afraid I was going to lose her.. Dr. Lemyre was compassionate and helpful during the process of determining what was wrong. She was always available for questions and concerns, and they were able to get Maya in to have necessary treatment. Her teeth were the problem, as happens to many older cats. I didn't know teeth could become such a serious issue. Maya had dental surgery and cleaning. It was expensive, but she needed a lot done so I think the price was fair. I recommend that people save a little at a time while their pet is young for when their cats get old and need care. I am thankful to Dr. Lemyre and North Elm Animal Hospital that I still have Maya Rose today. She's healthy and now eats like a little horse!

Dr. Sims has been my vet for over 30 years. She is very attentive to my 19 year old cat's health needs and always ready to listen and answer all my questions. The office staff is very caring for patients and parents. A+

I took our 8+year old rescue dog Reece for is first annual check with Dr. Lemyre. She is a terrific, thorough and compassionate veterinarian. We has been customers for 14 years with our previous doxie, Pepper. Returning to the practice the core values of service, quality and compassion are still evident.

My fiancé and I LOVE North Elm. When we moved to the area a couple of years ago, we were in search of a new vet and chose North Elm based on their worst review rather than their best at the time because we figured if we could live with the worst review being our situation, then it’s gotta be a pretty good vet office. We have been so happy with our choice ever since. Our two mastiffs see Dr. Elder and she is so thorough and caring. I always feel like she really knows our dogs and gives them the best care she can. One of our babies has really bad allergies that flared up when we moved to the area and Dr. Elder has been great with problem solving with us and finding solutions that work for our dog as well as for our wallet. She goes above and beyond every time and is always straightforward about optional vet care and necessary vet care. She has even called us after appointments because she’s found out more info or had additional suggestions after brainstorming. We couldn’t ask for a better vet or vets office. The techs and receptionists are amazing too! One of our dogs is a big baby and they always cheer her on when she comes into the vet. We truly love this place and always recommend them to my friends with dogs!

When I moved here nine months ago, my daughter recommended NEAH for my dog’s care. Everyone, especially Dr. Borgmann, has been so good with Fergus. He feels right at home with so much attention. The consults with Dr. Borgmann after each visit are very informative and reassure me that my boy is in excellent hands.

We had a great experience. Dr. Elder was so thorough, not only in exam of our dog, but also in answering questions, giving recommendations for a better food option and heartworm medication. We have been looking for a better vet and office to give us more comprehensive care for our dog and are so glad we changed. I feel like we are taking much better care of our baby.
