We love this place, and out dogs are so happy here!! Great staff and clean facility!!

This was my first time boarding Rose. I went on a week long Hawaiian vacation and left Rose in the care of Camp Bow Wow. The staff was super friendly and willing to help with the anxiety Rose and I had.I want to thank all the staff for making this a great experience. This is a great place! Go by and check it out!

November 2021: It's been a few months and as of today I'm removing a few stars simply because I feel it's important that any facility communicate any issues prior to a drop off and ideally during the pick up in which there was an issue. My dog apparently has some issues from time to time and they rotate her out. No problem. However until today after they had confirmed my dogs appointment and had me pay did they tell me. So there was 0 notice for me. Within 5 minutes the employee stomped out to my car and had me come get my dog. Had I known I would have worked with my dog and facility but I was not made aware. I also would have scheduled for a less busy day. I think communication for any relationship with business and client is important and is this case severely lacking. My dog loved going there and while it's a business for dogs, it's still important to communicate with their human owners. If you just want your dog to have a good time I'd say go with this facility. But don't expect much. If you want a business that communicates clearly, think twice. I know I wasn't the only one impacted by the attitude of the employee I encountered today. As even another client commented on it as I was leaving. Original Review 6 months ago: My dog loves it there and always comes home tired. The facilities are very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and my dog had a great experience. Getting to see my dog via live feed is very important and the video feed service works great. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone looking for a way to exercise/care for their dog while away at work.

It's a pet facility and I have two dogs as pets. One dog has cage/crate aggression. They won't work with him, so that really sucks for when I need to go out of town.

Everyone is a pleasure to talk to and they are genuinely excited to greet and work with the animals in their care. I just moved here from Asheville where my dog had been a camper at the Arden Bow Wow and I was thrilled to know there would be a Bow Wow for us here in Greensboro.

I had my dogs groomed and bathed at this location highly recommended if you want it done correctly and efficiently.

Great service, as usual! they gave us all the details on how our dog did which we loved to hear. No need for a week- day appointment and everyone is pretty nice.

My dog loves coming here for daycare! He starts crying to get out of the car as soon as I pull into the parking lot. I also love the live cameras and the easy use of the Camp Bow Wow app so I can watch my little guy playing while I’m at work.

This place is absolutely first class! The owners Rusty and his wife along with all the staff truly cared. Their willingness to just love my dog and treat them as their own means to the world to me. Super clean, professional, and my favorite part is they the camp off any busy streets to keep everyone extra safe.

I have never let my dog stay away from me. I am happy to say that this full service facility not only has an awesome daycare, but their dog grooming is par none. I am comfortable leaving my Shii in their care. D. Mond Harris

I've taken my dog here regularly for over a year for daycare and I appreciate the warm staff, quality care they provide for dogs, and convenience. I appreciate that my dog comes home tired and I rarely have had no issues with services.

Staff is very sweet to our fur baby. I love getting a picture while Andy is there, shows me he is having a great time. Staff is also perceptive- they call me if I forgot a feeding or if his medicines look different to make sure Andy has everything he needs. Highly recommend using them for care for your fur baby!

My dog Goose loves camp Bow Wow! He gets excited on the days he goes and exhausted when I pick him up! The staff is super friendly as well. I 10/10 recommend all of my friends with dogs to go to camp bow wow Greensboro!

Absolutely wonderful daycare for my dog. She gets so excited when we pull up to the building. The staff is friendly and professional. I could not be happier!

Our dog Ginger loves Camp Bow Wow. She gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. We don’t need to use them everyday because my husband usually works from home but when he travels Camp Bow Wow is always there for us. I can see on their web cam that they take great care of Ginger and she always has a fun day with them instead of being alone all day long.

My pup loves to go to Camp Bow Wow. Dogs will tell you when they are reluctant to be somewhere and my dog is never unhappy to be at Bow Wow—her tail is wagging and she has a smile as soon as we walk through the door. The people who work there clearly love dogs, which is awesome. Highly recommend!

I just started bringing my 5 month old pup there and she absolutely loves it and so I do! I get to watch her on the live cameras while i’m at work which I love because I get to see her having fun and playing! All the staff is so nice and welcoming! 10/10 would recommend!

Brought my dog here for the first time and we love it! So convenient and the camera access makes me even more comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very professional. My pup came home exhausted which was perfect! I know she had a great time and we can't wait to bring her back!!! So happy to have less added stress for future trips when we can't bring her along.
