We used this service at their new Hilton Head location. Cooper was referred to us by our veterinarian. He was prompt with communication, the dogs absolutely loved him!, medications were administered on time, and the mail/packages were brought in as requested. Will definitely use again!

Had to find a last minute pet sitter for my spoiled fat cat with allergies as well as my Holland Lop bunny. Cooper and Jen went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. I am thrilled with their service and definitely recommend.

My husband and I went out of town for a week and had them watch our cats while we were gone. April is the NICEST person and she was super responsive with any and all questions we had. Candi watched our cats and we got daily pictures and updates. She even brought in our mail for us! I cannot recommend them enough! They’re so professional, very reliable, and so kind and friendly. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I carry a huge sense of guilt when I leave my very spoiled boy, but April makes it so much less stressful. I refer to her as my "cat whisperer." Fred almost immediately engaged with April. The love shown to Fred is evident. I have no concern about my kitty or my home when I go away. A high sense of responsibility if obvious.

I had never used a pet sitter but since Alley is older with some health issues, I wanted someone to check on her. These folks are the absolute best. I have two difficult cats, one especially so. Realizing that I needed to find someone that specialized in these special critters, I reached out to April a little over a year ago. She stopped by for a consultation and to meet my two cats and has been responsible for ensuring they get the best care every time my husband and I go on a vacation ever since. Once they understood the cats’ routine, Wolfgang has been the primary caretaker and he is wonderful. He leaves a note for each visit so that when we return from our vacation, we can read about each day. When I need to check in, he sends us photos; and whenever April or Wolfgang have questions they call or text immediately. I highly recommend these folks—whether it’s for a night or many nights that you spend away from your pets!

I have used Lucy Friends Pet Sitting since I moved to Greensboro almost 5 years ago to watch my cats. I have used them for anything as short as a single day trip and trips as long as 3 weeks and never have to worry that my cat won't be totally taken care of. They are very responsive, have always been 100% reliable for me, even during winter weather or other issues, communicate with me while I'm away about how my cat is doing. I can't imagine a better pet service. You all are the best!!

April has cared for my 3 cats for many years off and on so I can travel which I choose not to do unless it is an emergency due to my pets' special needs. I like that April is reliable and knowledgeable. My oldest cat, Pistol who is about 11 years old has reoccurring skin cancer, a gum disease, and anxiety. Pistol needs 6-8 pills popped in a day. Sunny is about 4 years old. She is currently healthy. April takes time to love and play fetch with Sunny. Han is about 4 years old. He has a genetic foot disease and anxiety. April also scoops their many litter boxes and feeds them their individual diets. April is available for any questions I have concerning their care. I would recommend her for all animal care but she has skills to care for animals with special needs. Don't hesitate to call her.

April and Wolfgang were wonderful with our three senior dogs. We have a camera that we could peek in with and the dogs looked very comfortable with both. They clearly care very much for animals. April did not hesitate to check in with us with any issues but also did not in any way bother us. The notes that they left us daily after the visits were a very thoughtful touch. It was like we hadn't missed any days in our dogs' lives being gone out of town. April and Wolfgang also left all the dishes that they used clean in the sink, watered our plants, and turned lights on and off to help the guys feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to leave dogs or cats with individuals who really care. One of our dogs has a lot of medications that he takes and April and Wolfgang executed this perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Thank you Lucy's friends!

April has been helping us for the last couple of years and does a great job. She is always reliable and available and leaves handwritten notes about the visits. She even drops off presents for the dog and cat every year. Highly recommended.
