They don’t have employees staying over night to watch your animals. They lock up and leave. What if something happens no one is watching ur pets at night..

I have actually tried to contact these people three times, one time by phone where I received a recorded message saying they would get back to me shortly, twice through the contact page. It’s been approximately a week and I have yet to hear back from them. They may be a great service if you can get them to respond. I worry though if they are so unresponsive to get your business how well do they do one

We have been taking our dogs to Lucky's for awhile and always have the best experience with the staff. The training our dog receives has shown drastic improvements.

Can you give a zero star rating? My one and half year old puppy is very friendly. She loves people and other pups so much. So you can imagine our dismay to find that even though we signed up for and thought we were paying extra for it, she never got to play with the other dogs. When I asked about it the staff said, they forgot. Forgot? You forgot to let our dog play? It’s what you advertise as the best thing to do at Lucky’s! So she just sat in her room all day for three days, only to be taken out to potty alone. Probably seeing and hearing the other dogs but not getting to play with them. On top of that, when I asked how she was doing the staff told me she was aggressive. What? My girl has never shown aggression. Staff stated she barked a lot. Wouldn’t you if you were stuck inside all day long? She’s puppy that had no outlet for three days. Thankfully that’s all she had. I’m so glad we came home early to get her. Just as others have said on other reviews everything at Lucky’s is an extra cost. So beware if you bring your dog or cat here you will need to ask for every single thing in addition to their accommodations. We asked for extras we just never received them. We won’t be returning to Lucky’s.

I was going to take my dog here for training but after a friend of mine took her puppy here to get trained, she told me the trainer (ANDY) grabbed her dogs leg until it yelped in pain to get it to do what he wanted it to do and to train it , I’m sorry but if that sounds okay to you, youare sadly mistaken. When we talked to other trainers an brought that up that situation, they all agreed that’s not how you train a dog. You don’t train with fear ANDY how would you like that turned on you !! Dogs by Andy’s should not be working with Lucky’s Pet Resort.

They have gone above and beyond for my dogs. Two have high anxiety and can be tricky to handle. They were handled with care and the employees took the time to figure out what works for each of my dogs to get them safely out of the cages. I never had a problem getting ahold of someone to see how they were doing during their 2 week stay.

Well working with them to get everything set was good. I wasn't able to really visit the Lucky's pet resort. Had to change plans. But I will look to try again later on.

So I’ve been bringing my dog here periodically for the last 6 months. She has gone for puppy play, day passes, grooms and baths, and has also been boarded here. My dog gets anxious and scared every time I bring her in, but no dog likes to be left behind somewhere so I thought nothing of it. But when she would get groomed and/or bathed, she would come back wet and would shed everywhere, even when we paid to have her brushed out and dried. When she would go for “puppy play” these people would ALWAYS claim there was not a puppy for her to play with. We’ve brought her in numerous times over the months for puppy play and she’s never actually played with another puppy. Suspish. We stopped taking her there for a while but needed a place to board her last week from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. We brought her in Thursday at 6pm and picked her up Sunday at 3pm. Basically math would say that would be a 3 night/3 day board. But no, we were charged for 4 days because we “picked her up Sunday afternoon instead of Sunday morning.” Their words, not mine. Thing is, this place isn’t open on Sunday morning so it was impossible for us to even do that. They’re literally closed at the time we needed to pick up our dog to avoid paying an extra day and nobody informed us that this would incur a 2 day charge for a 1 night board. We had some day passes left for our dog and asked the staff to use them for her while she’s there so she can get some time outside and with other dogs. They didn’t use them, and instead charged us for the time they took her out. So after a $150+ charge for a 3 day board here, we had the manager call us to ask what happened. This should have been $28 a day for 3 days, almost half the price they ended up charging us. The manager called and refused to refund us for the 4th day we were charged. This lady literally said, AND I QUOTE “She had 30 minutes of outside time and an extra potty break, I’m being generous by only charging you 3 half day passes for this” An extra potty break for a dog and 30 minutes outside with ZERO other dogs because again, they “had no puppy for her to play with” is generous in their eyes? Now I know why my dog is scared to go here. These guys charged us $150 to lock our dog in a 6’x 8’ room for 3 days with virtually no interaction with other people and none with other animals. And to top it all off, SHE CAME HOME WITH FLEAS, despite the fact that she didn’t interact with any other dogs. Just awful. The amount of guilt we’re carrying for leaving our dog with these people is indescribable. Seriously, if you love your dog, please don’t take them here. We would have gladly paid more money to leave her with people who will actually care about our pet rather than price gouge for imaginary policies that are impossible to avoid paying. They charged us almost 2X what they quoted and treated our dog like garbage. “Lucky’s pet resort, where you’re LUCKY if these people give your poor dog an extra potty break”

Very nice facility, with staff that seems to genuinely care about your pets. They are a little pricey but offer a lot of "a la cart" options and since they are a large facility, they are able to board at a moment's notice.

Just boarded my dog here for about 3 days. My dog came home and had severe diarrhea and was extremely sick. My dog smelled terrible. Truly think he was sitting in his poop and pee and kennel all day. Not impressed at all! Have heard of this happening to plenty of other pets at this resort. Would not recommend!

It took three phone calls before someone would tell me how much they were going to charge per pet per day. The second phone call the woman who answered said, "I can't tell you off the top of my head how much it will be" and rushed to get off the phone. I gave them details on both dogs in the initial reservation call- weight, age, name, breed, sterilization status... Despite calling and discussing both dogs several times, it wasn't until the third call that they realized they never recorded the information I gave them for one of my dogs- probably why I could never get a price. They only let the dogs out to pee three times a day and despite paying for extra time out, my 8 month old, completely potty trained dog, came home and peed on the floor. I will not be using this facility again.

A great place to leave your fur babies. You truly get the sense that the staff loves animals and it shows in how my dogs are always happy to see them. I have trusted them with my dogs for years and I have never been disappointed.
